A very pleasant place. The staff was extremely nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was rather refreshing! And the food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you guys
There are only two large hotels in the depths of Kakadu, and there is not much choice. It is basically the standard of old business hotels in China, but in this deserted place, the conditions are already very good. The natural ecology is very good, and I was awakened by the calls of hundreds of cockatoos in the morning.
Great location. Basic rooms with comfortable bed. Limited options for breakfast - we eventually found out about the “pool view” cafe in the Novotel (the pool is dry) which had better breakfast options for us as we had small children who only wanted toast and not the buffet breakfast at the Mercure. (We were told it would be $15 for children over 5 (our grandchild is 6) but then other people said they were told it was free.!? Had some trouble with parking - paying guests should be assigned at least 1 car park per room - however this wasn’t the case and we had to park in the “overflow” area across the road and carry our luggage over. Definitely need a car or vehicle to go anywhere. Great new pool but don’t stand on the fake turf on a hot day as it burns your feet! Don’t forget to ask for “Territorian rates” if you are a local - show your drivers licence and get a discount.
The hotel is easy to find. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is about $ 30. The little girl at the front desk is Malay but speaks Chinese very well. It helped me a lot. I recommended Chinese restaurants and lots of fun places. The tickets to the attractions, because the temporary decision to go to see the jumping crocodile, the little girl was afraid that I would run a trip to help me book tickets, the service is really good. The hotel facilities are also good. Our family of three with two large beds slept comfortably. The hotel is in the center of Darwin, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and I will choose this hotel if I have the opportunity,
We had a king water view which was lovely. The bed very comfortable but bathroom very small compared to other Hiltons we have stayed at. It was not cheap at $389!a night but it did include breakfast. We never include breakfast as we are not big breakfast people and those $30-$40 per person buffets are not worth it for us. Since it was included we had some but disappointed to find that a barrister coffee was extra and $7 for a small cup. This was the only option for non dairy coffees. That said the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. No water in room not even a jug to cool some tsp water. Nice big flat screen tv and whilst there were no streaming services on it there were some free movies. No usb points in the room and only one comfortable chair.
Everything perfect. Excellent cleaning. Very friendly staff. Outdoor pool partially covered by towels, perfect for me who needs to protect myself from the sun. Open from 6am to 10pm. Excellent breakfast Thank you
The front desk was great. They found my lost driver's license. Thank you very much. You can't be too demanding in the desert. It's good to have daily cleaning. The room is spacious and the terrace faces the garden. It's nice to drink coffee outside. There is no room service. If you need anything, go to IGA to buy it yourself. It's not far away anyway.
My son loves to stay there because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed. So we need to go to Garden Hilton instead.
We always enjoy the front desk staff in our previous stays. This time no exception, he was very good. I cannot recall his name though.
We have paid for our breakfast with the booking. But when we were in the restaurant, the staff cannot find our room number. We went to front desk, the lady told me we haven't paid for the breakfast. In the end, I have to show her our booking details. In my view, this should be avioded if the hotel had do the job properly.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Was a nice hotel with a good location and view for the price. Buffet breakfast was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and gave us a walk through of what they had to offer. Although the storm shut off the power as soon as we got there they were right on to fix the problem
Very Good

YYi ๛กThis is my favorite hotel in the whole trip! The stay experience was completely beyond my expectations. The restaurant in the resort is very good, with many choices, and the business hours include breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the activities that can be booked are all near the hotel, which is very convenient for travel!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good and easy to find. The hotel has breakfast and can be booked in advance, which is more convenient. The carpet in the room is about color, it looks old and not too refreshing.
GGuest UserOverall, pleasant stay in a Studio room.
Room was clean and well presented - only grumbles are
> no desk chair to use if working in the room
> side table next to the bed is small.
Studio rooms are
> near the front gate, and so subject to a little noise in the early morning
> side-by-side, and back-to-back with each other
One night was not so pleasant as a neighbour seemingly fell asleep to their TV, which was at very high volume, with the noise transferring through the common wall.
HhongThe room is relatively large, and an extra bed is free, which makes people hard to believe. There are no hotels with free extra beds. They found out that three people lived there and offered to take the initiative, so the service is particularly good, the location is relatively central, and there is a paid parking lot. Breakfast
