The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Walk along the main road, one end to the center of Shanghai, there are restaurants and supermarkets, the other end to the lake and the pool on the park, you can also see Mount Fuji at different angles, cross the road directly in front of the intersection and go straight to the section of the green line tour bus, walk slowly and reach Baqishan Park, Summer has a scent of lavender, autumn has red leaves, as well as art galleries, garden coffee seats, etc. The parkland is full of green grass like a hilly land, children and hairy children can run up and down, couples and elders sit on long fins to watch the sunset, lake view birds, freehand! Great check-in experience with welcome drink/snacks, staff to help move bags from carpark to room. Room hot bath always ready, and package is with kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast. We are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is located on the edge of Yamanaka Lake, with a quiet and elegant environment. It takes about ten minutes to walk along the lakeside trail at the entrance to Asahiki Station. There are buses from JR Fuji Station or Lake Kawaguchi. The boss can pick you up at the station for free. Or you can pay a small fee and go directly from Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino Hakkai, Gotemba Outlet and other places. The boss can arrange pick-up and drop-off. The transportation is quite convenient. After checking out, I forgot to bring my camera and arranged for someone to bring it to us. She is really kind and kind-hearted. This is a winter trip. I want to see the maple leaves in the future🍁. I would also like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We chose this hotel based on proximity to Mt. Fuji and the Chureito Pagoda, and the fact that they had a private onsen that could be used by somebody with large tattoos. It ended up being one of the most incredible places we stayed! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely; we really appreciated the views over the lake and the private hot tub on the balcony. It was pretty cold in the mornings and my family likes to watch the sunrise - being able to have our feet toasty warm in the roof-onsen while watching the sun come up over Mt. Fuji was magical! The food was also unbelievable: the seafood was super fresh and tasty, and the variety and inventiveness of the dishes was delightful. The staff at Konansou were also some of the kindest and most helpful people we met while in Japan - super friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. (We were also highly impressed by the staff who served dinner - those trays were heavy and we were a big group, but their balance and speed were impeccable!). Will absolutely be staying here again next time with visit the area!

The boss and the proprietress are kind and welcoming, the space environment is spacious, although the house is relatively old, but the feeling of the boss and the proprietress is very clean and tidy; the breakfast dishes are slightly different every day for three days and will not be tired.

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 ／ 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

We were greeted by the stunning views of the lake the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby. The room was lovely as well, with a similarly beautiful view of the lake. Thankfully, we were placed on the same floor as the lobby, as the hotel did not seem to have any lifts. We opted for both dinner and breakfast to be included in the plan, and they were a delectable spread. However, I would note that the service during mealtimes seemed to be more curt, and the servers seemed to be in a hurry to serve the courses, and did not really explain to us what we were having. The food, however, was without a fault. As the hotel is set on a rather steep hill, it would be better to contact the hotel for them to pick you up from the station or to send you to the station. Do note that the shuttle service does not run between 11am and 2pm though. Overall, a good option for a traditional stay in the Kawaguchiko area.

Very clean villa! Very huge place can accommodate to about 8 person or a little more. They have 2 toilets, 2 showers and also a tub! 🛁 very huge place and rooms where the living room for Watch TV and kitchen is at the 2nd level! A good place to chill and relax! The kitchen equipped with the and steamboats pot, takoyaki, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cutleries to washing soap and sponge! They also provide CoffeeBean for hand grind coffee and dripped coffee… Not forgetting to mention they provide bath salts from different countries and also aroma oil too! 😇 love this place and will bring my family here the next time!

We were staying at hotel Nizi for 2 nights for our trip to Kawaguchiko and nearby area. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to Lake Kawaguchiko which is very convenience for us. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are very beautiful with plum plantations and sakura blossoms. Each room at hotel Nizi has a parking space next to the room which was great. There are few restaurants nearby, 7-eleven and gas station. The price was really cheap compared to other hotel in Kawaguchiko. The room is quite spacious and has everything we needed i.e. microwave, minibar fridge, kettle, bowl and cutlery etc. Our room has nice view of plum tress and mountain view.
