The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The best part was the convenient location; it's just a 5-minute walk whether you're taking a car or catching a boat for island hopping. From the room, you can see both the ocean and the park, offering a lovely view! You definitely have to try the upstairs bar; their anniversary special cocktail is quite good right now.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's a 10-minute walk to Kochi Station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right outside. The famous Love Bridge is also just behind the hotel. The shopping street is only a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for eating, browsing, and shopping. Hirome Market is also nearby. The front desk staff were very patient and thoughtful. The breakfast was good, and they had delicious bonito. Plus, the room windows actually open! I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kochi.

I booked an accessible room, and it was genuinely spacious. It's really comfortable to stay in a 35 sqm room in Japan. There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, but it cleared up after I turned on the air purifier. Downside: The soundproofing isn't great. Upside: Everything else is a plus. The location is excellent. There's an airport shuttle right downstairs, which costs 1000 yen and goes directly to the airport. There are frequent services, almost hourly. Location: Whether you're going to the airport, Takamatsu Port for island hopping, or the JR station, everything is within walking distance. It's a 12-minute walk to Takamatsu Port, which was perfect for our island-hopping itinerary. Mitsukoshi department store is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and it has an LV store with plenty of stock. There are also many choices for drugstores, restaurants, and cafes. The room was cleaned daily. One time, I forgot to hang the 'please clean' sign and thought it wouldn't be done, but when I returned to the room, it felt completely refreshed, which was a lovely surprise. Helpful staff, beautiful and clean room, nice onsen with high-quality water and stunning view from the top in the morning. The dinning room was nice in terms of atmosphere and the food was above average. But the restaurant staff refused to borrow a knife for us to cut fruits at our room, making us slightly frustrated despite their explanation about safety issues.

Even though it was a mixed dorm, everyone was really quiet, so my sleep wasn't affected at all. The toilets and showers were never crowded as people used them at different times. The location is excellent; there are several shopping streets nearby, Ritsurin Garden is only about a 10-minute walk, and Takamatsu Port is roughly 20 minutes on foot. On my last day, I found some delicious gelato nearby! 😋

The most unacceptable thing is that when booking this hotel, the check-in payment has been deducted, and the payment will be officially made when you arrive at the local area, and then you have to wait for 3-35 days before arrange the original return. I have waited for a month so far, and there is no refund. According to the customer service of trip.com, the payment has not been refunded because the hotel has not made a loan, so I have to wait.
