"Rooms were large and spacious, and the pool was great! Location was perfect, only 40m walking from the pier. The beds were super hard but I think that’s the standard on the island as other friends in another hotel told us their beds were also very hard. There is a strong sewage smell at night that comes from the bathroom but again for the island I’m not sure you will find anything much better especially at short notice. I would suggest booking in advance for sure as hotels sell out quickly. The hotel was also right on the beach which was lovely."

"On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible. The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool. The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom. That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!"

"This hotel is located on the best stretch of Long Beach - there is a clean entrance to the sea without any reefs, only fine light sand and some broken corral brought by the sea. At low tide it is a bit shallow to swim, but you can still swim, unlike the rest of this beach. The sea here is clean; at the beginning of May there were no jellyfish or biting plankton. The room seemed worse from the pictures. Colorfully decorated. It is clear that it is not new. But it was clean, neat, and cosmetic repairs had apparently been done recently. There is enough space. The bed is so-so, a bit hard and the linen is not the best, the pillows are low. The air conditioner is noisy. TV, kettle, hairdryer. There are not enough light sources, especially in depth. There are enough sockets. The bathroom is spacious, everything worked, there were no problems with drainage. But from somewhere from time to time there was a smell. They started to close the plug in the sink, and it didn’t seem to smell as bad. In general, we expected the worst from the room. The terrace is large, in the first half of the day the sun is scorching, in the second half there is already a shadow from the roof on it. But it’s better not to buy tickets for the ferry and speedboats to Phuket at the hotel - they’re expensive and not all options are available. The free longtail transfer departs to the pier every 2 hours. Upon arrival at the pier, they look for “their people” using the check-in lists; if they haven’t booked, they won’t take you for free. "I traveled to Phi Phi Island at the end of March and stayed for three nights. It is now the peak tourist season in Phuket and there are so many people.
