The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were smart. The location is excellent, very close to West Lake and within walking distance. The surrounding commercial area is very convenient, with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and heating in the room worked very well. If you need shower slippers, you have to ask the staff to bring them. Overall, I'm satisfied.

10/10 highly recommend! The tourist center is so professional. Everyone speaks decent english, the wechat mini program is in english too for when u arrive and see map, activities. Everything in the app. U get allocated to a homestay. Shuttle bus takes u there. Shuttle bus picks you up when u go to breakfast in the morning market which u cannot miss!! Such an amazing experience. The price is so cheap for the value as it includes tickets to xizha, breakfast can eat up to 30 yuan per person. Nightime and early more inside xizha wuzhen is such a dream!!

Because I had an early flight the next day, I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Terminal 4 last night. I had already booked a scenic room on floors six to eight. However, after checking me in, the young lady at the front desk specifically emphasized that she had upgraded me to a scenic room on the sixth floor. When I told her I had already paid for the slightly more expensive scenic room, she pretended to check her computer and said they had two types of scenic rooms, and mine was the best kind. I was speechless! I believe the most basic service principle in the service industry should be sincerity. The front desk is the face of the hotel, and hypocrisy and deceptive tactics should never become a habit.

This hotel is located in the heart of Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Wuma Street and the Shamiao River snack street. As soon as we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us with tea and roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were absolutely delicious, especially in the winter! The staff were all very enthusiastic and told us about the hotel's breakfast. What truly stood out was that breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea are all complimentary at this hotel, offering incredible value for money. We really stumbled upon a gem here; it's a fantastic value! The room itself was also superb. The moment I walked in, I fell in love with it. It was very clean and tidy. The in-room massage chair was super comfortable, and having a free foot-soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. Whenever we needed anything, the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and even recommended nearby attractions in Wenzhou. If you're visiting Wenzhou, staying at Wenyuan Hotel offers exceptional value.

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

This hotel has an old-fashioned feel, both in its hardware and software. The rooms are indeed dated, but a major plus is their spaciousness. The entire property is expansive, beautifully adorned with pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and gardens. The service, however, is absolutely outstanding, reminiscent of a traditional, well-established five-star hotel – friendly, respectful, and dignified. When we arrived on the evening of October 23rd, our navigation led us to the North Gate. A female employee saw us and proactively escorted us to the lobby, introducing us to the hotel's landscape and facilities along the way. There were always multiple doormen on duty; one would handle luggage, and another would open car doors – a level of service I haven't even seen at Four Seasons properties in China. During check-in, an employee was constantly on standby next to the front desk, ready to take our luggage to the room. I'd say the service surpasses most five-star hotels in China. The breakfast offers a rich variety, leaning towards Chinese cuisine, and the complimentary dinner was also quite distinctive. The travel photography session felt a bit assembly-line, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The service was five-star, with attentive butler service – I didn't even have to carry my own luggage. They even dropped off my bags at the service center after check-out, which was super convenient. The hotel rooms have a beautiful and comfortable Republic of China-era aesthetic, and Road No. 2 is very quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very nice, and the morning tea offerings were quite unique. A very satisfying stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, and its location is fantastic. It's right around the corner from the Fengqi Road subway exit. A walk to West Lake is just 1.2 kilometers, and it felt so good to come back from a morning run by the lake and head straight to the breakfast buffet for a hot bowl of noodles! The scallion oil noodles were also excellent, and they even thoughtfully offered coffee to-go. I especially want to thank the hotel's service. As I was getting off the elevator, I accidentally dropped one of my AirPods down the elevator shaft through the door gap. I called the front desk to report it, and within five minutes, an engineering staff member came to confirm which elevator it was. I honestly didn't expect that just 30 minutes later, they would knock on my door and return the AirPod. They had specifically arranged for the elevator company's maintenance personnel to retrieve the AirPod from the shaft. I felt so bad for causing such a big inconvenience, but I was incredibly touched by their unexpected kindness. Hangzhou is so beautiful; I had a wonderful morning experiencing the sunrise during my run by West Lake. Thank you, Zhejiang Hotel, for a very pleasant weekend!
