Hotels near Ushuaïa Ibiza in Ibiza

After staying here last year and having a great time and rebooked. I booked a twin room and online the pictures show a balcony, upon arrival we were given a box room with no opening windows, balcony or terrace, it was not what we booked or expected. Upon complaining and asking for a room change Racquel on reception was extremely rude and unhelpful telling us that is the room we had paid for and that no rooms in the whole hotel were available. Firstly I had email proof that I hadn’t booked that room and online I could have booked a room that night for the hotel, also showing it was not full. After much hassle and help from the manager we finally got moved rooms the next day, Racquels customer service was appalling and no apology or response was given despite being given a complaints form by another receptionist. The food, entertainment and cleanliness of the hotel cannot be complained for. However due to such poor customer service by reception (Racquel, long brown hair) I will not be staying at the hotel again.

We booked this hotel as it was new and we were quite last minute so there was not a huge amount of choice. When we checked in, it was explained that they had only just opened and there may be a few teething problems, but to be honest, we had a really good experience. We had an upgraded room which was really spacious, and everything was fresh & new. The bed was on the firmer side but that doesn’t bother me. The hotel itself was quiet and in a quiet area which was perfect for us as we just wanted to chill during the day. A previous reviewer had said there was no a**osphere around the pool, but there was a DJ on and it was nice chill vibes which suited us perfectly. Set majority of staff are very friendly. The food and drinks we’re good. I would stay here again, and I think we have had it at its best time when it’s pretty quiet and everything is new. Sidenote… Taxis are a bit of a nigh**are in Ibiza. Reception help as much as they can but this is really not their issue. The issue is not enough taxis at peak times. We were a group of six so needed two taxis ordering and at times one would come straight away and we will be waiting almost an hour for the next , you can’t really hail them in the street either. It’s potluck I’m afraid.

Very affordable hotel especially when you book with meals included. We booked with half board, both breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Short walk to a supermarket and the marina. Reception was friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. No complaints

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. All the receptionists have, especially Fernando, who gave us many recommendations from restaurants and pretty nice places.

Their attentiveness and genuine care for the guests were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing insightful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The hostel itself is a haven of cleanliness. The housekeeping ladies are like fairy godmothers, tending to the rooms with an unparalleled level of precision. Walking into my room felt like stepping into a sanctuary, thanks to their meticulous work. Overall, my experience at this hostel was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication of the staff, including Bruno, Soraya, and Bea, combined with the meticulous housekeeping, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort that made my stay truly memorable. This has to be one of the best all inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in .. the service from the minute we arrived until we left was absolutely fantastic , the variety & presentation of the food in caprichio restaurant was stunning , the dining room staff couldn’t do enough to help& always with a smile .. the rooms were amazing , we stayed in a deluxe with sea view , perfect for watching the sunset .. the bar staff around the pool area were brilliant , always making sure your glass was never empty .. loved the daytime entertainment around the pool area .. the gravity sky bar had a brilliant atmosphere at night for watching the sunset … the hotel is in a great location for the sunset ***** .. 10 mins walk away .. cannot wait to return to this hotel .

The location was superb! Very clean hostel. Comfortable pillow and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The hostel was very near to the beach. Really enjoyed the my stay!! Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel. Really chilled and laid back atmosphere. Check in, the lady on the front desk was a delight. She handled all 13 of us without fuss and made us all feel really welcome despite being a big group 10/10 Rooms, fab, spacious with a mini fridge and good aircon. We overlooked O beach and it was noisy until it finished but I was only in bed earlyish one night. Enjoyed chilling listening to it. Only downsides were the rock hard beds and only 2 blankets but asked for more 9/10 Staff, amazing, Carlos is so lovely and he treated us all really well as did the lovely lad at breakfast and the young girl at the bar (I forgot their names sorry) Breakfast and other food in the day, amazing, great choice, try the ole burger and club sandwich (lush) . The food at the bar was reasonably priced as was the alcohol 10/10 Pool area, fab, always got a bed and there were plenty spare, pool towels are provided in your room. We could hear the music from O beach and loved it. It’s really chilled out round the pool and there’s a stunning view of the harbour from the fence. Pool not too cold, was welcome with a hangover. You can nosey at what’s going on at O beach from the fence if you don’t fancy going over. Free entertainment with the hotel though so nice to just pop in for an hour or so. 10/10 There wasn’t a late check out room available but the shower in the toilets at the pool area was decent and you can lock it from the inside. They were happy to provide a clean towel. Will absolutely be returning to this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

02/05/22. Dinner 2 persons. Belvedere Restaurant, Royal Plaza Hotel, Ibiza. Even if you are not a resident, you can be sure of exquisite cuisine in this comfortable room without the over-priced, over designed ostentatiousness of other, perhaps more well-known establishments on the island! This is, or should be, a well-guarded secret!… however tonight’s dinner was a revelation… I had a starter of Caprese salad that would do justice to any Italian place… my companion opted for a ‘main’ course of gambas in garlic with egg - a combination I’ve never encountered before! - I will return to savour this dish another day… My main: fish: Dorada fillet. This was cooked to absolute perfection and compliments were duly sent to the kitchen! No room for dessert … but coffees and brandy for me and more cava (gorgeous) which we had started with, for my hostess… The whole evening was a delight and because of a sudden downpour, more residents decided to eat here.. and like us we’re not disappointed… and the prices… well, has to be the best deal in town, considering the quality of the food!
