My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and fresh, with no strange odors, and housekeeping did a very thorough job. The bed was so soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and I had a peaceful night's sleep thanks to the good soundproofing. The front desk staff were gentle and efficient with check-in, and patiently answered any questions I had. All the facilities seemed quite new; hot water was instant, and the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth. Even without an outside view, the room's ambiance was very comfortable, not at all cramped. The location is also convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, it felt very reassuring. After a tiring journey, finding such a comfortable hotel is a rare treat. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this hotel again because it's super convenient for getting to the Olympic Sports Center for a game – just a few minutes' walk morning or evening. The hotel's pool and gym are consistently great, as always. What's even better is the Sichuan restaurant downstairs; the dishes are authentic, refined, and they even have some fusion options that really hit the spot. The dining environment is also very quiet. They even gave us complimentary pre-meal fruit and Zhong Shui Jiao (Sichuan dumplings).

Excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for a concert. It's very close to the Bird's Nest, so I can just walk back to the hotel. The service was warm and friendly, and the hygiene was top-notch. I'll definitely choose your place again when I come to see Xue Zhiqian!

The location is super easy to find, with Line 8 and bus stops nearby, and it's also convenient for taxis. For this price, to get a room like this, it truly exceeded my expectations. The bathroom even had two showerheads, one rainfall and one handheld, which I was super, super happy with! The front desk staff were also very warm and polite, making check-in efficient and quick. Any requests I had were promptly addressed, and they even had a robot deliver things directly to my door! 👍 Overall, the value for money is really high. This was my first time seeing a concert at the Bird's Nest, and after looking at many hotels, I decided to book this one just to try it out. From the hotel's decor to the interior environment and service, everything was excellent. They even allowed late check-out. The soundproofing was great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It was a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also wonderful; they thoughtfully helped me find the best spot, and I could see the Bird's Nest right from my room. **Facilities:** The air conditioning was very strong. **Cleanliness:** Extremely clean. **Environment:** Very upscale, with many foreign guests. **Service:** Excellent service. Next time I'm in Beijing for a concert, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a wonderful and nice place. Kind employees they are very supportive. One of them spoke English but others tried best with the translator. Washing is totally free of charge and very easy. Drying also available. Many staff so that they keep the place very tidy. Frequent cleaning including the corridor and even the lift. Free coffee and breakfast small pack available at the lobby. Eco friendly type as they use disposable paper towels (even big bath paper towel!) and paper cups. Only one issue I faced was the bathroom there was some uncleared parts, when staying continuously bath room is not daily cleaned but the door carpet is daily changes. Anyway good new rooms with flat tv and pressure mattress. 这是一个绝佳的好地方。员工们非常友善，给予了我很大的支持。其中一位员工会说英语，其他员工则尽力通过翻译与我沟通。洗衣服务完全免费，而且非常方便。这里还提供烘干服务。员工很多，所以房间总是保持得非常整洁。走廊甚至电梯都经常清洁。大堂提供免费咖啡和小包装早餐。这里非常环保，使用的是一次性纸巾（甚至是大浴巾！）和纸杯。我遇到的唯一问题是浴室里有些地方没有清理干净，在连续入住期间，浴室不是每天清洁，但门垫每天都会更换。不过，新房间很好，配有平板电视和压力床垫。

What impressed me the most was coming back in the evening to find that housekeeping had neatly organized my clothes, replenished the slippers, and even left a handwritten goodnight card. These small touches instantly made a huge positive impression. There are many dining options around the hotel, including a popular '网红餐厅' (internet-famous restaurant) just a three-minute walk away. At check-out, the front desk even proactively asked if I needed a late check-out. Overall, this was a 'flawless' stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

I chose this hotel because I needed a fridge and it had a rating of 4.5+ and was close to the metro. However, ratings are just for reference. First, the fridge met my needs. Second, the cleanliness was acceptable. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro station. There aren't many convenient places to buy things nearby, as it's located within a residential complex. The only thing that truly surprised me was that I hadn't noticed the hotel has NO TV (I repeat, NO TV), and NO elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs. Also, no hairdryer is provided.
