Very well located. It's a very pretty building, well-appointed and decorated. The service is magnificent, and the breakfast is quite good. A very good experience.

The facilities are very well located and very clean, a quiet and cozy hotel. The all-inclusive service is very good and is correct with meal and snack times. The animation for the time of year is very good. The waiters at the pool bar, there is a girl who is very friendly and helpful, the rest are average to bad. They don't have much experience in preparing cocktails and they take too long to serve. If you go with a car, there is parking inside the hotel. I have already visited this Hotel on other occasions and the truth is that they continue with their very good service policy.

I enjoyed a fabulous stay here in Travira. The staff were always smiling, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and even included champagne. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The location was excellent in spite of having an uphill walk from the town. I would definitely stay here again

Have stayed here several times but this visit was very disappointing The main restaurant wasn't open so we had to eat in the one on ground floor where we were given an inferior menu and presented with inferior food We went for breakfast at 7am as soon as they opened as we had an early flight and the hot food buffet was cold Reception staff were very friendly and the bar staff where they offered a happy hour I'm afraid I will belooking elsewhere in Faro in future

Great location, about 10 mins walk to Lagos Old Town and the Lagos Marina. Lots of nice eateries nearby. Emmanuel from the front desk was very helpful to us and showed us the way clearly, recommended some good pastry shops as well. The staff that delivered our dental kits to the room was super unfriendly though.. maybe he just doesn’t like us haha. You can actually get lost in this hotel as it was quite a maze. However the fixtures were so dated and old. The wardrobe in my room was so old it felt like it was going to collapse anytime. There was also a weird super strong chlorine smell in the room and it didn’t dissipate even after a day. Sigh, we realised it could be from the day curtains as they likely had washed it with bleach to remove stains or something.. my husband made a fuss and wanted to change rooms but the hotel seemed full house with tour groups from France, UK and more. Breakfast spread was ok, same food was served for the 2 nights that I stayed. Would be great if they can do some maintainence works such as repainting the entire building. Doors of rooms should be changed too as they were so hard to open and close - you’ll be hearing guests slamming doors to close all the time! Very strange why all of these improvisations were not done when travel was not permitted during COVID times. The hotel would be an absolute beauty otherwise.

The hotel is a beautiful one, no doubt about it, but there are a few things that I wasn't happy with. It is like most things you need to pay for. Needed to iron my clothes, I was told that I needed to pay for the service due to safety issues. Will get my stuff in 48 hours. If I wanted it earlier, I had to pay more. To get to the beach, I was i formed that I need to pay for a ferry to get me across... all this should have been said before a persons book. The hotel is a secluded, nice area. In order to navigate a taxi is a must unless one wants to walk for 30 minutes in the scrotching sun to catch the train or bus. Uber service is better than the taxi you would get from the airport as it is costly. The food was good, in terms of variety ilI would say no, but it terms of taste yes great. Kudos to the chef. Staff are very helpful and understanding. Some drinks, however, are watered down. I love pina Colada, but wow, i had no clue what I got there. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay, entertainment, the rooftop, top superb ( was there every evening).

Hotel in need of some renovations, you can hear the noise in the rooms, they are cold, the indoor pool is terrible, the water is cold and super small. Breakfast could be better for a 4 star hotel. The staff were very friendly.

Quiet hotel, 2 minutes from the airport, about 15 minutes from the city center. Spacious room, with a very spacious bathroom too. The only drawbacks regarding the room are the size of the TV (32”, very small) and the fact that the bathroom has a bathtub and not a shower, but in the latter case it is more of a personal taste than anything else.

Not very new, but the location is beautiful. It takes a long time to drive, it is worth a special trip, very close to the Acropolis in the southwestmost corner of continental Europe, and the surfing area, which is impressive
