Atour Hotels in Shanghai

My experience at Atour far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles were warm and genuine, like a gentle autumn breeze. They proactively helped with my luggage during check-in, thoughtfully brought local tea bags to my room after I'd settled in, and even remembered my preference for warm water when I returned late. These subtle details revealed their genuine attentiveness. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise: the tabletops and mirrors were spotless, and even the corners under the bed were perfectly clean. The bathrobes felt crisp and had a sun-kissed freshness, completely putting my mind at ease about hotel hygiene. The facilities are thoughtfully designed for travelers' needs: the desk was at the perfect height for working, there were USB ports by the bed, and the soundproofing was excellent – no outside noise could penetrate. What I loved most were their tea sets and the reading nook. Brewing a cup of tea and enjoying a book there, all my travel fatigue instantly melted away. An Atour like this truly deserves to be my first choice for all future travels.

It's been a few days since I checked out, and today, while clearing out my photo album, I suddenly saw this picture and was touched all over again. A few days ago, I went to Shanghai and booked this hotel near Hongqiao Railway Station at the last minute. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast offered many choices and tasted great! Every single person at the hotel was full of enthusiasm. What was most heartwarming was a young man at the front desk. Because my child wanted to go to Disneyland, I casually asked during check-in if it was convenient to get to Disneyland from the hotel. To my surprise, a little while later, this young man brought me a handwritten route map with three different options! It included taxi times, taxi distances, transfer stations, number of subway stops, and so on. I found it incredible at the time; I just asked a casual question at the front desk, and I received such a thoughtful route map! Because of it, I didn't need any navigation at all when I went to Disneyland! When checking out, I specifically asked for his name; it was something like Song Yi? Absolutely fantastic! I hope the relevant management can give him an award! With a hotel front desk employee who is so meticulous, there's no way they won't have guests! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Every staff member I encountered at the hotel was incredibly friendly!

As expected of a newly opened hotel, the environment and service are very good. 👍🏼The bedding at Atour is really amazing. It was the best sleep I had in the past two months. If the pillows were not too expensive, I would definitely buy them home. 😭The only drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. It may also be that I was sleeping opposite the workroom and was woken up in the morning. The toilet is also very noisy. It would be perfect if it could be optimized. The service is still very considerate. People who come to Qingpu in the future can come and stay here. After all, a good rest is the most important thing.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. While the soundproofing was decent, the window seal was broken, preventing it from closing completely. Being on the 3rd floor, I could hear some street noise from pedestrians below. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a big plus, and the night light design was thoughtfully done. However, the indoor lighting was a bit dim; a brighter setup would be ideal. It's a standalone building with a dedicated parking lot downstairs. The key card access at the entrance made it feel very secure, and EV charging stations were also available. The breakfast spread was far more extensive than I had expected, though my only minor complaint was that the freshly prepared noodles and wontons were a bit bland. Its location is unbeatable, right above Metro Lines 2 and 18, with Exit 17 literally at the doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel reception staff were very helpful and attentive. The robot staff were adorable. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. It was conveniently located near the subway station, with many restaurants and a large shopping mall nearby featuring a nice Gundam statue. There were Starbucks and KFC downstairs. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. There was free laundry and parking, and water was free in the rooms. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. I really liked this hotel and will definitely stay here often in the future!

The service was absolutely fantastic, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. A staff member even gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which we really appreciated! The room itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The facilities were brand new and very well-equipped. The mini-fridge was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This was such a wonderful hotel! The breakfast was delicious and abundant. We had such a lovely stay that we booked an extra night. The only downside is there is not much for kids to do. If you are there in bad weather, it's quite a trip in Shanghai to find indoor entertainment for your kids. Otherwise, a 10/10 stay and will recommend to anyone looking for a convenient hotel close to the both Hongqiao airport and railway station.

Excellent localisation, just next door to the metro station green line 2 Beixinjing (2 stops to the Hingqiao airport, 3 stops to railway station). Seriously next door, from metro exit nr 4 to the hotel entrance there are 5 meters. Just next door there is all day and night open Family Mart and several restaurants, a bigger shop in the underground (metro exit nr 5), KFC, bakery... Green line 2 of metro, so you can travel there directly from the Pudong airport. Hotel rooms are small, but clean and nice. Front desk operates 24h and the staff is nice. There is even a laundry to free use (only chinese writings). In general I grade this hotel very high, because it meet excellent my requirements during 2 weeks stay (in business). For sure I would choose it next time.

The hotel also had ample supplies, and room delivery was prompt. The bedding was all from Atour, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room smelled fresh and pleasant. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room. The service was very professional and thorough, and they even folded it up and delivered it to my room. The shower worked great, the water flowed quickly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The environment was also nice, and the lobby was fragrant.
