Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bag. Mineral water was only on the first day, and there was no replenishment after bed making.
When I returned to the room after cleaning the room and was relaxing, the hotel staff opened the door without permission.
The staff at the front desk felt bad, and when I asked about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk of the spa.
The spa was comfortable, but I am disappointed to expect ５ star service for the hotel.

We arrived at 19:00, the server was passing the aspirator (sic).
We ordered 3 champagne coups served without any mouth fun (olives or others).

Very well located and very comfortable hotel. Receptionist Ninno was very helpful with car rental and a day trip to Annecy and Ninno is a very cheerfull person. Everything was perfect.

We stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023.
The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour.
The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer.
The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day.
We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price.

I was looking forward to staying in this hotel. I booked a bigger house. Later, he gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel. This is not the room I booked. CChenpi&BaiguoRecommend this hotel in Xiamuni, Grande, just a few minutes walk from the cable car station on the central street of the town. But the reason I recommend is not the location, it is a rare hotel with good hardware conditions, the service is so decent and attentive. Because the hotel is in the center, many streets in Xiamuni are limited to cars, and many sections are narrow and one-way. I called the hotel yesterday after a few roads were fruitless. The service staff gave me GPS coordinates very clearly and guided me all the way to the hotel's private parking lot. Let the staff pick me up. After arriving, very intimate introduction, chat, when asked if I want to book a local delicious dinner, I said, no need, I want to control the weight... The front desk lady humorously self-deprecating said, oh, how many food you are like us French women, missed! Ask me where I came from when I checked in? Say Beijing is a big city, we have 10,000 people... Knowing that I am going to the SPA and intimately draw a map for me to go back to the room to rest and change clothes. This morning, when the hotel service staff brought me Omelette and coffee, looking at the plate and pull flowers, this is really the most sincere I have ever eaten in the buffet breakfast, I feel that every minute is treated with comfort, this service is the best experience!
