Amazing hotel view, the whole village i loved so much we stayed there for one night. The hotel reception it self was hard to find and the rooms were separated from the main building. The room was great and the view was incredible.receptionist who spoke english was so welcoming and kind escorted us to our room in no time. The service was a bit low and breakfast was not rich of choices at all. Other than that i would defiantly recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel with cave like design, super clean room, the only drawback is we needed to carry the luggage up the hotel as it’s located slightly up the hill, the hotel staff was very helpful to have helped, it was worth the walk.
The hotel has a very nice lobby and common areas; the comfortable, clean rooms, drawing attention to some details (like air conditioning not work, a little noisy). The hotel has a parking area, and the hotel has a parking area.
My flight was delayed and my check-in time was in the middle of the night, but they waited for me. Of course, I had contacted them on the way there to let them know that I would be delayed. They were also very friendly and even carried my luggage for me. Thank you very much.
Located in the heart of Matera, which means you can’t get there by car, but the views and the room made up for the challenge of getting to it. Everyone was very professional. The room was large, clean and suited our needs. It felt like we were staying in someone’s mansion.
The hotel has nothing wrong with the facilities except that the facilities are a bit old. The hotel breakfast is still a lot. The waiters are very warm and the rest are very good.
I didn't find our room at the front desk, but there was an order, so it may be that the room type has been upgraded for us. The area is larger, but it is in an underground cave. It is a very distinctive cave room, but I think it is enough to stay for one night. There is tide The smell, and the room is very dark, it will be uncomfortable to stay continuously. The breakfast room was remodeled from a church in the 17th century. It is very distinctive. The scenery outside the hotel is very good, but the wall above the bed where we lived fell down, making a bed , Especially after the next morning, I am very grateful to Ctrip for contacting the hotel and refunding us a few hundred yuan as compensation, but the features of the hotel are still worth staying for one night to experience.

GGuest UserReally great one night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for the autostrada. It was easy to check in and the reception staff were pleasant. We were advised parking was at the rear of the hotel where there was plenty of space. Our room was clean and modern, with a lovely comfortable bed.
We had dinner in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the choice available, as we don't eat meat, there were vegetarian options and of course fish, and the quality was excellent. It was also reasonable in cost.
We had breakfast the next day where there was ample choice of scrambled egg (and bacon), cheeses, bread and pastries, cakes etc. Would thoroughly recommend.
RRowena Yin TingA nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.
11356408****Hotel location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the old town. On the 2nd floor of a residential building. The facilities of the homestay are very good, similar to the 4- 5 star hotel, the room is small, but very comfortable. We arrived before noon and saw the cleaning staff changing the sheets very carefully for disinfection. The breakfast is monotonous, bread and milk, the proprietress is not 24 hours, so if you have something to check in, please ask quickly.
GGuest UserNo notes. This hotel is perfection. We stayed in cave rooms, each was unique but equal in its charm and beauty. The spa is fabulous and the staff top notch. Hotel is a perfect location for exploring Matera on foot. Even during off season there were good dining options and plenty to see.
EEduardo J. RamosExcellent hotel but way out of town in a lonely industrial area, perfect for those with a car.
Wifi in some rooms is quite disappointing too.
other than that, modern facilities including swimming pool (closed in December obviously), ample car park, large bedrooms, and superb breakfast.

GGuest UserEverything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.
TTheresaIt's a small botique hotel, the front staff is really friendly, they helped to call the taxi, made restaurant for us and kept our luggage before and after our check out and all these done with a 😊. Location is fabulous too, sassi is veey near and good view point!
OolivierNice hotel. But if you have luggage’s it’s a nightmare to go there. The tenant is quite harassing concerning your hour of check in check out and time of breakfast. If you are vacationing be prepared to answer questions and be on schedule which is not very relaxing
