Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and spacious with a practical layout, making it feel very comfortable and not at all cramped. The bed was soft and cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, making this hotel a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

Overall good experience at the Fuqing hotel. Renovated a floor of an old building into guest rooms. The floor with the rooms is nicer than the rest of the building. Beds were comfortable and AC works well, provides basic amenities.
Located on an extremely busy local street. Not ideal if you are hailing rides, you’ll need to walk to an area with easier access or your ride may take a while. Subway station is not a a far walk. I had appointments in this area but if you are here to shop I’d recommend staying closer to the Luohu area near the number 1 line.
Doors are left open after cleaning and before check in so due to the weather there will be mosquitos in the room. The staff were very accommodating and let me change to a new room with less mosquitos. There is a mosquito plug in repellant in each room and you can ask for an electric swatter at the front desk if needed.

On my business trip to Shenzhen, I found the room facilities practical, the environment clean and tidy, and the service excellent and efficient. I was extremely satisfied. The room had a spacious work area and smooth internet, and the bedding was soft, effectively relieving the fatigue of my business trip. The housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, keeping the room consistently neat and dry, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors. The front desk was professional and efficient, and the room service was thoughtful and prompt, even offering proactive weather reminders. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, with excellent soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. The commute was convenient, and the surrounding amenities were comprehensive, making it a top choice for business travel accommodation.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
When we’re arrived at night to check in, there was no one at the reception for quite some time. We called, and the staff said he was in the toilet, so we continued waiting. When he finally came out, his attitude was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed from the start.
Whenever we asked questions, the responses were impatient and unhelpful. Hotel has two entrances, left and right side ,but never clearly guide us. We accidentally went to the wrong one, the staff responded in a very rude tone, pointing us elsewhere without even looking at us . The lack of basic courtesy was shocking.
The room was acceptable, but the service of that guy completely ruined the experience. The staff’s attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was very disappointing.
We only stayed one night, but it negatively affected both my mood and my family’s. The next day, we stored our luggage, it was handled by a different staff member and there were no issues. However, when we returned in the evening to collect our bags, we saw the same rude receptionist again. I chose to leave immediately, even though I urgently needed to use the restroom, just to avoid interacting with him again.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. If you don’t want to pay for a stressful and unpleasant experience, it’s better to avoid staying here.

Superb value! I reached the hotel ahead of time and the front desk staff allowed me to check in at noon.
Cleanliness is top-notch. Housekeeping & dining cafe staff are friendly. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted - it’s just opposite SEG Electronics Mall across the big junction. Walk thru the underground pedestrian access and you’ll be at the line 1 Huaqiang Road metro station in no time. Recommended!

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right next to Futian Checkpoint Metro Station Exit B, making transfers and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It came equipped with a smart tablet, a drying rack for clothes, and sanitizing products – very thoughtful details. They also provide complimentary bottled water and drinks in the room. I had an overall average stay at Atour Hotel. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is situated right next to a well-known tech mall, making it a great choice if you are shopping for electronics or tech-related items. There are also a few nearby malls with decent food options, though the variety is fairly average.
The hotel itself feels a bit dated, smoky lifts and not particularly pleasant in terms of ambiance. However, the convenience of the location helps make up for it. The metro station is just across the road, which makes getting around very easy, and it is also very close to the Shenzhen–Hong Kong border, making quick trips to Hong Kong extremely convenient. There are also a couple of foot massage shops nearby that are quite decent for a quick unwind.
One highlight is the hotel’s offerings. There is a good selection of complimentary perks including breakfast, tea breaks, ice cream, and even supper, which adds value to the stay.
Overall, it is not a top-tier experience, but a practical and reasonable choice if you prioritise location and convenience over comfort and modernity.

GGuest UserI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations.
The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy.
The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building.
For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet.
Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers.
There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests.
The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated.
The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall.
The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great.
For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area.

这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。
每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。
店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。
其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。
唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。
地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。
总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and diligent housekeeping auntie who cleaned our room. The restaurant was decent, and the staff worked quietly and diligently. GGuest UserI've gotten so used to the environment, service, and the perfectly balanced politeness and warmth here, that it's hard for me to risk choosing another hotel. My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival!
Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily. Also, it would be great if they could add some of the cakes from the dinner buffet. No matter how good the breakfast is, having the same thing for three to five days straight gets tiring.
For the spa, the aesthetician's technique was excellent and very gentle. However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective?
Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500. I'm a bit worried if it will break through 4000 one day, because then it would truly be unaffordable for me.

The hotel has definitely been around for a few years, and its decor is a bit old-fashioned, with facilities that aren't exactly cutting-edge. You can tell there's some wear and tear in the hallways and rooms, but overall, it's pretty well-maintained and doesn't feel run down.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, no odd smells, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The pillows were just the right height, making for a very comfortable sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the hot water came out quickly with good pressure, which was great for showers. The internet was stable too, so no lag whether I was working or streaming shows. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but it wasn't noisy at night, so it didn't really disturb my rest.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The cleaning staff were also very polite and greeted me proactively. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of places to eat and easy access to taxis. For its area, it offers excellent value for money.
While it's not a new hotel and doesn't have a luxurious feel, it wins on cleanliness, quietness, practicality, and excellent service. I felt secure and comfortable during my stay. It's perfectly adequate for business trips and everyday stays, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

From service to ambiance, dining to cleanliness, the Ritz-Carlton perfectly showcased the quality expected of a top luxury hotel. The day before check-in, a staff member contacted me to inquire about my preferences and schedule. The next day, I had a smooth check-in, and they thoughtfully prepared toiletries for my child. I had seen some reviews saying the hotel wasn't very welcoming to children, but that's absolutely not true! From the doorman to the lobby staff and every other team member I encountered, everyone was incredibly warm, sincere, and polite. Traveling with my two children, I felt truly touched by their kindness. The room was clean, bright, and airy, with not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was comfortable, and they even offered a variety of pillows to choose from, which was a huge plus for a picky sleeper like me. The breakfast was rich and exquisite – and I say that based on comparisons with other hotels in the same price range. The outdoor pool also deserves a special mention; the night view, in particular, was stunning, far more impressive in person than in pictures. This time, I was short on time and couldn't experience the spa, but I did try the indoor hot spring and steam room, which were incredibly relaxing and washed away the fatigue of a long day. To sum up the Ritz-Carlton in one sentence: it's a hotel you won't want to leave, and one you'll definitely return to.

Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways.
Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic.
The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
