Convenient option if you’re arriving late or catching an early flight, as the hotel is very close to Kunming Airport and saves you the trip into the city. The airport pick-up and drop-off service is smooth and reliable, which makes arrival and departure hassle-free. Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming. A small but thoughtful touch was the complimentary flower cake on arrival, which added a nice local feel to the stay. Overall, a practical and comfortable choice for a short airport stopover.

I love the traditional decoration of the hotel, it transports you back to the ancient time. However, the car cannot go in, you have to push your luggage into the street where the hotel is located. It's very near to the big malls and walking distance to the old town. Hotel was very nice to pack our breakfast for us because we have a train to catch early in the morning and the restaurant is not open yet.

Good experience staying here. The staffs are kind and helpful, super convenient to get good food and nearby Kunming old street. I had great breakfast here. Doing laundry here, after set up for washing then just put a message to the helper, they will help to dry the clothes after washing and send to our room....super happy to stay here made my journey more enjoyable 😉

The homestay is located near to pickup or dropping point. Very convenient for Didi or taxy. The distance between ancient town and homestay takes about 3-5 minutes depends on how quick you climb up or going down the stairs😬 The host also very kind and helpful when we asked to upgrade our room for a better view. Also he make sure to gave us tea every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will repeat here in the future🥳

First off, I have to give a huge shout-out to the handsome boss! He helped us drag our luggage from the ancient town entrance all the way to the inn, and did the same when we left. Otherwise, our arms would have been numb! I was pleasantly surprised to find out he speaks Cantonese, which instantly made us feel so much more at home. He was incredibly warm and attentive. This is truly the most charming and comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed in. So many details surpassed what you'd find in a five-star hotel, like the bathroom scale and mini-fridge. We were even reminded to take an umbrella before heading out, and the front desk had a cabinet stocked with various daily necessities – truly thoughtful. Funnily enough, it rained heavily on our second day in Lijiang, so we couldn't really explore much and ended up soaked and freezing. But when we got back to the inn, we saw two adorable big dogs lying right outside our room. They came over, nudged us, and played around us, instantly cheering us up. Suddenly, the day didn't seem so bad after all! ~( ´▽｀) Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was hard to leave. If we hadn't already planned our itinerary, I would have loved to spend an entire day just relaxing in the courtyard. While the room's soundproofing isn't amazing, the overall atmosphere makes it easy to fall asleep. It's truly a perfect place for a relaxing 'retirement-style' stay. In a nutshell, it's 'Píng Liàng Zhèng' – affordable, beautiful, and excellent! Wishing all the friends at the inn peace, joy, and a life free of worries.

The hotel is located at Napa lake, which is only 20-30 mins drive from the city centre. There is a dedicated team who will assist you through a wechat chat group. The front desk were also understanding enough to assist us with our check in when we were rushing down from yubeng area. I would like to thank Xiao Gang for being the runner in assisting us with afternoon tea, sending us laundry, and carrying our luggages. He was friendly and approachable. Michael also assisted us with the projector screening and allowed us to check out slightly later due to our later photoshoot. Lastly, xiao lu for assisting us with any queries we have and sending our luggages to the hotel on the first night. This hotel also provides free laundry (meaning we drop it at the front desk) which stands out from others. Only improvement would be there can be more variety in their breakfast. Its always the same 2 options everyday 😂 I enjoyed the hospitality here and will be back!

Just pulled up to the hotel and — plot twist — our room wasn’t ready. Shocking, I know. They’d just survived the Water Festival the day before, so the place was probably still half-drowned and hungover. The receptionist dude was an absolute saint. His female colleague, however… let’s just say she was clearly auditioning for the role of “Cranky Receptionist from Hell.” I’m 99% sure she was on her period and the other 1% was pure personality. Thankfully they upgraded us, which was nice. I never saw the original room, so for all I know they moved us from a broom closet to a slightly larger broom closet with a view. Speaking of which — the view? Legit fire. The room itself? Clean enough. Dry sink area: spotless. Toilet: sparkling. Then came the shower — oh boy. It started off promising, like a decent enough setup… until my girlfriend jumped in. Five minutes later the hot water ghosted her mid-shampoo like a bad Tinder date. One second she’s happily singing, next second she’s screaming like she just got waterboarded by ice cubes. I’ve stayed in fancier bathrooms in Mexican motels that still had bullet holes in the walls and more reliable plumbing. Breakfast was… breakfast. The kind of “basic” that makes you nostalgic for airplane food. But hey, they gave us more bottled water than a doomsday prepper’s basement, so points for hydration. We were only there for two nights — in and out like a cheap Tinder date. Would I go back? Big fat question mark with a side of “probably not even if they paid me.” ⁉️

Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays.

This was by far the most satisfying hotel of our trip! The Lijiang hotel we originally booked was in a terrible location, so we made a last-minute change to Zangyuan. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. When they learned we were traveling with our parents, they eagerly provided tips for high-altitude areas and even upgraded our parents to a free snow mountain view room, arranging a lavish afternoon tea! Knowing we'd be leaving Lijiang very late the next day, they proactively extended our checkout time to 3:30 PM, which greatly facilitated our itinerary! The hotel even thoughtfully provided a complimentary drop-off service to the station! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. I highly, highly recommend it! Good clean, nice view. Location generally good. But food options if wanna buy by yourself got to go a bit far to kunming plaza unless you order from *******. Generally most of the staffs here are professional and polite. I am very pleasantly happy with the services provided here. Food option is simple but enough. The rice noodle is quite nice though. Simple suggestion would be hope TV is connected to netflix or some movie app or channels would be ideal. Thank you Parkwin. My son enjoyed it.
