The room is quite spacious and has a window. It comes with an ironing board, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing necessities. The transportation is also excellent; there's a bus stop right outside with direct routes to Merlion Park and VivoCity. The MRT station is about a 5-minute walk away. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for future visits.

The room was decent, towels were provided, and the cleanliness was also fine, perfectly livable. No deposit was required, and it's super close to the BTS Skytrain, which is great! I really loved that aspect; it made getting around effortless.

Facilities: The hotel might be small, but it's got everything you need, packed into a compact space.
Cleanliness: This is a sparkling clean, new hotel. Even the drivers who dropped me off commented on how new it was and that they hadn't seen it before.
Environment: The surrounding area is excellent. Just across the road is the bustling Bugis Street market, full of small shops.
Service: I have to highlight the service – it's truly outstanding. I believe Singapore, as a country that values rules and regulations, doesn't really have issues with discrimination. The male front desk attendant who checked me in was genuinely wonderful. He had a fantastic attitude and spoke excellent Chinese. I expected him to speak English, but after seeing my passport, he consistently used my native language to thoroughly explain the hotel's services, breakfast, and fitness facilities. Especially regarding breakfast, he suggested that I could either opt for the hotel's S$20 breakfast or explore the surrounding restaurants and hawker centers for different dining experiences. They are truly great. Every day when I returned to the hotel, I'd specifically check if he was on duty. On my last day, I even took a photo of him. When a hotel has an employee like him, the entire stay immediately feels different. A big thank you also to the cleaning staff who were always enthusiastic and friendly; my room was always immaculate when I returned.
Initially, after seeing some negative reviews, I considered other hotels. However, I decided I didn't want to stay right in the bustling city center (even though it's convenient for work), but also not too far from it. I took a chance on this hotel, and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return for work.
The soundproofing is indeed a bit lacking. I came prepared with an eye mask and earplugs. Luckily, the guests around me weren't particularly noisy. You can also hear the shower water running, and when walking down the hallway, you can hear hairdryers from inside the rooms. But nothing is perfect, right? In Singapore, where space is a premium, this price is already excellent.
I've taken the liberty of uploading a photo of the service attendant, hoping it doesn't cause him any inconvenience. He's genuinely handsome, and I feel very fortunate to have met such a kind and warm receptionist. Upon check-out, a lovely Indian girl assisted me. Thank you for her polite send-off.

The hotel is simple and clean, and overall it offers good value for the price. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff are very friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience more pleasant.

The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging.

The 14 sq m room with a 1.8m king-size bed was larger than I expected. I thought it'd be tiny, but there was actually a decent space near the entrance for luggage. Everything in the mini-bar, including the three drinks in the fridge, was complimentary. Although the bathroom was small, it had a good wet/dry separation. The towels seemed relatively new, but we brought our own. I have a feeling the walls aren't brick but some kind of pre-fabricated panels, which explains the poor soundproofing. I booked this over a month in advance for 545 RMB including tax. For a city center location, this price is excellent. Overall, it's small but well-designed, perfectly fine for two people, especially given how much cheaper it is compared to other hotels.

Quite a cozy stay in the hotel. Very near to mrt and bus station. The hotel surrounding seems vry safe as well. But the bed might need to improve a little, it feels old when sleeping on, can feel the spring. Reminder to put do not disturb if u don’t need a clean up and to keep your belongings in luggages. I brought a pack of leg mask frm japan with multiple pieces inside & noticed two pieces was being used and even put it back into the packaging. This whole pack was being put on the table but when I’m back I found it below the pillow. How I know it’s being used? The mask is like salonpas kind of material, once its teared the corner will curl up and I found a hair in one of the used mask. 😂 For the cleanliness and ease of getting around I might return to this hotel.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the bathroom was large too. They even provided complimentary coconut water, Coke, and bottled water upon check-in. The environment was pleasant, and the location was convenient, close to many major attractions. There are plenty of bus and subway options nearby, making it highly recommended for its excellent value for money.

EEmily1020The hotel's location next to a mall is quite good. However, the service was a major letdown. When we entered our room, we realized it didn't match the photos on Trip.com, and it was actually one half of a connecting room. So, we went downstairs to the front desk. The Singaporean lady who checked us in initially was polite, but then a Filipino individual, who seemed to be a supervisor, became very arrogant. They first claimed that room type was sold out, then said we had checked in after 7 PM – which was ridiculous. In the end, they gave us another room, but it still wasn't what we booked. Since we had a child with us, we decided to just make do. Upon entering that room, we discovered the showerhead wasn't properly installed, so we had to call maintenance to fix it. There was no turndown service at night, and despite the menu listing various pillow options, none were available when we asked. We eventually had to complain to Trip.com, and thankfully their customer service was very responsive. I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family vacation; you'd be better off choosing another place.

It would have been even better if the room faced the park on the other side though. 😊 We had staff assistance during check-in. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. All the nearby attractions were within easy walking distance, so the hotel's location is definitely a plus. The tall building in picture three is actually this hotel, and the environment is quite nice.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were really friendly; check-in was quick, and they enthusiastically told us about nearby attractions. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. WwilliamguanThe location is superb, right in the heart of Orchard Road, opposite Ngee Ann City, making it incredibly convenient for shopping on both sides. It's also very close to the MRT station. To get to the hotel rooms, you first need to go to the 4th floor and then take another elevator. This trip, I stayed in a standard twin room. I didn't get a room with an Orchard Road view, but the room itself was quite spacious – more than enough room to fully open two large suitcases. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but the space was decent. However, the shower area has no door, so it felt like if you showered for too long, water would easily spill into other parts of the bathroom.

Quite scary at first because there are higher building near the hotel but we enjoyed the tub. It was my first time to try an outdoor bathtub. GGuest UserI had a truly pleasant stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and efficient, thanks to the warm and friendly assistance of Miss Asmah at the front desk. She made me feel welcome right away.
My experience at Latitude was equally enjoyable—the food and ambience were complemented by a stunning view of the yachts docked just alongside, creating a uniquely relaxing atmosphere.
A special compliment also goes to the housekeeping team, in particular, Ms Kalai, for her honesty and attentiveness. I had accidentally left my laptop charger in the room after checking out, and she ensured it was safely kept until I returned to collect it. That level of care and professionalism is truly commendable.
Overall, the service and hospitality at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay by the marina.

Then even grocery stores, a few restaurants are just on the ground floor. Even the hotel staff gave a 2 hr early check-in, with so easy and seemless checkout. The staff at hotel was very generous and welcoming. The rooms were also very clean. The options at breakfast were a little less, but it was healthy and sumptuous everyday.
Highly recommended.

香香港壁球專門店Location and Price is the reason why i choose this hotel. Many food around the building, 5 mins walk you get to little Indian town. Bus stop and MRT station just around the corner. Nothing wrong with the room, cold Aircon, but you must bring your own pad lock for locker, otherwise u have to pay S$4 to buy from reception. Towel for S$2. Everything is good except the shower room is a bit dirty. Other then that, i am still happy with the hostel.

AAnonymous UserStaying in Singapore has certainly been an experience, and overall, it was quite… unique 😅
First, the pros:
1. **Convenient Location**: It's about 900 meters from Harbourfront Vivocity, roughly a 10-minute walk.
2. **Affordable Price**: At 625 RMB per night (weekend rate, slightly higher than weekdays) including tax, this is considered quite cheap in Singapore, where prices are sky-high 😅.
3. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and well-maintained, as expected from a chain brand.
Now for the cons:
First, the room is tiny, definitely less than 13 square meters. The actual usable space, including the bathroom, is only about six or seven square meters.
Second, I honestly didn't understand what ”1 double bed measuring 1.31 meters” meant at first. After checking in, I realized that 1.31 meters was the total width of *two* beds! Divided by two, each bed was only 0.65 meters wide 😅. Honestly, this is the narrowest bed I've ever slept in 😅.
I didn't think much of it and just lay down, but in the middle of the night, I almost fell off the bed when I turned over. I had to get up and push the two beds together to be able to continue sleeping, albeit uncomfortably, due to the large, sunken gap in the middle. It feels a bit out of place for a business hotel to have chickens outside, not quite fitting with Singapore's sophisticated, elite image, haha 😅.
Another experience related to ”cultural differences”: The hotel doesn't provide bottled water. There's a ”drinking water” sign on the bathroom faucet, but I didn't dare drink it, haha 😅. Luckily, I brought two bottles of water myself (500ml + 600ml), which I managed to make do with for a day and a half. Plus, there was a 600ml bottle of mineral water on the Aeroline bus on the way back the next evening. This saved me money on buying water in Singapore (not including a coconut shake and a durian cendol I bought the next day).
Singapore is really hot and humid. The sun is scorching during the day, and walking outside feels like being roasted alive 😅. Restaurants and food courts don't provide free hot or cold water. Water might indeed be a scarce resource here, which I can rationally understand 😅.
