Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the refreshing orange fragrance, washing away all travel fatigue. The design is minimalist yet tasteful, with warm lighting creating a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with smart controls throughout. I loved being able to voice-control the lights and curtains – super lazy-friendly! The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep. GGuest UserFinally checked in to the highly anticipated Citigo! The room was small but the facilities were super clean and comfortable. A few small details stood out: 1. The slippers were thick-soled and incredibly comfy. 2. The bottom of the shower curtain was surprisingly clean! 3. They even provided three latex pillows 😂. 4. You can check the availability and time for the washing machine and dryer on their mini-program or app. 5. The lobby was super cool. In summary: small but perfectly formed!

AAnonymous UserThis was the best hotel I have probably ever stayed in!! Everything was super amazing! I was here with my cousin for the weekend to visit Universal Studios. It was super convenient and close to the park.
Most hotels I’ve been to, the air is quite dry and dusty and it gets my allergies going, but it was super clean. I also requested a non-smoking room and so it smelled very fresh in the room. The shower and bath were very relaxing, the soaps and shampoos provided smelled really nice too! They had lots of amenities in the room from toothbrushes, nespresso coffee, bath salts, a soft bathrobe, slippers and even a shoe horn to slip on your shoes! The room was very spacious and we were lucky to get a view of the park!
The breakfast was also amazing! There were lots of food items to chose from! They had both traditional Chinese breakfast and English style breakfast items. I loved the pastries and salad bar! They also had fresh made juices that were very nice to drink in the morning, I loved the watermelon pear juice! There was also a central station where you could ask the chefs to cook noodles or your choice of eggs. Overall super satisfied!!
The hotel service is definitely top tier. The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We weren’t sure on the first morning how to use the latte machine and the staff immediately helped us and brought it to our table. There was even a free shuttle to and from Universal studios, however they do pickup and leave the park a bit early, I believe around 8:40pm. I’m assuming it’s to avoid the traffic jam after the park closes. We ended up calling a cab both times because we were enjoying the breakfast too much! Even when we checked out of the hotel, the staff outside still helped us into our cab to the train station.
The only real con I would say is that it was a bit hard to exit the parking area due to there being two weddings happening that weekend. Our cab drivers weren’t sure where to exit out from, but it wasn’t super hard to get out.
Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back! I’ve already recommended this place to a few others! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very strategic location in the heart of Wangfujing, surrounded by lots of shops and great food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some of them could speak good English, which made communication much easier.
One of the best features was the robot service that delivered our online food orders and packages directly to the room — very convenient and modern! The hotel was also very clean, and the towels were replaced every day.
They also provide a free self-service laundry room, which was really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

TTu124An ideal hotel for tourists arriving in Beijing. Luxurious mattresses and comfortable pillows. Comfortable air conditioning (not blowing directly on the bed). New plumbing. Very clean. A 24-hour shuttle bus runs from Exit 15, which also takes you back to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Millennium Hotel Beijing boasts a incredibly convenient location with excellent transport links nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel's overall ambiance is upscale and grand, with a modern and elegant lobby design. My room was spacious and spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful stay.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From the friendly and efficient front desk during check-in to the attentive room service, everyone was professional, warm, and meticulous, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, all of excellent quality. The gym and pool were also very well-maintained, highlighting the hotel's complete and top-notch facilities.
