My stay here was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, and check-in was super efficient. They proactively informed me about the hot spring's opening hours and breakfast times, and even offered helpful tips for exploring the area. The hotel is about 4km from Dianchi Lake, and within a 2km radius, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly rich, featuring a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes. There were pastries, fruits, desserts, and various beverages. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the freshly prepared noodle station served authentic, tasty noodles. The hot spring area was clean and elegant, with a comfortable water temperature. My room was tidy and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation.

There are many delicious food next to it, which is especially suitable for a foodie. The price is not expensive and the food is delicious. The transportation is also convenient, all the necessary facilities are available, and the detailed services are in place. It is recommended.

The room was spacious and tidy, with relatively new facilities, and it was very quiet. It's super close to the exhibition center. The surrounding area is a commercial district, which is very convenient for shopping and exploring. It's also easy to get to other places by taxi or subway. The breakfast was good, small but exquisite. They even offer free late-night snacks, and there's a souvenir when you check out. The staff were all very attentive. I'm very satisfied.

The hotel is a bit far from shops, malls, and restaurants, so transportation is needed to go around. The main issue was communication, as most of the staff could not speak English, making it difficult to ask for assistance. The room was clean, but unfortunately the air conditioner in our room was not working properly and not cold. We tried to report the issue, but it was hard to explain because of the language barrier.

The room is trendy and clean, the color scheme is comfortable, and it is very user-friendly and comfortable to use. The bed is also very good to sleep on! The breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. The service attitude of the staff at the front desk and various positions is very friendly! The laundry room is a real lifesaver when you are on a business trip for several days. The gym is small but adequate. I will still choose Atour next time I go on a business trip.

This trip was a last-minute decision. I booked the hotel after 1 AM and was pleasantly surprised after landing and checking in. As someone who pays close attention to hotel details, especially since Kunming is always just a layover during my trips to Yunnan, I have to say Papman is truly amazing. First, the service: I received a fresh flower basket upon check-in, and the hotel butler was incredibly attentive, responding promptly to all my requests. They even sent a freshly made cake for our wedding anniversary, which was delicious and high-quality. Second, the room amenities: The vanity had a full box of soft facial tissues, makeup remover wipes, mouthwash, and laundry detergent. There was a Dyson hairdryer, and the shower had a dry/wet separation with push-button controls. Third, the hotel's decor: Every step revealed a beautiful view, and there were multiple tea rooms available for guests to use for free. The rooftop on the third floor offered spectacular photo opportunities. Walking around the hotel at night, I was delighted to see the shadow of a deer cast by the镂空灯 (镂空灯 - 'cut-out' or 'pierced' lamps). Fourth, the food: We received complimentary afternoon tea with tasty desserts, and the late-night snack selection was extensive, including rice noodles, fried potatoes, 'bao jiang' tofu, and grilled skewers. The salted peanuts, especially the Yunnan 'xiaohua' black peanuts, were excellent; I immediately asked if I could buy a can to take home. All in all, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!

The room was very clean and safe for children. There's a residential area behind the hotel, and it's a good distance from the road, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants near the hotel, and you have to walk a long way. However, it's very close to the Dianchi Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park.

The service was warm, attentive, and prompt; thoughtful details like late-night congee and complimentary water upon departure were especially heartwarming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's prime location made getting around incredibly convenient. The overall atmosphere was great – quiet yet refined. Fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next stay; I wholeheartedly recommend it!
