The hotel is very centrally located , that s amazing for shopping , but quite busy around The stuff is very friendly , helpful and kind , trying to make you feeling most comfortable . The ambience is more calm and c relaxing. Unfortunately to use the TV is very complicated , hence I couldn’t use it. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when I wanted to swim at 8.30 am . Atm there is construction work going on . All in all a 4.6 stay / 5 ( I’m experienced traveler)

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. Room was clean and the service rendered by the hotel staff is really commendable. Location wise, it is walking distance to Pavilion, probably about 5 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet was rather average though. But there’s plenty of eateries around and halal food are easy to find. Oh and there’s a minimart right opposite the hotel too! Overall, it’s a pleasant experience staying here.

Impressed by the overall amenities provided within the serviced suite, including the gym. It was perfect for my stay with an infant as it comes with a kitchenette for washing. Kitchen towel roll, dish cleaning detergent was provided. Breakfast spread was decent, not expansive but food was of quality and tasted good!

The hotel provided exceptional service and maintained impeccable cleanliness standards throughout my stay. The quality of service and cleanliness was truly remarkable. However, one aspect that requires improvement is the air conditioning system. The air conditioning units were not functioning effectively, resulting in uncomfortably high temperatures at times. This issue could be addressed to enhance guest comfort. While it may be an eco friendly initiative, it did not provide optimal comfort for guests.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

It was not the best of hotel stays but also not the worst. Hotel should correctly reflect itself as a 3-star family-friendly motel. The reception looks understaffed with only 1 or 2 person (max) attending to the holiday season crowd. Room was cozy but the cupboards, carpet and other furniture do not look like they have been well kept, maintained or refurbished. Windows and curtains not well kept. The television network and resolution was very bad and made it almost impossible to enjoy a proper show or movie. Even the hotel e-menu shown through the TV was not clear. The hotel buffet was underwhelming as it only served vegetarian menu for breakfast. The restaurant also had posters of somewhat motivational quotes of public figures as well as a video of the hotel owner advocating for guests to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. We ate what we could but the experience was not an enjoyable one. The only plus point about the hotel is that it is located conveniently within the same vicinity as Berjaya Times Square Mall and its indoor theme park. Also conveniently located near to shopping districts of Bukit Bintang and a short train or Grab ride to KLCC. Overall, a decent hotel for those who are not picky.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days. Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Impiana is strategically located in the KLCC area. It is easily accessible and so near to UOA building which we have a training session. Is about 3 minutes walking distance. Their high speed WiFi is Perfect for business and leisure travellers. Anyway, the lighting is not suitable for those who stay there for training. It’s a bit romantic and sleepy. During weekdays, there are many places to get food. You can go to Bank Islam Meda Selera, Café at UOA building and a few food stall new the hotel. But, when weekend, you to walk a little bit far to get food i.e, you hove to walk about 10-15 minutes to KLCC area to get food. Which is not bad. Anyway, you also can purchase with the hotel itself, but a bit pricy.

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

A budget 'boutique' hotel a couple of minutes walk from Jalan Alor food Street and the bars of Bukit Bintang? A trendy hotel stay for little more than £20, the price of 2 pints of beer in the surrounding area!? Can that be possible? Well, yes, just about. The hotel is tucked away in a side street behind the food street and a strip of massage shops- when walking here you'll run the gauntlet of 30 kids per shop trying to encourage you to take an overpriced massage. The street is urban gritty but funky- all the buildings are painted in street art, including the Melange hotel which has a cute kitten peering into its windows. It's a thin, six storey block with glass frontage. After an elaborate check-in process and the usual addition of mysterious extra taxes you always get in Malaysia, we were assigned a room on the 5th floor. The impression I got having checked out all the floors is that floors 1 and 2 (shiney wood panelled corridor) and 3 and 4 (swishy curtain covered corridors) are probably better standard than floors 5 and 6 (painted corridors slightly stained carpets). However our room was okay- fridge, big TV, a/c, large comfy bed, good sized bathroom with separate shower room and the best shower we had on this 5 week trip. The room had a window with views of the city skyline over the rooftops and the scruffy tenement building in front. I enjoyed watching KL's infamous rats make their way up the side of the building and in through people's windows. Our room seemed clean enough but it was let down by easily fixable things like staining on the funky white bed headboard which could have been deceased insects or even nasal debris and unmistakably a greasy head print. There were certainly 'boutique' elements such as the storks painted on the ceiling and unusual wire bedside lights, which I think were once insects but have now lost their wings, but then the whole thing was let down by little things like the key card only working on the 10th attempt. We slept well though- the bed was comfy and the room quiet, although the window didn't close properly which allowed more noise in than it would have if it closed. Staff were efficient and spoke okay English. The rooftop bar/ restaurant looked nothing like the photos shown on here. There was no one in when I called, just 2 teen staff watching cartoons on TV. It's a good view from the balcony but you can only access this when the bar is open and it closes early afternoon. With a little investment to tidy up small defects this could be a really nice hotel. However, I guess the conundrum for the owners is that to invest more may mean pushing the room cost up and I'm not sure mid range travellers would appreciate the 'gritty' city surroundings. As it is, it's a perfectly good budget option in a very convenient location.

Would highly recommend those wanting to stay in Kuala Lumpur to try Hotel Cardagon situated in Bukit Bintang. its near the monorail system, 3 shopping plazas to choose from... always bustling 24hrs store available across the road. A great kebah shop just up the road. It is in walking distance to the main bus station called Puduraya and off course it only about RM150 for a room. Very friendly staff and nice big clean room with a great TV

I booked this hotel from Expedia and non-refundable after read all the bad reviews about this hotel. Indeed, most of it is correct in some ways. Personally from my opinion, I got a very small room with no windows and small bathroom. Its ok for me because I only stay for 3 days 2 nights. Average cleanliness. Good WiFi. Clean beds and the A/C works fine even though a little bit dusty and old. They use scanning card to unlocked hotel room. But, I doubt the safety of valuelable things left in this room. They got heater and TV. I think this is good for budget traveller who stay for a day or two. Poor communication of receptionist staff. They require RM 50 for deposit during check-in and refundable during check-out. Location is very strategic. Behind the hotel you can find so many food stall at night. It is near to Low Yat Plaza, Times Square and CIMB Bank (in front of the hotel). Around 200m to MRT station and Monorail station. You can also walk to Pavillion Kuala Lumpur. Overall, location is the reason why people choose this hotel. It also a budget hotel. Not recommeded for family. Most of the time noises from the hallway yelling, laughing loud. Honestly a pretty decent little hotel for the price. It’s directly on Jalan Alor, which is a very popular street for food. The room is simple but it’s got everything basic you might need. I stay and i like the location. Really hard actually at night to go there because it the jalan alor close at night for the food shop so i have to walk to this hotel. But i managed. But the front desk closed when i try to ask to check out at 4 am. I dont have to pay for deposit. The amenities really basic. No dustbin or even nothing to hang bags. But its okay. Got towel tootbrush shampoo n body soap the bedsheet clean surprisingly clean. The bathrom n floor dusty abit.
