Hanting Premium Hotels in Shanghai

The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel lobby is clean and bright, and the view is very wide after entering. At the same time, the waiters are also very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet the requirements of the guests. It is a hotel worth recommending.

One of my favorite ones in Shanghai. It’s close to metro station 3/4 West Yan’an Road, Donghua university. They offer relatively cheap accommodation. The breakfast is decent and rooms are clean. Moreover they offer cozy lobby where you can hang out or work, self service washing machine on the first floor. So far so good. I got free room upgrade for this stay, yay!

A quiet hotel conveniently located very close to the bustling city center. The decor is consistent with Huazhu Group's standard. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, assisting us in moving to a room we were completely satisfied with. While the room wasn't large, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great; I particularly enjoyed the scallion pancakes. The room came with four complimentary bottles of water, and additional water was readily available at both the front desk and restaurant—a very thoughtful touch, especially appreciated during the scorching summer heat.

The good stuff: - Pricing - Near to hongqiao station and airport - Extremely friendly staff The bad stuff - Questionable maintenance. My room had one light that couldn't be turned on and another that was flickering the whole time. Couldn't use both - Terrible breakfast - NOISY. Despite my request on trip app to be placed away from the elevator, I was given a room on the ground floor where I could hear people talking just outside, and not to mention cars and other stuff as well

It is a new version of Hanting, the decoration is very new, the room is clean and spacious, the front desk lady of the hotel and the cleaning aunt are very good, the windows are very soundproof, and there is breakfast.

Very satisfied stay experience, the lobby is large, the environment is very good, the front desk staff is warm and always smiles to help us check in, the room is fully equipped and neat and clean, the bathroom, bath and sink are separated, the bed is very comfortable, Ctrip reservations have free late check-out service. Very good, the environment is very good, the children are good, the charm of the convenient hotel. Although the convenient hotel is small, as long as the bed is comfortable and the bedding is comfortable, it is just as good. The front desk picks up the toiletries by themselves, which saves resources. Thumbs up.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not fully match the listing on Trip. We booked a room with two single beds, but upon arrival, we were told that the hotel mostly only offers double beds. Since I was traveling with a friend, this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, although we had included a request on Trip asking to have rooms on the same floor as we were traveling in a group, this request was not accommodated. The staff do not speak English well, which made communication a bit difficult, but they were kind and did try their best to assist us.

Location: Excellent. Within mins walking distance to metro, malls, restaurants, eateries etc. Very convenient with nice, clean surroundings. Abundant options for shopping and dining. Visibility: Excellent. can see hotel name clearly once exit through mall. Service: Excellent. Warm reception. Front desk receptionists were very helpful, understanding and flexible to cater to customers' needs. Highly comment Ms Yan and Ms Rou. Room: Well equipped compact room. Cleanliness and Housekeeping: Excellent

The hotel location was our choice in choosing. It was placed centrally to let us easily get to the must see and must eat places. The hotel itself was clean and what we expected for a budget hotel. Room was a little old and was missing a bedside table and shower head was a little old and needed replacing. Breakfast was basic and no coffee (fresh coffee). Overall the hotel was good and we would stay again.
