The location is very convenient, however, the air conditioning system is controlled by the hotel at 28C , that never goes down even when I set it at 20! It’s the second time happening in the same hotel, I hope they will change this very bad policy.

The hotel is clean and tidy. I booked a business king-size room. The room is quite large, with good lighting and air circulation. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The robot delivers things, which is very convenient and safe. I am satisfied

The room was really spacious and bright. The location was decent, being conveniently close to the zoo. When I arrived in the evening, the lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, and she was just as friendly during check-out the next day. The room itself was also very clean.

The single room I stayed in was small but well-equipped. The facilities and sanitary conditions were good. It was worth the money. However, there was no hot water when I took a shower at 11pm. I don't know if it was out of water or something. I had to make do with cold water. This was not satisfactory.

Overall it was good to stay in this hotel, but location isn’t convenient, it was not that bad for me because I needed a hotel near exhibition hall and Hongqiao railway station

Very new hotel, just opened, provides self-service laundry service, washing machine and dryer, and rest area, very convenient, good service, very friendly, but unfortunately there is no elevator, a big flaw, although the hotel staff will help with luggage, but it is still not very convenient. Near Jinqiu Road subway station, surrounding business is good, there are Starbucks, Pizza Hut and other snacks. The room facing the road is a bit noisy with the window open.
