Good hotel

The room was okay, clean, and had Chinese labels on everything, but there was no hot water.

Facilities: Very complete, except for the lack of slippers and a hairdryer. Cleanliness: Extremely clean! Environment: It's close to the road, but Minsk itself is very quiet, so there's practically no noise. The Belarusian State Economic University is right across the street, and many students stay at the hotel.

Clean, good breakfast, nice place to stay. Not in city center.

The hotel has large rooms, is located close to a small mall. The staff does not speak English.

It's not close to anything but it's actually fine because taxis are very cheap and easy to call in Minsk. The room is normal but the Wi-Fi was quite slow and there was no hot water. Check-in staff told me about the lack of hot water at check-in and said Trip.com should've notified me beforehand.

Rooms are spacious and clean. For some people bed could be an issue. Bathroom is illogically build. There was no hot water in the hotel and no one mentioned it on the booking page. Big disappointment!

Not bad hotel for short stay. Breakfast was also good, you’ll not be hungry

Had a pleasant experience staying there

Not cheap (they only offer two rooms 4 beds to one person). Good location if you have a car or use taxi. Good breakfast. Horrible mattress. !!!! The cleaning ladies “shouted” at me (the guest) for asking them to tidy the room ,on the second day of arrival. In the Reception, they don’t speak English. At least they had hot water!

GOOD HOTEL. I am Italian. very nice and friendly staff at reception. Excellent cleaning ladies.
