Zeavola is immersive. You are right in the jungle, so be ready to see some animals on the way to your room. We didn't like our room, it had the view to bottom of a hill room, so no sun arrived there and what we could see was pipes from the other room's toilet. Staff is overall nice, i loved the beach bar and the beach is so so beautiful. Check-in was great they welcomed us at the boat. When i called them about how to reach the hotel they tried to sell is a boat ticket for 2500thb, thay i paid 1100thb for the same service, so don't fall in that. About the property don't expect a luxury experience. And o am not talking about ”material luxury” as the GM likes to say. I talk about the quality of the bed linen, the ammenities in the bathroom, the turndown service, flexibility from staff, service at the pool, all of that wood need a big improvement to become a 5 star property. The good news is tha Phi Phi Islands don't have great accomodation, so this is still the best place to stay, tie with Saii Phi Phi.

HOTEL: It is very well located. STAFF: very friendly. They pick you up at the port and bring your bags to the hotel for free, the guy who does this service is a 10. And the same when you leave. ROOMS: simple although you can see a little wear and tear. Negative: 1) They should improve the power of the shower (the worst to date on our trip to Thailand) 2) The plugs are horrible as they don't connect properly, the water bottles are almost hanging and don't charge the devices.

Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible. The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool. The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom. That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!

Generally, in the woods, many mosquitoes, the paradise pearl next to it and the one over there will be better, the beach is open

The location is a bit remote, and it will take some physical strength to carry large luggage. The room has an approximate appearance and feels great. Thank you to the boss for providing 2 breakfasts, coffee and fruit.

This hotel is located on the best stretch of Long Beach - there is a clean entrance to the sea without any reefs, only fine light sand and some broken corral brought by the sea. At low tide it is a bit shallow to swim, but you can still swim, unlike the rest of this beach. The sea here is clean; at the beginning of May there were no jellyfish or biting plankton. The room seemed worse from the pictures. Colorfully decorated. It is clear that it is not new. But it was clean, neat, and cosmetic repairs had apparently been done recently. There is enough space. The bed is so-so, a bit hard and the linen is not the best, the pillows are low. The air conditioner is noisy. TV, kettle, hairdryer. There are not enough light sources, especially in depth. There are enough sockets. The bathroom is spacious, everything worked, there were no problems with drainage. But from somewhere from time to time there was a smell. They started to close the plug in the sink, and it didn’t seem to smell as bad. In general, we expected the worst from the room. The terrace is large, in the first half of the day the sun is scorching, in the second half there is already a shadow from the roof on it. The territory is cozy, beautiful, unfortunately, not very tennis. Breakfast is not included. There is no buffet, you order from the menu. The most profitable is the American breakfast, it costs 250 or 280 baht (I don’t remember exactly), for those who don’t eat a very heavy breakfast, one is enough for two. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and colorful, guests from other hotels constantly came - the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. But it’s better not to buy tickets for the ferry and speedboats to Phuket at the hotel - they’re expensive and not all options are available. The free longtail transfer departs to the pier every 2 hours. Upon arrival at the pier, they look for “their people” using the check-in lists; if they haven’t booked, they won’t take you for free. I don't know when they were scheduled to leave for the hotel, but we had to wait a long time on the open pier for other guests to be found. In pouring rain and wind. The umbrella that the hotel employee gave us was not very helpful; we and our luggage got wet. It would be more convenient if the hotel sent a welcome letter with detailed check-in instructions and guests were collected on the beach, where there are awnings that will protect from both rain and sun. Finding the right person was still problematic, at least in the rain.

The resorts was cozy and comfortable. Location is walked 15min from Tonsai pier. Outside swimming pool is clean. Unfortunately no breakfast service. And Wifi is not working in my room.

I traveled to Phi Phi Island at the end of March and stayed for three nights. It is now the peak tourist season in Phuket and there are so many people. I made the decision half a month in advance, so the hotels on Long Beach are basically fully booked. I have been to Phi Phi Island four times before, always staying at Pearl Paradise next door. This time I saw the pp blue sky hotel next door (when I came here for the second time, this hotel was under construction). The price is right, and it's next to Pearl Paradise, where the meals and massages are super good! Friends staying here can go to the hotel next door to enjoy it. Stayed at K1 Beach House, with the sea right outside the door. It was beautiful. The room was decorated in pure white and very clean. (I went to the toilet at night and found two very large cockroaches, but this is inevitable on the island. The white ground is obvious. If it is a wooden floor, it may be... I can’t see it anymore. Later, I covered the drain in the room with a homemade plug, the last picture) The hotel staff are very friendly, the service is good, and the facilities are complete. The hotel provides free snorkeling masks, adult life jackets, and free kayak rentals. There was an incident. The booking form showed that the hotel did not provide meals or transfers. This is completely different from my previous trip (except for small hotels and hotels on PP Island, all hotels provide round-trip services), so I specifically contacted Ctrip to help me confirm with the booking agent. It was indeed not the case, and I had already paid for it at my own expense. I was ready. I provided the name of the hotel when I arrived at the pier. Unexpectedly, someone immediately arranged a free long-tail boat for me. A simple meal was provided every morning after check-in, including banana pancakes, sandwiches, and various fried eggs. In addition, let me introduce this beach, called Long Beach. It is a super beautiful beach. There are small fish on the reef at the end of the hotel where you can snorkel. There is a path at the end where you can walk to Tonsai Bay. There is no problem for children over the age of 10, but it is a bit hot. Only a few high steps at the beginning are a bit difficult, and then it is a gentle slope, and the scenery is beautiful. It's a good experience. You can take a long-tail boat back after shopping and eating.
