Atour Hotels in Shanghai

The beds can be put together. The midnight snacks are also quite good. We were given a late check-out at 2 o'clock during the holidays. The services are all very good. It is close to the zoo. The hotel provides shuttle service. We drove there in about 8 minutes.

It was overall a great stay. The lobby is cozy, fragrant and dimly lit with soft yellow lighting. The room is not very big but there was enough space to move around comfortably. Love the shower with instant heating and water temperature digitally displayed and the hairdryer has good wind strength. The toilet seat is electronically kept warm and wash basin tap comes with hot water, which really made a difference during cold weather. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with variety enough for a nutritious start to the day. The noodles made by the robot was unexpectedly quite tasty. The complimentary late night porridge was also a warm touch to end the day for guests. There are books spread out throughout the public spaces for guests to borrow (all Chinese books though). The location is rather convenient, about 10-15min walk to 2 metro stations, Jing An Temple Station and Nanjing West Rd station, lots of eateries nearby and a few shopping malls like Kerry Centre are also within walking distance, plus the beautiful Jing An Temple of course. Special thanks to the kind staff named Weekend (Zhou Mo) who extended complimentary late check out till 4pm in view of my late flight.

The front desk staff provided very good service, the guest supplies were well prepared, the toothbrush and comb were very useful, the air conditioner had a fast air output and was very useful, the air conditioning effect was good, the room was very fresh and smelled good, the shower water came out quickly and the shower was very comfortable, the hotel's hardware facilities were good, the equipment was very complete, and the sound insulation was very good.

The rooms and pavilions here look like a scene carefully painted by a painter, and are exactly the same as the scenes in the pictures passed on by the store owner. The interior layout is ingenious and the furnishings are elegant, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, like a spring breeze, making people feel warm and comfortable. (˘︶˘✿)

Hotel is fresh, beautiful and trendy.  The breakfast has both western and eastern cuisine represented and everything tasted good.  The room is modern with luxurious finishes.  Automatic curtains, bedside lighting controls made added to the comfort.  The bed, although firm, was comfortable and we slept well.  We did hear a lot of water noise coming from either the floor above or from the pipes.  We would definitely stay here again, or at another Atour hotel based on this stay, the staff was friendly and warm.

W place, W location, literally up to door service of laundry, Smells Wonderful the scent that they given. wonderful amenities and service. i seriously suggest this place if you have tons of laundry to be done before you next day flight back home, nevertheless this location is so convenient to get around started from.

I stayed at Shanghai Xinzhuang Zhuanqiao Wanda Atour X Hotel again, and the experience was as good as always! When I stepped into the hotel, the familiar and friendly atmosphere came over me. The front desk staff still remembered me and helped me check in warmly and considerately, which instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The room was still clean and tidy, and the bedding was as comfortable as at home. I slept a super good sleep. The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is right next to Wanda, and shopping, eating, and watching movies are easy to do. The surrounding transportation is well connected, whether it is to go to the city for fun or business travel. This time I also experienced the hotel’s newly launched breakfast dishes, which tasted great and the rich choices made people’s appetite increase. The gym equipment is well maintained and it’s super fun to exercise. The second stay, there is no gap, but it feels more warm, just like returning to another home of mine. Next time I come here, it will definitely be the first choice!

A few things to say. This was my second stay this hotel, and this time I am glad I haven’t had my family with me. 1. COLD ROOM The room was so cold, even though I tried to adjust the temperature with the A/C it felt like the big glass closed window isn’t properly sealed and cold air from outside was entering the room. 2. LANGUAGE PROBLEMS. I know I am china, but if you work in hotel, special hotel chains and have a regular number of international guests, you should be able to speak a certain english level. I had issue during my check in, and questions that they couldn’t answer me, and also gave me wrong information. 3. BREAKFAST, ok, but could be better!

The hotel is tucked deep in a small drive-in so it's quiet but the location is walking distance to The Bund and shopping stretch along Nanjing Road. Many coffee joints down the road where people were enjoying caffeine and the sights and taking selfies and photos of the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. Service was great. There were many many guests coming in and out and the staff seemed overwhelmed but managed well. We got a free upgrade to a family room as the one we booked wasn't ready after waiting for an hour. Very nice offer since we were actually quite early for check-in. All in room items were complimentary and this is the 2nd of 3 ATOUR hotels I picked for this entire trip. Will recommend to friends and family for sure. Hope the next one is as comfortable.

Staffs are responsive, rooms are clean. Free shuttle from airport every 30 mins pass the hour, but need to call beforehand so that the hotel can ensure you are pickup.
