Super efficient pick-up service- appreciate the speediness as our flight landed in the wee hours of the morning. Great location being close to the airport for us to rest up. There are multiple dedicated check in porches which provides a private check-in service. Room and bedsheets are clean, with the pillows being super comfortable as a plus! Strongly recommended! :)

My partner and I came to Yunnan for our honeymoon during the off-peak season. The front desk lady added me on WeChat beforehand to ask about our preferences and any special requirements. The concierge even thoughtfully sent us directions to the hotel. I have to say, Kunming really has so much delicious food! It's our first time here, and it feels like we could spend several days just exploring this area. **Facilities:** The overall furnishings are quite tasteful. Although the decor and history of this place feel quite dated, you can tell a lot of effort went into it. All the furniture is made of rosewood, and it's clear that the design of the pavilions, terraces, and soft furnishings perfectly aligns with Chinese aesthetics. It's truly beautiful, as if every scene was specifically designed by a professional. There's a really, really large executive lounge that's perfect for photos – it feels more like an upscale business club. It's also great for families and friends! Every single staff member's service was truly exceptional. They enthusiastically greeted us every time they saw us 😄 It was a very, very satisfying experience!

Good experience staying here. The staffs are kind and helpful, super convenient to get good food and nearby Kunming old street. I had great breakfast here. Doing laundry here, after set up for washing then just put a message to the helper, they will help to dry the clothes after washing and send to our room....super happy to stay here made my journey more enjoyable 😉

The homestay is located near to pickup or dropping point. Very convenient for Didi or taxy. The distance between ancient town and homestay takes about 3-5 minutes depends on how quick you climb up or going down the stairs😬 The host also very kind and helpful when we asked to upgrade our room for a better view. Also he make sure to gave us tea every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will repeat here in the future🥳

First off, I have to give a huge shout-out to the handsome boss! He helped us drag our luggage from the ancient town entrance all the way to the inn, and did the same when we left. Otherwise, our arms would have been numb! I was pleasantly surprised to find out he speaks Cantonese, which instantly made us feel so much more at home. He was incredibly warm and attentive. This is truly the most charming and comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed in. So many details surpassed what you'd find in a five-star hotel, like the bathroom scale and mini-fridge. We were even reminded to take an umbrella before heading out, and the front desk had a cabinet stocked with various daily necessities – truly thoughtful. Funnily enough, it rained heavily on our second day in Lijiang, so we couldn't really explore much and ended up soaked and freezing. But when we got back to the inn, we saw two adorable big dogs lying right outside our room. They came over, nudged us, and played around us, instantly cheering us up. Suddenly, the day didn't seem so bad after all! ~( ´▽｀) Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was hard to leave. If we hadn't already planned our itinerary, I would have loved to spend an entire day just relaxing in the courtyard. While the room's soundproofing isn't amazing, the overall atmosphere makes it easy to fall asleep. It's truly a perfect place for a relaxing 'retirement-style' stay. In a nutshell, it's 'Píng Liàng Zhèng' – affordable, beautiful, and excellent! Wishing all the friends at the inn peace, joy, and a life free of worries.

My stay at Lisiman was the perfect conclusion to my Yunnan adventure across Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-la. While each accommodation on my journey served a different purpose, I chose Lisiman specifically because I desired tranquility and a close connection to nature. Location and Atmosphere: Location-wise, LISIMAN ranked incredibly high for me. It sits right within the Napa Hai (Yila Grassland) while remaining close to town, and I highly appreciated their complimentary shuttle service. The view from dawn to dusk offered shifting, beautiful vibes. In the distance, I could watch cows and horses grazing on surrounding farms, while within the hotel compound itself, I loved watching the free-roaming animals, including black swans, ducks, Alaskan dogs, deer, sheep, and a donkey. Exceptional Service and Staff Recognition: I am deeply grateful for the warm reception and care I received. The staff showed incredible initiative and responded expediently to all my queries to ensure I felt comfortable experiencing Shangri-la ”the Lisiman way.” I was highly impressed by the collective teamwork, sincerity, and professionalism of the store manager and specific team members: 麦克, Alan, 小罗, and 小钢. My Experiences: Thanks to thiis team keeping me updated on the daily lineup of programmes, I enjoyed an unhurried yet incredibly fulfilling vacation. During my stay, I was able to: - Interact closely with the in-house animals. - Enjoy a delectable afternoon tea on my sun deck while soaking in the fresh prairie air. - Decorate a candle with flowers. - Stroll along the grassland for photography. - Snap sunrise hues and animals from my room. - Indulge in a photoshoot. - Count the stars at night. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with a family, LISIMAN has something for everyone.

Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you’re in Xishuangbanna. It’s a great location around a 10-minute walk from the huge Starlight Night Market, but despite this central location it’s also very peaceful, especially in the amazing infinity pool overlooking the river. The hotel staff are very friendly and you can contact them via WeChat if you have any issues.

When traveling with my girlfriend, the most important thing is the hotel, followed by the food. I've been to Mile many times, and honestly, the hotels there are generally quite good. But this time, the Mountain Retreat was a truly delightful surprise. The service was on par with a five-star international hotel. From the welcome gift to the hotel's amenities, everything made for a wonderful stay. The lobby design is a wonderful blend of Chinese and Western elements. It's spacious, and the hand-drip coffee is excellent! The hot spring on the first floor has both public and private pools, and importantly, it's very well-ventilated—not stuffy at all! Since I drove there, I parked right next to the hotel, making it convenient to go out and explore. What surprised me most was the body lotion provided by the hotel; it smelled amazing! I only used half a bottle, but I took the rest home to find the same product online, haha. It wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth the price. In my opinion, a truly good value experience is what I call value for money! I didn't take pictures of the room because we arrived too late and slept in a mess. You can see other people's pictures. Clean and luxurious!

This was by far the most satisfying hotel of our trip! The Lijiang hotel we originally booked was in a terrible location, so we made a last-minute change to Zangyuan. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. When they learned we were traveling with our parents, they eagerly provided tips for high-altitude areas and even upgraded our parents to a free snow mountain view room, arranging a lavish afternoon tea! Knowing we'd be leaving Lijiang very late the next day, they proactively extended our checkout time to 3:30 PM, which greatly facilitated our itinerary! The hotel even thoughtfully provided a complimentary drop-off service to the station! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. I highly, highly recommend it! I loved the place. The location is pretty convenient to get to all major attractions. There is also a relatively big 24/7 convenient store on the first floor and dome places to ear nearby. The room is spacious- I especially loved high ceilings. But the best thing is a tea-place with panorama windows- it is really lovely to have a rest at this place, overviewing the city and mountains. The service and breakfast are also quite nice. I enjoyed the cosmetics and tea offered by the hotel - really good staff. The cleaning service was very decent - daily refills of mini-bar and tea, throughly washing and vacuuming, towels change. I would really love to stay here the next time I visit Kunming
