Best Hotels in Holtzheim, France

We were looking for a hotel for one night in Strasbourg but everything was complete. Then I fell into this hotel on Booking. I searched the telephone number on the internet and called. I fell on a charming person who gave me all the information I needed, and I booked a room. The hotel was located in the heart of the city centre and the city centre was located in the heart of the city centre. We were told that 5 or 6 km away there was a tram to go to the city centre at a record price of €420 for 2 people to go back and parking included. The hotel is very quiet, large room, super breakfast and very varied and excellent quality price ratio. We will return to it without any concern.

I find that I have to pay breakfast in addition for the price of the room quite high and also the fact that the online price was cheaper and that I had to pay a cheaper price at my departure . I find it good that you can cancel the reservation until a certain time because sometimes the passengers cannot arrive at time because of road traffic or accident or even for a personal reason . The staff was very friendly and available, the room was quite spacious and the bed was very good at all, the bathroom was very good with the very spacious and pleasant shower. Properté rien à répéter just peut être ajouter un parfum d'atmosphère car cela sentait le fermé à notre arrivée !

Home really well , the room was clean , you can just regret not having a hair-to-head take on each side , which is a little bad . Curious water hunting system , we have not understood. No top isolation level , door that clacks , bed that moves , and water chase will be the noises you will hear from your room ... If not , we have been sleeping well , a special mention to the young night watcher who made us the check out , very charming and smile , a real more . To eat you are recommended to cross the road to make yourself to a nice personal diligence .... For the taxi not take via the hotel we arrive we are announced 40€ if we want a taxi , we even want it was 28€60 !

Very nice, friendly staff. Good litter and lingerie. Room and common space very clean. I strongly recommend. Delicious breakfast, a lot of choices. And delicious dinner. There is a very good potato soup.

I had made a reservation to spend one night at this hotel with my family (wife and two children). We needed two rooms for the four of us. We were expecting simplicity - but definitely not filthiness. When we got there, we found that on both rooms the floor was visibly dirty, the bed linen had body hair on it and the air in the rooms had a terrible stench. Honestly, it was a highly unhealthy environment. There wasn't even soap available in the shower room! We returned the keys, left the hotel, booked rooms in a different hotel and are now fighting to get our money back from Premiere Classe Strasbourg Ouest - we should really demand compensation as we had only a few hours to enjoy in this wonderful city and a couple of them were spent dealing with this. Still, I am happy we left - we would have woken up with some respiratory disease or skin rash at the minimum the following day. Stay away from this place!

The hotel is ideal for direct access to the highway, close stores and restaurants. Just remind users that you must first respect some instructions/regles..... Short!! We want to thank François for his welcome, good mood and sympathy. We have had a very good and pleasant stay.
