This was the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in years. It wasn't because it was particularly luxurious or the rooms were huge, but because the service for the price in Beijing was absolutely amazing! Let me elaborate on a few points: 1. The hotel's location is super convenient, just 100-200 meters from Sanyuanqiao subway station – a quick left turn out the door and you're there. Getting around was a breeze! We took the subway to places like Universal Studios and the Old Summer Palace, and it only cost 5-6 yuan per person. I really can't recommend this place enough! 2. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful for visitors to Beijing, allowing early check-in as early as 8 AM. Our flight landed in the middle of the night, so we just dropped off our luggage and went straight to watch the flag-raising ceremony. We got back to the hotel before 7 AM, and the staff, seeing how exhausted we were, let us check in early at 7 AM. After a long night, a hot shower and a wonderful sleep were exactly what we needed! 3. The hotel service was incredibly prompt; any feedback was addressed immediately. My 13-year-old son would simply message the AI robot on his phone if he needed anything, and the robot would deliver it in no time. If the robot couldn't handle it, the staff would respond quickly. Plus, the lobby on the first floor had co-working desks and a pool table. So, every day after sightseeing, my son would come back and play with the robot and spend hours playing pool. Meanwhile, I'd be working on my laptop at one of the co-working desks. That moment felt particularly serene and lovely! 4. If the timing was right, there was also a late-night snack service at 10 PM. Bottled water was provided endlessly. Staying at this hotel with my child was the most comfortable choice I made for my trip to Beijing. Every single staff member provided excellent service. 5. Oh, and the hotel also offers laundry and drying services. Every day, I'd have my son take our clothes to the laundry room; all you needed was your room key card to use it. Super convenient! In short, whether you're visiting Beijing for leisure or business, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! I'm quite a picky person, especially about cleanliness, but I genuinely love this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our needs. There are a lot of small restaurants really close with really good and affordable food. It's only 20 minutes to reach a nearby metro station from where you can travel everywhere. The staff was really friendly and had no problem with communicating in English. There was a kettle and coat hangers in the room which was great.

Inside the closet, there was a gas mask with clear instructions, ensuring safety during my stay. 3. **Hardware perfectly suited for business needs:** The room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a wet and dry separation. The bedding was soft, and I could choose from various pillow types. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring privacy for work discussions and undisturbed rest at night.

From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The common areas and guest rooms were spotless, and the toiletries were complete and clean. The front desk staff were warm and patient, making check-in and check-out quick and smooth. Room service was prompt in responding to requests. Overall, my experience was fantastic!

I've had Yunnan cuisine here before, and since the weekend rate was good, I quickly booked a stay. It's pretty good. They offer a complimentary drink upon check-in. It's clean and attention to detail is evident. The bed is quite comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. While there isn't a delivery robot, the hotel's swimming pool and spa are a definite plus. The Yunnan food is delicious. I'd recommend staying here.

I booked a special offer, windowless king room… they called it a 'special offer room'. The room was on the first-floor hallway. As soon as I got the room number, I had a bad feeling, and sure enough… it was incredibly noisy! Speechless. I could hear everything clearly from the front desk, conversations, phone ringing… it was pure noise pollution. I didn't sleep well for two nights; it was like people were talking right outside my door. If you're a light sleeper, absolutely do NOT book this room type! I suggest they add a note for this room type: 'hallway, not soundproofed'. To top it off, at 2 AM one night, the power went out in the room. The AC stopped working, couldn't charge anything… had to call the front desk. After a while, someone came to fix it… didn't get resolved until 3 AM! 💢😡 Absolutely terrible. The hairdryer was also an issue; it kept popping out while I was using it 😵… Later, I had to request a room change myself before they finally moved me to the second floor. They didn't seem to take it very seriously anyway. This Beijing trip was completely ruined by this hotel. Speechless, speechless, speechless…

The room was clean, tidy, and practical – perfect for one person. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they were very helpful when my family came to visit and when I needed to contact the hotel. The cleaning staff were also very diligent and responsible. Although the hotel isn't large, it has an elevator, which was a huge help for someone like me with a lot of heavy luggage. My only minor complaints are that the shower drain was a bit slow and the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. Also, one light in the room wasn't working, which made reading a bit difficult. Other than that, everything was great!

The environment is clean, service from staff member #7 was thoughtful, and the transportation is convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. My stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend it!

The room exceeded my expectations. It's truly rare to find such a great hotel in this expensive area. The hygiene and environment were excellent, and it was very quiet. We were attending an exhibition, and there were quite a few of us. Luckily, there are many dining options right across from the hotel, which was super convenient! It's also very close to the exhibition center!

From now on, this Atour S will be my go-to hotel. The decor is much newer than other hotels. The front desk staff was very attentive, and the pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable! The front desk even helped us upgrade our room type! When we left, we had all the snacks, drinks, and even clothes they offered, hahaha! A satisfying trip~
