"I will still give a 5 star though there are pros and cons. i chose this hotel due to positive experience to other chain of ASR hotel for its convenience and price. We celebrated my son 3rd birthday and here is my honest review. Pros: 1. Staff are polite and approachable 2. Clean rooms, nice smell of the spray the cleaner used 3. Good room amenities 4. Love the kitchenette, more utensils, complete compared to others. 5. Adequate and Ideal Hotel Amenities 6. There is a water dispenser hot and cold for at the hallway. 7. Fast check ou.t Cons: 1. Location there is no nearby MALL or GROCERY 1 mrt stop away. 2. Kitchen is great but SINK is small 3. Room is s spacious in sense on bed/hall area but quite tight on the kitchen area specially when you open the door. 4.The toiletries inside the shower 2 bottles fell on different occassion and one fell on my foot. Indeed, thank you for our memorable stay will book again."

"Location very close to Rochor station around 250 m only . The Reception Miss Pashmini is giving excellent service , bell Boys All friendly n helpful . One other Reception Lady too much busy n not responding friendly ,when I called to inquiry . The other Man Reception John service not bad ."

"The location is excellent. You can walk to a bus station and metro from this hotel. I selected a room without the window because it was cheaper but I recommend booking roms with the window. (Unless you want to sleep well in the morning.) I personally liked the amenities of tissue with the hotel name. Staff is very friendly and welcoming."

"My go-to hotel, conveniently located next to Rochor MRT. It’s a simple and pleasant place, ideal for those who appreciate practicality over luxury. If you're looking for spacious rooms, a four-star hotel might be a better fit, as three-star hotels typically have more compact accommodations. Unfortunately, I do come across unreasonable guests who take out their frustrations on the receptionist—a situation that’s both unfair and unnecessary. It’s important to book with realistic expectations; this isn’t Marina Bay Sands, but it offers great value for those who know what they’re signing up for."

"As a solo traveller coming to Singapore for 1 night transit, I was honestly quite happy with my stay here. At first I was a bit hesitant about booking a capsule with a shared bath, but the shared bathroom area was very clean and well maintained. The capsule was cozy and comfortable for a short stay, location was super convenient opposite Bugis MRT with a lot of food options. Felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay 👌"
