The bathroom was very unclean, with hair and nail clippings indicating the need for a deep cleaning. Furthermore, it lacked an exhaust fan, and the prayer mat also required washing. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

The hotel faces the Persian Gulf and is about a 5-minute walk from the city center. The front desk reception is enthusiastic and professional, and the room is clean, but the bathroom has no door to separate it from the bathroom floor, so it is easy for water to splash onto the floor.

The room is quite small, the soundproofing is quite poor, the Wi-Fi in the room is quite slow, but the facilities in the hotel are good.
