The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall and supermarket right across the street. The breakfast was excellent, very satisfied!

First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

Aloft is a great hotel for travelers who’s wants to get a budget accommodation along with excellent service. The red Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Whenever I call reception or room service, I get the answer and the required service fast and I give them 5 stars when I compare them with their competitors. Whenever I visit Khobar in the future, Aloft will be my first choice. Their location is walking distance to fast food chains, coffee shops and a hospital. The room size is very decent compared to the paid price.

She kindly allowed me to check in earlier, which made my stay even more convenient. In addition, one of the housekeeping staff members was also very supportive and attentive. Overall, my stay was truly amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and dedication of the staff.

This hotel was the best choice to stay during our visit and even though I had some comments Mr. Abbas and a receptionist were very accommodating and positive and promised I’d have a better stay next time .. they serve Saudi coffee, dates , juice and water in the lobby and the staff are friendly .. I kept ordering delivery and they kept bringing the orders to our room every time .. thank you it was a good stay and I’ll be back

Friendly, clean hotel with wonderful services and staff especially Mr Ahmed and Malik, and all the restaurant staffs. Mr Ahmed always remember to service my coffee daily, thank you and great appreciate for creating an unforgettable experience. Counter staffs were friendly and check in progress is easy and quick. Will return to the Courtyard again only next business trip.

Breakfast has become a bit monotonous; it's watermelon and cantaloupe every day, and it doesn't seem very fresh. Also, room cleaning is very slow. I had the 'do not disturb' sign up for two days, and no one came to clean. When they finally did clean, someone knocked on my door to clean again at past 10 PM. It's close to Lulu Supermarket and there's a Chinese malatang place nearby, but it wasn't good. The siu mai there is an absolute rip-off, especially for Chinese people.

The hotel is very close to the beach, with large rooms, good facilities, rich breakfast and good service. It is the most cost-effective hotel in Dammam, without a doubt, and the best choice for business travel.

Warm and welcoming stay. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, upon check in we received complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only issue was I had a problem with the hot water in my room which wasn't getting hot. Overall, a beautiful stay.
