As a solo traveller coming to Singapore for 1 night transit, I was honestly quite happy with my stay here. At first I was a bit hesitant about booking a capsule with a shared bath, but the shared bathroom area was very clean and well maintained. The capsule was cozy and comfortable for a short stay, location was super convenient opposite Bugis MRT with a lot of food options. Felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay 👌

My room got upgraded to loft and I enjoyed the time staying in the hotel, very near to bugis street and can crossover to Bugis Junction which these 2 malls have lots of restaurants to choose. From the bugis junction can be connected to the Mrt Bugis station, Included green and blue line, which is convenient if you want to go other places for sight seeing. Really enjoy my time staying there, after daytime sight seeing, I went back to hotel, had a bath and rest before I went out again. Feels refreshing.

We admit that the exterior does look worn down and due for a makeover. However, the hotel reception is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and has everything you'll need for a good night stay. They upgraded my room to one with window and it's rather quiet despite of it all. The hallway and lobby does look a little aged but the room is still very decent and tidy. The breakfast is adequate and while seatings it's limited, they do offer outdoor seatings. We are thankful for how friendly the staffs are.

We chose this hotel because of its location and was pleasantly surprised at how much it exceeded our expectations. The interiors have been refurbished and looks modern, clean and simply comfortable. A last minute decision for a 1 night staycation for 2 adults & 2 kids. Location: About 10-15mins walk away from Bugis MRT station. Lots of eateries and restaurants near by, very near to Haji lane for some unique shopping buys. Near Kampong Glam to enjoy the vibes. Hotel: 2 Small building, one main building with lobby and swimming pool of the 5th level, there is a small lift to bring you up. Another building with only rooms, no lift, and we stay on the 2nd level. There is a small swimming pool, but it was crowded, so we did not go swimming. Room: Room is big and spacious, the kids can really run while in the room. The bunk bed with the slide are their favourite. The bunk bed is big, could sleep 2 kids on 1 bed. The room also comes with a big bathtub. Cleanliness for the toilet and beds are good but the floor is a little dirty, with some hair strands around. There is capsule coffee and tea, as well as 4 bottles of water in the room. Basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shampoo and shower gel provided. They even includes bath salts if you want to soak in the bathtub. This is really a plus for us. Overall, an enjoyable stay, price is a little high and no breakfast included, but the kids love it, so no complains.

The first day I checked in was raining, I managed to borrow an umbrella from the staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was decent and there are water dispensers at level 2 accessible without room card. Great location to access the downtown line and circle line, less than 15 minutes walking distance to Bugis, Fort Canning park, Singapore National Library and many more. At night it was quiet and there were less crowds. My room at level 6 corner single beds room for 2 people was small and couldn't fit those with luggage 25 inches and above.

The design is fun and colorful, not your typical hotel vibe. The room is compact but works fine, with a private bathroom, and the sink is outside the bathroom which is actually quite convenient. I stayed in a standard room—it’s okay for couples or friends.
The hotel has more of a co-living feel. There’s a shared kitchen, dining area, and even a small workout corner, so it feels more social than a normal hotel.
Breakfast was a bitsimple with limited options, just a few simple dishes and some bakery items. I’d recommend skipping it and eating outside instead.
Location is definitely a big plus. It’s inside Funan Mall, super convenient for shopping and food. You can also easily walk to places like Fort Canning Park (right across the road), Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park.
Overall, nice stay if you like modern design and a lively vibe—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.

PPengtaaleinasiIf you're here for a trip, this hotel and a few others nearby have the best location. You're right next to Hill Street Police Station and Clarke Quay, and the Merlion is only about a 10-minute walk away. You can take the MRT directly from the airport to City Hall station, and the hotel is just 200 meters from the exit. The FUNAN mall across the street is also very convenient for dining.
The hotel amenities are excellent, and the breakfast, with its Indian focus, offers a good variety. The pool has a shallow area, only about ten centimeters deep, which is perfect for kids to play in.
The price is incredibly fair. For a 28-square-meter room in the heart of Singapore, paying just over a thousand [currency unit] is amazing. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserSurprised about hotel room upgrade from queen size bed to king size bed! Room was spacious enough to put several large luggages together on the floor. The amazing location juz opposite Takashimaya and Paragon and mosque@Orchard Road. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Asian buffet style breakfast@Eden restaurant - normally can only find plain porridge but here surprisingly we found delicious fish porridge with no fishy smell! Thank you, Pullman hotel for excellent services.

Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The tub was heavenly. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing. 3 nights.
My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average.
I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price.

YYaoziCatherineThe location is quite convenient, and there's a free laundry room on the first floor. However, there's only one washer and one dryer, so you might have to queue up in the evenings. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very polite and enthusiastic. The room is on the smaller side, but clean, and probably best suited for one person. For two people, you'd likely struggle to open your suitcases. The downside is that there's a restaurant on the first floor, and the corridor on the second floor gets quite smoky during dinner time.

The hotel location is superb and the lobby is very spacious. But there were not much amenities provided for a 4 star hotel. Overall we are satisfied.

First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.
