4-Star Hotels in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

We booked a king-size bed room, and seeing that we had two children, the front desk upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment. I will stay there again next time I go to Dammam. Just turn left and cross the road and you will find Carrefour, which is convenient for shopping and cooking.

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

A nice and beautiful experience. It wasn't my first. But they were very late in getting me in and they didn't compensate me or take into account the notes I mentioned to them.

The room is quite small, the soundproofing is quite poor, the Wi-Fi in the room is quite slow, but the facilities in the hotel are good.
