I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! I called the front desk and asked whether shifting rooms who be beneficial and the front desk staff are very helpful and considerate. She immediately escorted me to another room for inspection. The rooms in this hotel are clean and well equipped with basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras like loofah, longjing tea leaves, beer, coke, juice, soda water, and chips in minibar. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

The staff at the hotel have been very good. They upgraded me for free which was a blessing. I was forced to extend my stay and Song,helped me to extend my booking he also spoke English very well which was a welcome surprise. The room itself was big . The only thing that I didn’t like was the basin not being in the bathroom. The room and bathroom are very clean and tidy. But daily cleaning could be better. At surface level everything is clean and hygienic but deep cleaning could be done more throughly. The breakfast is okay not much vegetarian or western options but one can make do. I’d recommend this hotel due to the location and the very helpful staff.
