Hotel with good location in the city center Ratchaburi Province, got to stay in a Premier room with a king size bed, very spacious, complete with amenities, big screen TV, soft bed, clean line, lots of breakfast, good taste, there's Khanom Krok as well. Good service staff.

I really like it. The place is beautiful, well maintained, clean, no trash, no leaves, no mess at all. Taking pictures from any angle is beautiful. Impressed with the service. All the staff are very good. They are well-trained, have a service mind, are smiling, and cute. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay here again. Thank you. 🥰😍

Let's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.

Many times here. Nice and natural atmosphere. This time is a good time, nice weather. Love it. Thinking to have big family trip here. 3 generation family members can fit here for sures! ❤️🤟 Old style but clean and wide space.

The hotel looks a bit old. The air conditioner cools slowly, but the hotel is in the middle of the city. Makes traveling convenient and easy. The service is good.

The view is beautiful, the room is the Swiss country style, there are battery cars in and out, you can participate in the hotel activities for free, horse riding, feeding sheep, feeding fish, archery, golf, but we are not involved in feeding sheep and golf due to weather problems. , the event has a specified time, remember not to miss

This is a nice resort, a pretty quiet place. The building design is attractive, and the landscape was okay, though I expected it to be more beautiful. The room was clean, but the water heater didn’t work consistently, and some of the plug sockets didn’t function. There is an extra charge for kids, and they provide an extra bed. Breakfast was a buffet with limited options but decent enough. During my stay, there was a power outage for the whole night due to strong winds seriously damaging the electrical system, so they offered us a discount as an apologize.
