While not huge, the hotel is well-equipped, featuring a simple, natural wood decor. They have a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers, plus a small gym. The restaurant offers breakfast, light lunches, and afternoon tea. Breakfast has a good variety, with freshly ground coffee and several local Wenzhou snacks. What truly stands out is the hotel's service. The housekeeping staff are incredibly polite, and the lobby staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. From the moment you step in, it feels like coming home. They help with luggage, offer water, fruits, and pastries, and even serve delicious, freshly baked sweet potatoes. I'd also like to specifically commend the young female staff member in the lobby. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to every request. When she learned we needed a taxi, she proactively helped us find the best platform. At checkout, she assisted us with our luggage and even helped us load it into the car. Because the hotel was busy, our booked room wasn't ready when we arrived. To ensure we could check in promptly, the staff kindly upgraded our room free of charge, for which we are very grateful! It was precisely because of the outstanding service that we extended our stay for another day!

A lovely weekend stay at Manor Hotel surrounded by vast bamboo forests, peaceful lakes, and nature everywhere. We spotted birds, monkeys, porcupines, and even sloths around the territory. The highlight was definitely breakfast with giraffes — such a unique experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with rides, rope walks, and plenty of activities for children. The large territory is easy to explore thanks to the transfer carts that quickly take guests around. Our stay started with some disappointment as our original room had damp stains on the ceiling and dirty carpets nearby, but the staff handled it professionally and moved us to a cozy cottage hidden among the bamboo trees. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing with tea on the terrace while listening to the wind and birds. We also appreciated the early check-in and the thoughtful touch of having chargers available in every room in case guests forgot theirs. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. One suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness of the ponds and streams around the property, especially for a hotel at this price point.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at my homestay in Wuzhen. As an American, I could not find much info about these rooms or Wuzhen itself but it exceeded all expectations. We stayed at No. 17. Our hosts were so gracious and kind. The checkin at the front of the town will check your bags and deliver them by boat to your room within an hour. In the meantime, take a stroll through the town. When its time to check out, ask your hosts to arrange your bags to be brought to the front again. The town is so beautiful and cute, the perfect place to spend the day and a night. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast that we preordered when we arrived arranged by our homestay and including food from nearby food stands. The room was incredibly clean and the bathroom was brand new. We stayed at No. 17 so I can’t speak for all the homestays, but it was truly so special. Most vendors in the town and at the homestay speak to little-to-no English, so just be patient, use translation apps, and use Alipay or Wechat pay for everything.

Unexpectedly booked a hotel that exceeded my expectations! The room was fully equipped, even with laundry detergent for delicates, hairspray, facial cleanser, and makeup remover. But the best part was the free foot bath available after 7 PM – that's truly a divine service!

Every time I visit CP, I either book this hotel or the Hyatt across the street. This time, I checked in around 11 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, upgrading me directly to a super, super spacious suite! The entrance hallway alone was about four or five meters long! I checked, and the listed price for this suite is around 1k, so even if I had booked it directly, it would still feel like great value for money! Breakfast goes until 10 AM; I don't think it's as good as the Hyatt Place Hongqiao, but it's fine since there's plenty to eat.

I had communicated my request to the front desk beforehand, and they accommodated it, so I could indeed see West Lake from the bathroom's floor-to-ceiling window. **Value for Money**: At this price, it's absolutely worth it for a weekend stay. **Breakfast**: The 48 RMB/person buffet breakfast, although featuring ordinary dishes, offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. **Wi-Fi**: You can connect using your room number; no password needed, and the speed is good. **Bed**: The king-size bed was just right in terms of firmness, if you know what I mean. **Cleanliness**: The truth is in the details; every nook and cranny was very clean. (I checked thoroughly). **Room View**: Because the hotel's upper floors have a circular cross-section, only some rooms offer a West Lake view. **Location & Transport**: From Hangzhou Station, take Metro Line 1 for one stop to Ding'an Road Station, then walk a bit, and you'll arrive in about 16 minutes. Walking to West Lake takes less than ten minutes. **Overall**: The decor, dating back about ten years, feels a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained rather than worn out. The cleanliness details reflect the hotel's excellent management. **Highlights**: Details like the direct drinking water, smart toilet, plastic slippers, and two umbrellas in the room show the hotel's continuous efforts to keep up with the times and improve service. **Suggestion**: Adding a shoehorn would be a good idea.

Traveling during off-peak season, and staying for two nights, plus it was my birthday, so a big thank you to the front desk for upgrading my room! My room had a view of the iconic HaoGu Pagoda. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the lake area, making it convenient to visit Nanhu World, Zicheng Ruins Park, and the Catholic Church. The hotel's garden design is so lovely, it could be a tourist attraction itself. From the front desk to the guest rooms, and the staff at the breakfast, Chinese, and Japanese restaurants, everyone was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room cleaning on the second day was thorough and not sloppy at all. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and even after two days, there was barely any repetition. Overall, it was a very good stay.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，從進門到退房全程都很舒服。一進大堂就有工作人員主動幫忙拿行李、遞上温水，態度温柔又有耐心，完全不會讓人覺得拘謹。房間打掃得特別乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，燈光和温度都剛剛好，細節處能看出很用心，連洗漱用品都擺放整齊，衞生間無異味、乾濕分離做得很好。

I have to say, a five-star is still a five-star. We originally booked two nights at another hotel, but after one night, we just couldn't stand it. We checked out the next day and went straight to Hilton. From the moment we entered the lobby, I knew we made the right decision. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm, and our child didn't even want to leave the hotel, just wanted to stay there. Breakfast was also quite rich. All in all, everything was pretty good.

The room is spacious and comfortable. They offer a shuttle service to and from Xiaoshan Airport T3 and T4, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the airport. If you're leaving early before breakfast, the hotel provides a packed simple breakfast. There's a convenience store right next door. At around 200 yuan, it offers great value for money.
