This is an excellent hotel, and in my opinion, it should be the top choice for anyone visiting Shaoxing. Firstly, its location is superb. Directly in front (facing south) is Fushan Park, with the Feiyi Tower visible overhead. The surrounding Huanshan Road is quiet, clean, and picturesque, lined with ancient, sturdy梧桐 trees. Many famous attractions, such as Cangqiao Old Street, Xixiao Road Ancient Street, and Yangming's Former Residence, are within walking distance. Lu Xun's Former Residence and Shen Garden are also not far, just a few bus stops away. Secondly, as a five-star hotel, it truly makes you feel at home. The service is exceptional; the staff even delivered our luggage to the room. Thirdly, the hotel is beautiful, with great facilities. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable. The bedding and bathroom amenities are excellent. Fourthly, the hotel's design style is wonderful – ancient and elegant, tasteful and refined, not at all gaudy, and rich in cultural heritage. The display stands and framed artwork in the hallways are exquisite photographic pieces, which not only showcase Shaoxing's scenery but are also a delight to the eye. I am very happy with my choice. The next time I visit Shaoxing, Shaoxing Hotel will definitely be my first pick.

Our villa booking was upgraded to a three-bedroom, three-story unit with a private hot spring garden, which was incredibly spacious. It's perfect for families with kids and is conveniently close to the Dreamland Park by car. Our butler, Lucien, contacted me a day in advance and was incredibly responsive throughout our three-day stay, always attending to our requests promptly. Service was top-notch, and the staff who cleaned the rooms and private hot spring were very thorough. The shuttle service ran frequently, so getting around was easy without long waits. The included hot spring area has a pool with a slide and a small sandy beach, great for kids to burn off energy. It's also very close to the main plaza, making dining and shopping at 7-Eleven super convenient. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, it offers excellent value for money.

The room was very clean, and the service was great. The hotel's location is also super convenient. To the left is Intime, and to the right is Qinghefang. Traveling with friends, it was easy to get anywhere nearby. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel offered a day trip to nearby attractions, which was excellent! We visited West Lake, Lingyin Temple, the First God of Wealth Temple, a tea plantation, and Qinghefang. Hangzhou East Railway Station is also very close, so we even squeezed in a quick trip to Shanghai.

Marriott never ceases to impress—it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The cleanliness was unmatched; every corner of the room and facility was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional, making every interaction feel warm and seamless. But what made this stay extra special was that I proposed during this visit—and everything about the experience contributed to making it perfect. This hotel is perfect for anyone needing to catch an early flight. It's located right inside the terminal, very close to the exit. I was pleasantly surprised to find self check-in kiosks and luggage carts available within the hotel itself 😂. The room facilities are very new, and the service was prompt. The only minor inconvenience was that food delivery isn't allowed upstairs, and the robots don't deliver either, so you have to go downstairs to pick it up. Other than that, everything was great. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Highly recommended!

Facilities: It has everything you need. The window-side spot gets sun in the afternoon and you can watch the boats outside. Cleanliness: Very good. The slippers were a nice, floral pattern. The disposable toiletries were also very thoughtful. Environment: Surprisingly quiet, not noisy at all at night. I woke up naturally in the morning, and it was actually the best sleep I've had since starting this trip. Service: Attentive. When we arrived, they gave us a sweet cup of fried rice tea. Considering the 300 for two people's scenic area tickets, this room only cost a little over 200, which is excellent value for money given its location inside the scenic area.

A super satisfying stay! The front desk staff were so kind and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart devices worked great. The bedding was comfortable. It's super convenient to walk to West Lake, and there are many malls and restaurants nearby. Getting around to other attractions is also easy, as it's close to both Lingyin Temple and West Lake. Excellent value for money. I truly recommend it to everyone!

I have to say, a five-star is still a five-star. We originally booked two nights at another hotel, but after one night, we just couldn't stand it. We checked out the next day and went straight to Hilton. From the moment we entered the lobby, I knew we made the right decision. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm, and our child didn't even want to leave the hotel, just wanted to stay there. Breakfast was also quite rich. All in all, everything was pretty good.

This hotel is absolutely worth staying at. The decor is grand, elegant, and comfortable, with unusually wide corridors that create a welcoming, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere. The room design is imbued with Southern Chinese (Jiangnan) aesthetics, reflecting the region's refined sensibilities. The room facilities are new, spacious, and fully functional, and the thoughtful selection of items in the mini-fridge surpasses what you'd find in other five-star hotels. The king-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a drying rack, which was so convenient. Initially, I wasn't keen on staying on the first floor, but seeing the charming courtyard in the misty rain, full of Jiangnan romance, I happily extended my stay. The breakfast truly deserves special mention. It featured spring bamboo shoots, tender lotus roots, gorgon fruit, fresh lotus seeds, and various seasonal spring vegetables, bringing the essence of Jiangnan right to the table. Both Chinese and Western options were available, and the freshly baked Western pastries showed a real respect for guests. I will definitely be back! The hotel is located by Nanhu Lake, offering unbeatable views. I enjoyed strolls around the lake both morning and evening, and there are historical sites nearby too.

Had a fantastic stay! We used a cultural and tourism voucher, so the price was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even upgraded us to a river view room. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful river view – it really lifted my spirits! The breakfast selection was extensive and everything was delicious, with both Western and Chinese options. The staff were very attentive, even bringing some soup dishes directly to our table. A special thanks to one of the ladies who helped us find others to share a ride with for sightseeing. I highly recommend staying at the Hampton by Hilton Tonglu.
