4-Star Hotels in Bolivar, Colombia

We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist hervorragend. Die Architektur des Gebäudes sowie die Einrichtung gehen fließend in einander über und sind stilvoll. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker. Besondere Freude hat es uns bereitet das Treiben in der offenen Küche zu beobachten. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder Kommen.

The food is ok, but the hotel is remote. It would be better if there is hot water in the swimming place. In addition, the hotel elevator takes a long time to wait. All the food in the hotel requires service charges.

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

Tenemos sentimientos encontrados respecto a nuestra estancia. Por el precio y la ubicación, definitivamente vale la pena quedarse algunas noches. Consideramos que puede ser más cómodo para parejas que para grupos de amigos, ya que la habitación es bastante pequeña, aunque nos encantó el mural y la manera en que está organizada. El baño se encuentra justo detrás de la cama, separado únicamente por una pared y una puerta, lo que puede restar un poco de privacidad. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y sencillo, y el acceso al hotel y a la habitación se realiza únicamente con claves, lo cual resulta práctico.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. But there was a problem, the balcony railing of the sea view room was too crisp, so I leaned on it gently and fell down.

Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍 Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼 If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

Everything was okay despite the fact that the floor felt dusty. The rooms are new and the beda comfortable. Just felt the rooms were missing some components making it more comfortable as they felt cold and neat.

Very good! Delicious food! Nice people!
