"Good place to stay for price that we pay. They have full guide and easy communication by what's up and other messengers. They take deposit but it's okay because rooms are really good and we have no issues to get deposit back at checkout. Everything was smooth and good.  Nothing to say more really, just check photos :)"

"This was our 2nd time at this Doubletree by Hilton hotel as we enjoyed it the first time. Positives -  they celebrated my birthday with birthday balloons on the bed and a Birthday cake slice which was a lovely gesture. Hotel is a great location.  Negatives - It was very disappointing that our room (room 2302) had black mould in the bathroom."

"The location is good. The swimming pool is on the 51st floor. You can see the KLCC by the pool. Such a romantic view. The room is big and clean. The bed is soft. Everything is great."

"I stayed here because I wanted to take a photo in the swimming pool which has a view of the petronas twin towers. The room is spacious, can accommodate 4 people, the lobby is very crowded. You can leave your bags or suitcases in the lobby before you are allowed to check in at 3 pm. The check-in process is quick and easy, when checking in, all the suitcases and bags are already in the room. The deposit is very large which is RM 500 per room. The swimming pool is very crowded in the morning and evening. It is very crowded with mainland Chinese tourists. So you have to be patient 🤭"
