"liverpool match day changed and we ended up booking another night. great and an even more spacious room. the shampoo and body wash ran out and the staff brought extra to us promptly. great service! near the train station as well. convenient location for liverpool lfc fans."
"Really nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a twin cabin room (no others available)basic but comfortable and very clean, warm, TV, complimentary tea and coffee. A phone for room service if required. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could possibly want to start you off for the day. We had a meal in the restaurant Friday evening which was really lovely with again great staff. Hotel is close to Liverpool lime street train station. Though it didn't upset our stay there was a party Friday and Saturday night that was very loud and went on till 1am It would have been nice to have been given this information."
"The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although we had originally booked a room without a window, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that would have improved our stay further would be the addition of coffee and tea-making facilities in the room."
"Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again"
"I had a one night stay at Hanover Street L1 last night 27.5 and it was mostly really good - the room, cleanliness and breakfast and this made up for the problem I had using the swimming pool. I had booked this hotel because it has a pool but hadn't realised it was half term. Consequently, the pool was full of children the whole time I was there. I was only able to access the sauna and this is when I heard some kids laughing about making Sea Gas...a competition about who could fart most whilst underwater. Although I can see the humour in this, I did feel really disgusted and this confirmed that I could not use the pool at all, as well as the fact that it was constantly very loud and with no space to swim. This lack of access will very much affect my future plans to stay there, even if it were school term time, I wouldn't come there on a weekend for this reason."
"Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Amenities were great with working mini fridge and microwave. Staff were so professional, polite and helpful."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing, from the moment you walk in. Staff are amazing the spa is out of this world (especially when you have been in work all day) and they bring you drinks out to you x Most definitely will be booking another stay
GGuest UserIt was a surprisingly pleasant stay. I stayed here for one night to attend a business engagement in the building next door. Reception staffs were very friendly and offered their free luggage storage service. Room is clean and spacious with great view of the city. They use Rituals as bathroom amenities. There is food 24/7. Breakfast selection was comprehensive (full English breakfast, cereal, fruits, bread, tea and coffee, juice, milk)
GGuest UserThe location is right next to Albert Dock! Also the room view is amazing both during the day time and night time. I strongly recommend here!! Very kind receptionists and concierges! Their service is exceptional!
QQixingtangIt's very close to Liverpool's Anfield Stadium, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel is a small villa right next to the stadium, and the local residents seem to enjoy playing there a lot.
GGuest UserThe Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back. We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool.
