It's very close to the South Gate and quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. There are balconies on both the first and second floors where you can relax and sunbathe. Plus, there's a swimming pool!"

"Arrived in Dali and instantly felt my mood lift upon checking into this hotel. The environment is absolutely wonderful, and opening the window reveals stunning views of Erhai Lake. The room is very spacious and even has an enormous private pool, though unfortunately, I couldn't swim due to a cold. The afternoon tea was a thoughtful touch, extended until 8:30 PM, and the toiletries were all very high-end."

"I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and my room offered a fantastic panoramic view of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended!"

" It is situated a 10-15mn walk from the Old City South Entrance. The location is very easy to reach from the train station : you take bus no8 or the numberless bus, which will stop you 5mn away from the hotel which is kind of easy to find (when you don't speak Chinese, this is precious). This hotel is in fact made of 2 buildings, the old one and the new one. Building 1 has the wooden bedrooms, which are nice and comfortable. They give over the street, so a little noise from outside but it's OK. The most expensive ones are the ”Santorini like' rooms, in the second building. Only downside : construction works ongoing in the area, lots of noise during the day. The facilities are nice : nice garden, nice resting area, 2 rooftops, a kitchen area. it is perfect to have a rest. Thank you to the staff, who, after seeing my deception because the swimming pool was empty, filled in just for me on the 2nd day. the swimming pool is of a nice size. "

"The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, and the stay was quite pleasant. The room decor is cozy and comfortable, and the courtyard view is very distinctive, making for a relaxing experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent; any needs during our stay were promptly addressed. They even thoughtfully prepared small souvenirs, and during dinner, they gave us a small cow doll, which our child absolutely loved. Overall, it truly lives up to its reputation as one of the top-ranked hotels in Dali Ancient City – the environment, service, and experience are all exceptional. The only minor drawback was that I didn't call ahead to arrange the pick-up/shuttle service. If this could be more proactively offered, the experience would be even more seamless. Nonetheless, I'm very satisfied and would definitely return if I have the chance."

"On the day of booking, the housekeeper contacted us about check-in time and whether we needed airport pickup. We booked a family room because we have children. The room was spacious and the children loved it. Unexpectedly, the breakfast was very rich and child-friendly, with all the amenities, including baby products, which were frequently changed. During our stay, we had sweet night soup at 8 pm. Best of all, you can enjoy the incredibly romantic fish lanterns without having to go to the cliff cafe. Nearby: This place is very close to Ideal Garden, a seven or eight minute taxi ride away. You'll also pass by the Fairytale Mountain and Sea Garden along the way, making it perfect for children to take photos. This is a great place for children who enjoy a quiet, less crowded stay and want to spend the last two or three days of their trip."

"Dali Treasure B&B, Fanhang Inn is the perfect choice to encounter poetry and distance When I came to Dali for a trip, I had always wanted to find a B&B where I could enjoy the beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountain and be close to Erhai Lake. This time I finally found it! This B&B simply satisfies all my fantasies about accommodation in Dali, and I have to give it a super five-star rating! As soon as I arrived at the B&B, the staff greeted me warmly and helped me carry my luggage. When I was checking in, they also kindly introduced me to the attractions, food and travel guides around the B&B, which made me feel warm. Their service attitude is really impeccable, responsive to every request. From check-in to check-out, every detail is taken care of very thoughtfully, making me feel at home. I was even more surprised by the sanitary conditions of the room. The room was warm and tidy, the sheets and quilt covers were clean without a wrinkle, there was no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and all toiletries were available and neatly arranged. The aunt who cleans the room every day will make it spotless and will also thoughtfully prepare some snacks and fruits. This kind of meticulous service is really a plus! What impressed me most was the geographical location of the B&B. Looking out of the window of the room, I could see the majestic Cangshan Mountain. The mountains were rolling and shrouded in clouds and mist, like a natural ink painting. When I woke up in the morning, the sunlight was shining on the snow-capped tops of Cangshan Mountain, shining with golden light, so beautiful that it took my breath away. The homestay is also very close to Erhai Lake. It only takes a few minutes' walk to reach the shore of Erhai Lake. You can stroll along the Erhai Lake, feel the sea breeze, appreciate the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake, and feel the tranquility and beauty of nature. This feeling is really great! The public area of ​​the homestay is also very comfortable. There is a large open-air balcony with tables, chairs and parasols. Here you can enjoy a leisurely time while sipping tea and admiring the beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. There is also a small garden filled with a variety of flowers. The fragrance of flowers is everywhere, making people feel happy. All in all, this stay in this B&B was great. I was very satisfied with the service, hygiene and location.
