The hotel's overall decor is simple and stylish, and the rooms are clean and refreshing, with very comfortable bedding. They offer a gym, laundry room, and even provide late-night snacks, which is great for business travelers. The staff are friendly and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

A Touching Moment The housekeepers, Ms. Wu Huanqin and Ms. Zhao Huanfeng, noticed we had a baby crib in our room and a pile of laundry in the bathroom. They proactively provided us with clothes hangers and replenished our drinking water. When we returned to our room, we saw the items on the table and a note they left. It was truly a heartwarming moment; these two ladies anticipated our needs and took the initiative to fulfill them. We are incredibly grateful! We experienced the hotel's excellent culture and the high-quality character and service of its staff. We will definitely be returning to enjoy our stay again.

The room exceeded my expectations. It's truly rare to find such a great hotel in this expensive area. The hygiene and environment were excellent, and it was very quiet. We were attending an exhibition, and there were quite a few of us. Luckily, there are many dining options right across from the hotel, which was super convenient! Every year, our industry conference is held at the old International Exhibition Center in Sanyuanqiao, so I always book the Royal Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient. This year, I was so busy with my business trip that I forgot to book a room in advance. In the end, I could only get a single room type for one night, meaning I'd have to switch rooms halfway through, which was a first for me. When checking in, I was assisted by Manager Gu. I explained to her that any room type would be fine, as long as I didn't have to change rooms during my stay. The hotel had a high occupancy rate that day, but after Manager Gu checked, she applied to her senior leader, Manager Li, and managed to switch me to an Executive Twin Room, so I wouldn't have to move. Manager Gu's service was incredibly professional and her attitude was excellent; she genuinely put the customer first. The professional service from both managers made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options, especially the freshly fried Chinese crullers (youtiao) – they're really crispy and highly recommended. The hotel's location is great, and although it's an older hotel, the service is incredibly personalized. It's definitely my top choice for business trips to Beijing, especially in the North 3rd Ring area.
