Every time I land in Los Angeles in the evening, I usually choose this hotel. The shuttle bus is free and runs very frequently. Just take the elevator to the 3rd floor for the hotel shuttle stop. The room is as spacious as always, and they provide two complimentary bottles of water at check-in. In North America, you usually have to bring your own kettle. This time, my $100 deposit was released immediately after check-out, which was really fast!

Service: All the front desk staff were incredibly diligent and professional. They answered all my questions and were quite enthusiastic.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. They even cleaned up the hair I had stuck to the wall!
Location: It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf and feels very safe. The location is excellent.
Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, so don't expect too much. Both the faucet and shower have low water pressure.
Breakfast: Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and offers a wide variety of choices. You can eat as many strawberries as you want, even the ones that cost $6.99 a box at the supermarket! Eating a good breakfast here can definitely keep you full until dinner.

Facilities: Not super new, but acceptable.
Cleanliness: Decent.
Environment: Not too far from the airport. No commercial establishments nearby. There's a pedestrian overpass to cross the highway to the Caltrain station, which is cheaper than taking BART from the airport to get into the city.
Service: The main draw was the free airport shuttle, but the frequency isn't great, especially at night, it's noticeably less frequent than Marriott's shuttles.
## Room:
The room was spacious. Some rooms are a bit noisy due to their proximity to the highway. Bottled water in the room is complimentary only for Hilton Honors members; otherwise, it costs $4 a bottle. Wi-Fi requires you to register as a member (I'm not sure if it's mandatory, but I had to register to use it). Housekeeping services need to be requested at the front desk upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong, but it was sufficient. As usual, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers were provided (I brought my own, so I don't know if they can be requested from the front desk).
## Hotel Facilities:
There's a small convenience store next to the front desk on the first floor, selling snacks, drinks, and water. The lobby also has a coffee shop that opens at 6:30 AM. I received two complimentary cookies during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise!
## Transportation:
To get to Disneyland, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service (bus routes 6/12 or 12), though the schedule isn't always precise. You can buy a day pass on the official website for $6 per adult; it's more cost-effective if you plan to use the bus for both往返 trips. A single ride with a credit card costs $4, and you'll be billed the next day. You can also take an Uber to Disneyland from the hotel entrance.
## Nearby:
Across from the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Wendy's. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, The Outlets at Orange, where you can shop.

I have to say, I'm really impressed with this hotel's environment and service. The decor is quite new and clean (looks like it's been recently renovated), and the soundproofing is relatively good. You can hear planes passing by, but it's not too loud, which is a significant improvement compared to other similarly priced hotels I've stayed at in the US. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle that runs every 10-15 minutes, with a bus tracker, and convenient waiting areas at both the airport and the hotel. The ride from the airport to the hotel is about 8-10 minutes. What truly stood out was their thoughtful provision of three different types of water in the lobby, especially since most hotels don't provide any water at all. If you're not planning on frequent trips into the city center, this is an excellent choice. Plus, there are several car rental services within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

I had an excellent stay at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and efficient—check-in was a breeze and they made sure to recognize my status right away.
The real highlight is the M Club Lounge on the 18th floor. It is hands down better than any other hotel lounge in the LAX area. The panoramic views of the runways are spectacular, and the space is modern and well-stocked. The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of hot options. If you have lounge access, this property is the clear winner at the airport.
The room was spacious and very clean. We were also offered a free early check-in. The hotel environment is excellent, and they provide a free shuttle to the Getty Center, along with complimentary breakfast. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view. The only drawback is that the room isn't very soundproof, so there was some noise from outside at night.

Very nice clean hotel on Hotel Circle so close to everything. The only issue was they don't tell you until you get there that there's a $25 per night per car parking charge. And if you tell then you're an IHG member they will drop to $10. But only if you ask. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and make sure you ask for housekeeping as it isn't guaranteed unless you do.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend it, especially since the large flat-screen TV can connect to your personal YouTube account.
However, there's no microwave or fridge in the room, and the soundproofing isn't great – you can clearly hear noise from the hallway, which is a bit of a shame.
