My stay here was quite pleasant. Upon arrival, I was assisted by a hotel staff member named Beira, who was very professional and provided a detailed introduction. During my stay, a few issues came up, but the staff were always quick to resolve them. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near Jianguomen subway station. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose Sofitel again on my next visit to Beijing.
