Environment: I booked a deluxe room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a luxury room in Building 5. It's a three-story building with no elevator. It's right next to the north gate, which is very convenient for coming and going. However, our window faced the back kitchen of Zhiyu Building. At night, we constantly heard the roaring of equipment and the noise of kitchen staff pulling carts, which somewhat affected our sleep. The hotel's location is excellent. To the southwest is Shaoxing Tiandi, to the northwest you can reach Ying'en Gate and the Yellow Wine Museum, and walking straight east will take you to Cangqiao Old Street and Lu Xun's Former Residence. Most of the famous attractions are within walking distance, which is very convenient! Parking: Both hotel guests and diners get free parking. The front desk in the lobby has a free parking QR code; just scan and register before exiting. You can enter and exit the parking lot through the north gate. There's also a parking lot to the left of the lobby and an underground garage opposite the lobby, so there should be plenty of spaces. Hygiene: The luxury room didn't have a bathtub, but the shower facility had a multi-point full-body spray, which was quite unique. However, the waterproofing in the shower wasn't great; after showering, there was water all over the floor outside the shower stall. Facilities: The toilet had a smart bidet seat, but it seemed a bit old. When you sat down and prepared to use it, the flushing sound was very loud. The TV was also an older model, lacking screen mirroring and internet features. Service: All the staff were very enthusiastic. When walking with large bags, staff members would proactively ask if we needed a shuttle.

Service: A day before arrival, a dedicated butler contacted me, providing the exact location of the parking lot. Upon reaching the hotel, we met in the lobby. They thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and recommended dishes, offering warm and attentive service. Environment: Excellent! I was assigned a room on the top floor, with stunning views of both Taihu Lake, the bridge, and Fisherman's Wharf. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.

The room was very clean, and the service was great. The hotel's location is also super convenient. To the left is Intime, and to the right is Qinghefang. Traveling with friends, it was easy to get anywhere nearby. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel offered a day trip to nearby attractions, which was excellent! We visited West Lake, Lingyin Temple, the First God of Wealth Temple, a tea plantation, and Qinghefang. Hangzhou East Railway Station is also very close, so we even squeezed in a quick trip to Shanghai.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV had a lot of very interesting shows including English language movies and movies with subtitles. The bar in the lobby is also very nice, the bartender makes very good MaiTais. Definitely recommend!

Facilities: The soundproofing is pretty good, with double-glazed windows blocking out airplane noise even though it's inside the airport. However, the air conditioning isn't very effective; it was stifling hot when trying to sleep. Cleanliness: There were handprints on the window from a previous guest. Service: All the services are comprehensive, and the front desk staff provided excellent and helpful service. Environment: It's very convenient, located just a 5-minute walk from Terminal 4. Take the elevator down to the 2nd floor, exit, and turn right.

Facilities: It has everything you need. The window-side spot gets sun in the afternoon and you can watch the boats outside. Cleanliness: Very good. The slippers were a nice, floral pattern. The disposable toiletries were also very thoughtful. Environment: Surprisingly quiet, not noisy at all at night. I woke up naturally in the morning, and it was actually the best sleep I've had since starting this trip. Service: Attentive. When we arrived, they gave us a sweet cup of fried rice tea. Considering the 300 for two people's scenic area tickets, this room only cost a little over 200, which is excellent value for money given its location inside the scenic area.

A super satisfying stay! The front desk staff were so kind and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart devices worked great. The bedding was comfortable. It's super convenient to walk to West Lake, and there are many malls and restaurants nearby. Getting around to other attractions is also easy, as it's close to both Lingyin Temple and West Lake. Excellent value for money. I truly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

This hotel is absolutely worth staying at. The decor is grand, elegant, and comfortable, with unusually wide corridors that create a welcoming, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere. The room design is imbued with Southern Chinese (Jiangnan) aesthetics, reflecting the region's refined sensibilities. The room facilities are new, spacious, and fully functional, and the thoughtful selection of items in the mini-fridge surpasses what you'd find in other five-star hotels. The king-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a drying rack, which was so convenient. Initially, I wasn't keen on staying on the first floor, but seeing the charming courtyard in the misty rain, full of Jiangnan romance, I happily extended my stay. The breakfast truly deserves special mention. It featured spring bamboo shoots, tender lotus roots, gorgon fruit, fresh lotus seeds, and various seasonal spring vegetables, bringing the essence of Jiangnan right to the table. Both Chinese and Western options were available, and the freshly baked Western pastries showed a real respect for guests. I will definitely be back! The hotel is located by Nanhu Lake, offering unbeatable views. I enjoyed strolls around the lake both morning and evening, and there are historical sites nearby too.

The room was spacious and well-lit, the housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning, and there are plenty of facilities nearby.
