I seriously can't recommend this hotel enough! We stayed here for our anniversary, and even before we arrived, Rose proactively reached out on WeChat to ask about our check-in time and preferences – the communication was super smooth. When we got there, it was even better than we expected; the room was decorated so warmly and romantically. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, even the bedding smelled fresh and clean. All the amenities were there, making our stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Mika was also constantly checking in on our needs, and every staff member we encountered during our stay greeted us with a smile, especially Terry, who was incredibly quick to respond. The biggest surprise was receiving a small gift prepared by Adison when we checked out – that thoughtful gesture really touched our hearts. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

From the hotel, Metro Lines 8 and 15 are just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly easy to explore – whether it's experiencing the ancient capital's prosperity at the Forbidden City and Wangfujing, catching the trend pulse in Sanlitun and Guomao, or directly heading to Nanluoguxiang to discover old Beijing's hutongs. It truly strikes a perfect balance between bustling city life and tranquil serenity. The room I stayed in was clean and elegant, with modern design subtly infused with an Oriental charm. The luxurious and comfortable bedding was just the right firmness, providing a night of sleep as if I were resting on a cloud. In the morning, I was gently awakened by the Olympic Park's morning light filtering through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, instantly brightening my mood. From the warm towel and welcome tea upon check-in to the meticulously prepared turndown service and welcome card in the room, every detail revealed genuine warmth and sincerity towards guests. Not only were the ingredients fresh, but even the plating showed an uncompromising elegance. The hotel's Western restaurant is also renowned in Beijing's culinary scene, boasting a stunning night view that truly elevates the dining experience. All in all, this was more than just a stay; it was a complete experience where both mind and body were thoroughly taken care of.
