"I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Leo, K and reservation team for their incredible support during our stay. This day is truly significant for my fiancé and me as we are preparing to register our marriage at Red Cotton Tree Road. Despite the whirlwind of organizing photographers, videographers, floral arrangements, and managing guest visits, the Upper House team’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have done it without their unwavering support. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Upper House, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you once again for everything!"

"Great location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope. Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided. Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby."

"I recently had the pleasure of using your services and would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and professionalism displayed by your staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. This level of service truly made a positive impression. However, I would like to bring to your attention an area that I believe needs improvement — cleanliness. Unfortunately, I noticed that [mention specific issue, e.g., the restroom was not clean, the floor was dusty, the linen had stains, etc.], which did affect the overall comfort of my visit. I believe that with your high standard of service, improving cleanliness would elevate the entire experience to an exceptional level. I share this feedback with the intention of helping you maintain the excellent reputation you deserve."

"We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's ”MOULDY” smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals."

Hong Kong is served by one main airport, Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), which is among the busiest aviation hubs in the world. The airport is well-connected, with flights operated by over 100 airlines linking the city to destinations across Asia, North America, Europe and Australia.

Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): Located on Lantau Island, about 22 miles (35 km) from Central, HKIA is Hong Kong’s primary international gateway. Major carriers such as Cathay Pacific, American Airlines and British Airways operate direct flights. Transport into the city includes the high-speed Airport Express train, public buses and taxis.

WWSRWMThis was our second stay with Royal Plaza Hotel. Everything about this hotel is superb especially it is linked to Moko Mall and it has great view. But it would be perfect if the toilet has bidet. I think it is really a need to have it. Maybe the hotel management can help look into it.

Good
EEdiGThe hotel positions itself as a 4-star establishment, but it falls short of that mark. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location: The location is excellent, if you don't mind a steep uphill walk. However, the entire island is built on different levels, which isn't a negative but rather a positive – a daily workout! There's a bus stop right by the hotel, making it easy to reach the metro instead of walking up and down, straining your leg muscles. Next door is a botanical and zoological garden where you can take a stroll. By the way, entry is free. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to the cable car ”tram” stop for a trip to Victoria Peak. Check-in: Check-in was fast, but a USD 300 deposit is required, which isn't mentioned on either the trip.com website or the hotel's website. If you need an adapter for your electronic devices, ask for one right away – the receptionist won't offer it. Room: The room is relatively clean, though I did find some hair in the kitchen and on the bedding. For Hong Kong, the room is spacious, but there's nowhere to store a suitcase. You can set the temperature on the air conditioner, but it doesn't work. It only blows cold air, making the room humid. Kitchen: The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it's sufficient. However, upon check-in, they warn you that the stove can only be used for reheating food, not cooking, as the fire alarm system is very sensitive and might activate the siren due to hot steam. You must turn on the exhaust fan to full power and the air conditioner to avoid triggering the alarm. Why bother having a kitchen at all? Bathroom: The same situation as with the kitchen – you need to close the door and turn on the air conditioner at full power while showering to avoid the fire alarm being triggered by steam from the bathroom. The shower hose started leaking on the second day of my stay. It was replaced with a new one, which also leaked. When the technician replaced the hose, did he check if the equipment was working properly? I doubt it. Breakfast: Breakfast is only served from a menu, which is quite limited. It's delicious, but not diverse. Is this the service you'd expect from a 4-star hotel? The breakfast organization is chaotic – staff running around and clanging dishes. Two slow coffee machines and one toaster keep guests waiting in line. By the way, there are plastic mugs for tea and coffee. The only fruit options are two types of apples – red and green. Service: The service is polite, but I'd say it's ”on demand.” You need to ask for shampoo, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid to be refilled. The housekeeping, for some reason, doesn't notice the need to replenish hygiene products in the bathroom and kitchen. Environmentalism: As in all of Hong Kong, they no longer provide water in plastic bottles. That's good, but come up with an alternative so guests don't have to go to the store for water. In my opinion, this environmental concern is simply an opportunity to reduce service costs while maintaining high accommodation prices. Speaking of breakfast again, the jam and butter are provided in small plastic containers, just like on airplanes. Is this really about caring for the environment? Conclusion: Overall, it's a good choice if you're not bothered by the minor service inconsistencies and if you don't have high expectations for a 4-star hotel. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I'd recommend Two MacDonell Road.

KKrivI recently stayed at the Rosedale Hotel in Hong Kong for two nights and found it to be a pleasant experience. The rooms are cozy and sufficient for a short stay. The bedding was clean, and the overall ambiance was comfortable. One of the standout features is its location. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk from the MTR Station, making it easy to navigate the city. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the Hong Kong Stadium, which was convenient for attending events. The area around the hotel is convenient, with two 7-Eleven stores nearby. There are also several restaurants in close proximity, offering a variety of dining options.

CCoconut331It’s a nice and clean hotel, it’s slightly cheaper than the average price of 4-star hotels so it’s a choice for travellers who doesn’t want to live in 3-star hotels but at limited budget. The room is a bit smaller than average, but at such price I won’t be unhappy about it. And it even came with free morning refreshments! However, the water speed from the shower is very slow. And thank god the water is still hot - It’s still barely sufficient for me to get a shower but that would be one thing that I hope the hotel could improve on. Overall speaking it’s not perfect, but undoubtedly great for its price, highly recommended for ppl travelling on a relatively tight budget.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island. Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge. They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price. Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious. Wish coming here again!

GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.

GGuest UserThe hotel was easy to locate, near the bus station terminal as well. The room we book is good for two persons, though the view we have is more of a cargo view with sea. The only problem we have is there is no enough plug. There is only one so we have problem charging every gadgets we have coz of this dilemma. I just hope they added more. Overall the receptionist we’re welcoming and we had a nice stay at their hotel.
