This time I stayed in a room at Fushan Yue, not in the main building, so it was a pity I couldn't visit the garden. Next time, if I have the chance, I'd prefer to stay at Fushan Yin. Fushan Yue is quite a distance from the main building. There's a Green Tea restaurant on the first floor, but I didn't see any staff there at night. Facilities: It's in the new building. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, definitely up to a five-star standard. Environment: The restaurant is on the first floor, and the rooms are upstairs, good environment. Service: The staff escorted us to our room, and the service was excellent. Plus, since it was my mom's birthday, they even sent a card and a cake! 👍🏻

During the New Year's Day holiday, the hotel was swarming with guests. We arrived at 1 PM but couldn't check into our room until 3:30 PM. They initially said the room wasn't ready, but it turned out the direct drinking water system was broken, and maintenance staff were working on it. Even after we got into the room, it still wasn't fixed, so the hotel provided us with plenty of bottled water instead. The room facilities themselves were quite good. However, the hotel's exterior was very dirty and poorly maintained, which unfortunately detracted from the overall check-in experience. The hotel mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bedding was also just right – not too thick, not too thin – so even with the air conditioning on, it felt pleasant. 👍 We went for breakfast past 8 AM and were surprised to find a very long queue. Luckily, everyone lined up in an orderly fashion. Improving service is key; while the hardware is good, the software (service) needs to be even better.

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV had a lot of very interesting shows including English language movies and movies with subtitles. The bar in the lobby is also very nice, the bartender makes very good MaiTais. Definitely recommend!

I specifically chose this hotel for a convenient layover, as it's located right inside Xiaoshan Airport. It's truly convenient, as you can walk from the hotel to the security gate in just four or five minutes. The hotel facilities are average, and the room was quite small. The full glass wall with no actual window felt a bit stuffy, perhaps for soundproofing, which worked well as there was hardly any noise. The bathroom had a typical business hotel feel, but there was a dusty spot in the corner next to the toilet that seemed to have been missed during cleaning. Breakfast started promptly at 6 AM, not a minute earlier. Many travelers rushing for their flights were waiting at the restaurant entrance, and after a quick bite, they checked out in a hurry.

I've been to Wuzhen many times, but this is my first stay at a Xizha B&B. You absolutely have to stay here for a different Wuzhen experience. First off, both manual and self-check-in are super convenient. You can reserve breakfast at the floating market for the next day and arrange luggage transfer via a mini-program, which also updates your room and luggage status. This means you can head straight into exploring the scenic area upon arrival, which is incredibly hassle-free. The guest rooms are also remarkably clean and well-appointed, and the landlady was incredibly warm and welcoming, offering detailed introductions and thoughtful suggestions that made the stay feel much more personal.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Excellent, excellent, excellent! The room felt very clean. Environment: There's also a seating area to relax in, which is very nice, very nice, very nice, very nice! It's great for travel and harmony, really good. The room feels good and bright, quite attractive, very good, very good, very good, very good! It's very close to West Lake scenic area. Dining is convenient.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

To celebrate my son's birthday and catch the last bit of autumn, I took my parents to visit a nearby Jiangnan water town. We ended up choosing Jiaxing because I saw many reviews praising the comfort of Jiaxing Hotel, and a friend also recommended it. We stayed for two nights. Initially, I booked a twin room on the first floor for my parents and two rooms on the second floor for my son and me. Upon arrival, they offered a free upgrade for my parents, allowing us to stay on the same floor for easier care, which was incredibly thoughtful. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration. The hotel even prepared a cake for us that evening! We also had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and they gave us some noodles as well. The hotel is located within the South Lake Scenic Area, and with the room key, you can access the scenic area directly through several small gates – that's a huge plus! I also want to thank the young lady on duty in the lobby on the afternoon of December 5th. Before my trip, I bought 98-yuan lake tour tickets online. I asked her about the route for the next day, and she suggested I cancel those and re-purchase tickets for the Hao Guta Pier, which were only 60 yuan each. The pier was right next to the hotel. Finally, upon check-out, each room received a gift of Jiaxing Zongzi – a local specialty! I must particularly rave about the hotel's autumn scenery – it's absolutely stunning! The red leaves, ginkgo trees, stone bridges, ancient pagodas, weeping willows, and tour boats, set against the sunrise and sunset, create a breathtaking painting of Jiangnan.

Visited during the off-season, which was a bummer because the night market in front of the hotel and the Fuchun River lights were closed. The riverside area gets quiet at night, but the view is lovely. On the plus side, the hotel offers a quick grab-and-go breakfast if you're short on time - just book ahead. The bathtub had disposable covers and bath salts, nice touch. Big shoutout to the friendly housekeeping staff who gave us plenty of amenities and water!
