4-Star Hotels in Kaafu Atoll, Maldives

The island is beatiful and the resort is pretty much everything you should want. Rooms were spacious, and well equipped. The service and the staff is very good and friendly too. The only thing maybe worth mentioning is that there only one restaurant where you can eat when you do all inclusive/full board (Sea Breeze) which can get quite hot as it’s not a closed area, meaning no aircon. The remaining 3 restaurants are not included and are charged separately.

We have a wonderful 5 nights here. Most people here are kind and helpful. We especially thanks to Chinmoy for his kindly and touching service that makes this holiday more special for our family. And we also thanks to Binod for his smile and offering good quality of food. We want to thank to the doctor for helping my wife to overcome the pain. The housekeeping Mr. Haneef did great job to fulfill all our needs. The front desk Miss Shau and the one from China (sorry that I forget to take note of her name) also offer us good help. The snorkeling is real good and we enjoy the atomosphere of relaxing here. We will definitely come back and have another good holiday here.

Everything was perfect ! The island is very small but there is everyday something to do. The staff is amazing, our room was always clean thanks to Rajan. The food is very good and special thanks to Nadia at Thai restaurant you’re a sunshine ! Entertainment staff is also great thanks to Masud & Anis. I recommend this hotel and will come back for sure.

The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the beach and sea. The proximity to the beach was incredible — we found ourselves enjoying the comfort of the room and relaxing on the balcony rather than spending time on the beach itself. However, the flooring was noticeably slippery, especially after stepping out of the bathroom with wet feet. We had to lay towels down to prevent slipping. This could be a concern for families with young children, as it poses a safety risk. The service experience was underwhelming. The staff appeared rather stern and were not particularly welcoming. Additionally, breakfast was modest with a very limited selection and surprisingly, no local dishes were offered. If you have some flexibility in your budget, I would recommend exploring the nearby restaurants for a more satisfying breakfast experience.

La struttura è molto pulita e le stanze sono spaziose. La spiaggia è proprio di fronte, lo staff a partire dal manager, camerieri e lo chef sono sempre disponibili e pronti a venirti incontro per ogni esigenza.

Facilities: Complete, everything you need, Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, the food is good. Environment: Beautiful, clean and well-equipped. Service: Good, the staff are very polite and serve with a smile. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on the beach. The layout and sea view of the high-rise rooms are very good. You can see the sea from the bed, which should be the ceiling of Dhiffushi Island. The facilities such as sea entertainment are complete, and the supporting restaurant is also very good. It would be perfect if the price was more affordable.

The hotel's facilities are average, relatively clean, and the service is acceptable. However, please note that the speedboat schedule offered by the hotel is... It's a bit unreasonable. I originally had a 10:40 a.m. flight the next morning, and a representative said they could book a 7:30 a.m. speedboat. If I missed it, they could arrange a 7:45 a.m. speedboat. They even promised me that, so I decided to stay an extra night. The next day, they told me the only available speedboat was the 8:00 a.m. one, and suggested I take the 8:00 a.m. one. Actually, I couldn't make it because the lines at Male Airport were so long. This arrangement is completely unreasonable! Furthermore, I paid $25 USD, and they booked me on an old, ugly boat, not a speedboat! It's outrageous! I ended up taking the nice speedboat, but the hotel actually asked me to get off and take the ugly, old, two-story speedboat next door, and charged me the same $25 USD. It's outrageous! I refused... It took a long time for everyone to agree to let me take a normal speedboat. I suggest that you don't book the speedboat through this hotel. You can go to the dock and wait by yourself, and then go up and pay directly. In addition, if you want to sign up for a sea trip, this hotel basically cannot organize a sea trip. You can ask around in other places on the island. Some of them can organize a group. Overall, I was satisfied, but after all this trouble, the experience was greatly reduced... It is recommended that you consider the interests of customers reasonably when selling.

The hotel is in a nice location, right next to the beach so that’s a plus. - Daily service was great - Reception was ok, lots to improve. Starting by how difficult was to book the transfers, I tried calling multiple times on different days and different times and never got an answer, I would like to think I had the wrong number (google maps). Island tour on arrival it wasn’t given as an option as we were tired, we would’ve liked to decline it. We arrive before the standard check-in time so we understand if we can’t check in until the standard time. We were in the lobby for more than 10mins and we didn’t know if we had to wait 10 more mins or 2 more hours, we weren’t given a time to go to the room until we asked. Therefore we when grab a bite and came back later to go to the room (all this didn’t make my trip any less better but could be avoided in future). Front office team was great and attentive as they always smiled and greeted us, and asked if help was need it. - Restaurant was ok, food wasn’t the best and not to mention that the pizza is not made there. Breakfast options weren’t too many and lack some taste, some of the pastries were definitely made a few days back as they weren’t good at all. The omelettes were pretty good. The staff was very nice and polite in every interaction. - Room is nice and clean and very spacious with great view. The amenities in the room are almost none. It would be nice to have some minibar with drinks and snacks. Bathroom amenities were poor as well, no shower cap, no cotton buds, no dental kit. I also inquired a higher room category for better comfort but I was told there wasn’t any. Unsure if there wasn’t any other category available or I was at the highest. Very nice hotel and very nice people working there but lacking little things that make huge difference.
