Every time I visit Pudong Renji Hospital, I stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located right across from the hospital, and there are many dining options nearby. The rooms are a good size and clean. The front desk staff provide excellent service; they are warm and patient. This time, I even received a free upgrade. However, I unfortunately had a sudden nosebleed in the middle of the night that wouldn't stop, and a lot of blood got on the bed. I had to go to the emergency room to get it treated. When I returned, I explained the situation to the staff and offered to pay for the cleaning fee as compensation. The staff later told me that I didn't need to pay, and the hotel would cover the cost. I truly caused them a lot of trouble this time, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to them! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was really spacious and bright. The location was decent, being conveniently close to the zoo. When I arrived in the evening, the lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, and she was just as friendly during check-out the next day. The room itself was also very clean.

Conveniently located, within walking distance of Fudan University and Wujiaochang. Excellent value for money for a hotel around 200 RMB. Highly recommended.

The room is small, but fine for a one-night stay. There are sometimes odors in the room, like toilet or cooking fumes. The soundproofing is definitely poor, depending on who lives next door. Since it's located near a side street, residential area, and park, I didn't hear any noise.

The hotel environment is very good. The hygiene is clean and tidy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. There is also a supermarket downstairs. It is very convenient to buy things. Two bottles of mineral water are also given in the room. Recommended

The surrounding commercial streets are very close, offering a wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and snack shops—perfect for both main meals and late-night snacks. The most surprising thing is the price! For just over 100 RMB, I got such a great hotel in Shanghai—the value is off the charts! I initially thought the accommodations at this price would be basic, but my experience completely changed. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. After a long day, I could finally relax. A special shout-out to the handsome staff at the front desk! They were incredibly friendly and attentive, efficient in processing check-in, and polite and patient in answering any questions. In Shanghai's prime location, it's rare to find such a convenient location, comprehensive amenities, clean rooms, and attentive service for just over 100 RMB. Whether for tourism or short business trips, it's perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai!

The hotel is not bad, the room has enough space, and what I like, that there is a lot of lighting variations that you can use, in cold weather I was saved by air-conditioner. Overall it was good to stay in this hotel, but location isn’t convenient, it was not that bad for me because I needed a hotel near exhibition hall and Hongqiao railway station

I highly recommend this Beike Hotel; the entire process from check-in to check-out was very pleasant. The room was spacious and bright with a large window. The hotel was new and odor-free, and the cleaning was exceptionally thorough. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well that night. The staff were polite and helpful, and promptly resolved any issues. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again!
