It was overall a great stay. The lobby is cozy, fragrant and dimly lit with soft yellow lighting. The room is not very big but there was enough space to move around comfortably. Love the shower with instant heating and water temperature digitally displayed and the hairdryer has good wind strength. The toilet seat is electronically kept warm and wash basin tap comes with hot water, which really made a difference during cold weather. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with variety enough for a nutritious start to the day. The noodles made by the robot was unexpectedly quite tasty. The complimentary late night porridge was also a warm touch to end the day for guests. There are books spread out throughout the public spaces for guests to borrow (all Chinese books though). The location is rather convenient, about 10-15min walk to 2 metro stations, Jing An Temple Station and Nanjing West Rd station, lots of eateries nearby and a few shopping malls like Kerry Centre are also within walking distance, plus the beautiful Jing An Temple of course. Special thanks to the kind staff named Weekend (Zhou Mo) who extended complimentary late check out till 4pm in view of my late flight.

Opened this year, a very new, and very cozy hotel. The staff were kind, and I love the overall design. Very close to the bund, also there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel provides almost all the meals in a day - breakfast, tea time dessert and supper. The gym room is just nice for traveller, also included a big giant screen, too bad I could not connect to play my video. Love their meditation/chanting room 💕 too bad they do not have a yoga teacher or singing bowl master to fully utilized that room. I so wanted to try it out. I wish the hotel could really look into this.. The room size is decent. Love the amenities and the atmosphere they try to create. Also books inside for one to read and have a peaceful mind, suggest to provide 1 English book & 1 mandarin book, since not everyone can read mandarin. By the way the supper dinner was great, especially the wantan. The beef noodles served with giant chunk of stew beef. Should you come to stay? An amazing hotel. Clean, modern and at a convenient location. It’s even better than the Marriott I stayed at Shanghai. I love their toothbrush, pillow and tea biscuits too. I highly recommend this to any overseas traveller wanting to experience a local Chinese chain hotel in China. I’ll definitely stay again in an Atour chain hotel if I visit China again!

#Location transportation is convenient, although there is no subway station, but there is Pudong 42 bus, very convenient. #Service front desk service is very thoughtful and intimate, basically responsive. This is also the biggest reason why I will stay next time. It is recommended that 🥰#Room Facilities Hotel is newly opened and the facilities are complete and clean.

Exceptional Stay - Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staffs were incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made our stay feel comfortable. Breakfast perfectly fine for elderly and provided late porridge. Laundry service is good too! Location is also perfect, walking distance to major attractions. Though the room size is slightly smaller than kthers, it does not affect our stay. Understand it located at golden area. Overall, we would stay again if go shanghai, and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and convenience.

Entire hotel is modern and prettily designed. Location is accessible to many malls around the corner and there's a beautiful St Ignatius Cathedral next to it. Many amenities provided. Front desk also gave a set of children amenities - toothbrush set and child-size bedroom slippers. Didn't realize till too late but tea with snacks were free for guests at a certain timing and there was supper provided also from 9.30pm till late - chef preparing noodles that you prefer and select on your own from a variety of ingredients and choices. Very homely gesture yet warming for guests. Reason I found this was it was pretty close to the Shanghai South Railway station. The concierge and front desk manager helped us locate a taxi in the rain because Didi couldn't locate one. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again when w get a chance.

Trust the Atour brand. This stay was a pleasant experience. This is a newly opened hotel in 25 years. The room is very clean, the decoration is simple and generous, the bedding has no peculiar smell, and the sleep is very comfortable. The Atour pillow is really amazing (I also use this pillow at home). When I left the hotel, the front desk also gave me two bottles of cold brew tea, which was thoughtful. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. Everything else is good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.
