"As a solo traveller coming to Singapore for 1 night transit, I was honestly quite happy with my stay here. At first I was a bit hesitant about booking a capsule with a shared bath, but the shared bathroom area was very clean and well maintained. The capsule was cozy and comfortable for a short stay, location was super convenient opposite Bugis MRT with a lot of food options. Felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay 👌"
"This is my first time staying at The Pod. The 24hrs front desk is helpful, check-in and out are easy. The private pod that I stayed was inside a room with multiple pods, there are 2 aircon in the room’s walkway. The individual pods are not fully conceal as there are ventilation net above the door, so there will be some noise from different pods. However earplugs are provided so that shouldn’t be any issue. Overall was great stay! Will return in the future."
"Good - 7 eleven and bus-stop to town opposite, very near the mosque, warm reception staff, massage shop nearby. Can try the food at Chix, really good value! Can also walk over to CityGate BeerThai House Restaurant and the nice goreng pisang and potato balls. <3 Can be better - SADLY, jacuzzi only is actually only bath tub.. didn't have any pump for my room, dont know why it's promoted as jacuzzi. Doesnt feel clean. As corridor/rooms are very compact, with doors side by side, can hear talking throughout the stay. inner/toilet windows are also facing other rooms with blinds. kettle had left over tea leaves even after 3rd rinse. pillows are flat types. plugs can be nearer the bed and tv-screen could consider making it able to turn to face the bed. shared toilet slider door /one compartment. can hear ppl showering lol. overall cramped and dated rooms but interesting compact layout!"
"The Room @ Bugis is an ideal choice to stay in as the location is conveniently situated within the tourists' spots with lots of eateries and access to transport (the subway-MRT.. Buses) in close proximity. The facilities are good but more importantly is the excellent service provided by Mr HTUT (at the Reception) who is patient to all of us but especially so, when he explained the facilities in detail to a tourist, all the while maintaining his professionalism and decorum. Thank you, Mr HTUT, for making my stay so comfortable. Warmest Regards, JAC"
"Although room is small but the hotel service is great. Just a little bit frustrated when your first check in due to self check in, but friendly staff everything is fine."
"Location is good, pretty good food choice around, specially Turkish and Lebanese food. Haji Ln full of youth. Sultan mosque at the corner, 10mins walk to Bugis junction if you like Chinese food and shopping."
"located near mrt station and bugis area, the room is clean and we cab drop our luggage before checkin (but there is no receptionist so you just can put your luggage in the hallway)"
"Great location! It was easy to get in and out, plus 3 of the hop on hop off bus stops are 1 minute away. MRT is 5 mins walk… the staff at the reception were all super helpful. I expected the place to be noisy, it was super quiet! I’d stay there again"

Great
GGuest UserRoom number: 1225 This is corner room so the layout is better but doesn’t come with a tub. It is also at the end of the corridor so have to walk. But it’s also private so won’t hear sounds from outside the room. Pros: - huge room - complimentary fruit platter and chocolate pralines - electronic curtains (day and night) - Bluetooth speakers - coffee machine - individual bottles of toiletries - tv has many international channels - buffet breakfast spread was fantastic in terms of quantity and quality - hotel itself is like a garden oasis in the heart of the city - loads of activities for children to take part Cons - pillows a tad soft - tv could be bigger - shower water pressure could be bigger
GGuest UserService was very good. Sunday morning breakfast is pretty crowded with long queues to even get a table. Atmosphere is great, doesn’t look like typical Singapore. Breakfast is good though, with a few live cooked stations.
GGuest UserLovely and quiet stay at crystal club room with Smart Control system, log in WiFi and scan QR to control the light, fan etc. Had a room at level 9 crystal club level, breakfast, cocktails and high tea provided are simple and tasty. Room is facing another hotel so there is no view. Location is beside peninsula plaza, level 1 entrance is not so obvious, check in is at level 3. Very nice scenery from the rooftop viewing area.
GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty convenient, given that it is located inside the mall connected to the MRT. To add, it was also quiet. I only stayed overnight but I enjoyed the space. All the staff I encountered were very nice and were able to answer my queries. Bathroom didn’t stink, but the shower-head just kept on turning that I had to use it by holding. I was provided as what was listed in the amenities. In terms of the bed and the layout, it’s quite neat and I liked it. Except for the fact that the sink is directly across the bed. I got surprised seeing my own reflection when I woke up 😂 There are also shared spaces that I think are quite a nice touch to the hotel. I also had free breakfast and they have a selection of spreads. Overall, I think I would choose Lyf Funan the next time I return to Singapore. I could say I am very satisfied. Thank you for having me ❤️
GGuest UserI stayed here for the third time and was very impressed with all the reception staff. Excellent service, very clean, and I’ll definitely come back again!
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming,
GGuest UserGood location. 3-5min walk from the metro station. Room was pretty small but super clean. James at the front desk was friendly and helped us out with an early check-in and also gave us a late check out. We were able to store our bags after checking out since we didn’t fly out until later. The pool area is very spacious! I found it a bit strange there was so much space and not very many pool-lounge-chairs out. Over all good hotel and fair price. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserNice ambience and environment, friendly staffs at Front Office, Housekeeping and at Latitude, Fnb restaurant. Spacious hillview room. Infinity Pool was well maintained too. Gym open for 24 hrs too. Conducive for rest and rejuvenation. 😁😁😁
GGuest UserLoved this sporty-style hostel! 💪 The place is clean, comfy, and has a nice little gym with few equipments. Bathrooms are separated for men and women, and there are plenty of rooms. - Super convenient location — right next to a yummy & cheap food court and just a few steps from the bus stop. Great for anyone who likes to stay active while traveling! 🌟 - No elevator. The check-in and common area is on the 2nd floor. The rooms are on the 3rd floor.
