This hotel is so gorgeous! The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is big and fluffy. The location and the hotel grounds is just simply stunning! When you arrive, you'd be at awe! The staff are all so helpful and friendly. We stayed here for two nights as a family of 8! The kids enjoyed the breakfast and the access to the beautiful Chinese garden located within the hotel itself. It was also close to all the lovely attractions. Loved my stay here so much!

Perfect service, trained staff. One thing: they do their best and seems they factory workers working hard. Just let let them relax, so they can make guest to be relaxed in such lovely place. One problem is food. Hotel is loosing money, as a lot of guests order food outside...

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

This was my first time staying at such a high-tech hotel, and I was really impressed! The hotel environment is great, and it's just 30 meters from Lindun Road subway station. About 100 meters west, you'll find the century-old Dalang Bridge Tangzhou (sugar porridge) shop, a non-heritage site. It's also super convenient to walk to attractions like Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Plus, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. You can take Line 2 directly to level B of the hotel, or if you take Line 1, just turn left outside the hotel. There are also many shopping malls nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with great soundproofing, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. The breakfast offers a rich and varied selection; the duck blood vermicelli soup and red bean glutinous rice balls with fermented rice were particularly outstanding, adding a warm touch to our short trip to Nanjing.

So lucky to have picked the right hotel for this trip! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great design. The location was super, too, with malls and restaurants all around, making getting around incredibly convenient. The staff were all friendly throughout our stay, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall experience was fantastic; I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel entrance is modest and not very noticeable, so I didn't have high expectations. However, my stay left a deep impression on me: 1. **Simple Decor:** With wooden doors, polished concrete floors, and minimally decorated window frames, there was nothing superfluous or impractical. There was hardly any paint visible, and no carpets, which meant no stale odors often found after prolonged use. The air felt incredibly fresh! I've never seen such immaculately polished concrete floors before! 2. **Quality Essentials:** The most crucial amenities – bedding and toiletries – were not skimped on. The toilet, in particular, was superior to those in typical hotels and very clean. 3. **Thoughtful Layout:** The setup was incredibly user-friendly, with no inconveniences. Despite its simplicity, disposable slippers were hung in the entryway, plastic flip-flops were neatly placed by the bathroom door, faucets worked perfectly, and charging ports, sanitary pads, toothbrushes, combs – everything I needed was easily accessible. In my past experiences, even at the best hotels, the first thing I'd do after check-in was call the front desk. But from check-in to check-out, nearly 20 hours, I didn't make a single call to the front desk. Not because I was lazy, but because there was simply no need! 4. **Trust in Guests:** After checking out, I discovered the office I needed to visit was closed. I returned to the hotel and stayed in the room for another hour. The staff didn't say a word and even handed me another room card. 5. **Local Dining:** There's a very authentic Suzhou noodle shop nearby. I joined the regulars for a bowl of soup noodles, and breakfast was perfectly taken care of – very satisfying! For 92 RMB, the value for money is outstanding. It's truly excellent if you're not looking for lavish displays!

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay! 😍😍 The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. 👍👍 The room was spacious and beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. A pleasant surprise was the free upgrade to a room with a terrace – absolutely delighted! 🤩🤩 When I booked, only one person had breakfast included, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary second breakfast, for which I'm truly grateful. ☺️☺️ The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. What touched me most was receiving a small gift upon check-out: a beautiful, exquisite embroidered fan – I absolutely love it! 😍😍 The entire experience was warm and unforgettable, and I will definitely be back! 😄😄

This hotel is located in Dongguan Street just a short 2 minute walk from the taxi drop off. The staff gave us a warm welcome and told us we had our room upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spaceous and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large screen TV. The under floor heating system was very good in the evenings as the temperature dropped. The bathroom itself was also very well appointed with a good size bath tub as well as a rain shower and plenty of hot water available at all times. The staff were lovely throughout the whole complex and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful and had many local varieties of food available. There is also a coffee shop on site which makes great quality flat white! I can highly recommend staying at this hotel as it is literally in Dongguan street and also just across the road from Pishi street. As a western guest I felt very comfortable at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Average. I understand not being able to open windows on the 71st floor, but the room was so dry my nose bled and my throat hurt, which was very uncomfortable. They really should add a humidifier. Because it was so dry, any movement in the room stirred up a lot of dust. This isn't a problem with the cleaning staff, but rather the extreme dryness of the room. Environment: The view outside the window is indeed nice, very impressive. Service: Average 1. We booked a room type that should have been around the 66th floor, but we were upgraded to the 71st floor, which I really appreciate. 2. I booked the room through Ctrip, and Ctrip indicated that my credit was sufficient and no deposit was needed. However, at check-in, I was still required to pay an additional 1111 as a deposit, which contradicted what Ctrip said. I completely understand paying a deposit, but why was it 1111, then became 1110.98? 3. When booking, it showed complimentary welcome fruit, but we didn't receive any. I always stay in five-star hotels when traveling, and welcome fruit is always placed directly in the room; I've never had to ask for it like this. And I only remembered and asked about it on the second night, and then they told me I had to go pick it up myself. Summary: The outdoor scenery is beautiful, but the night view has too much reflection on the glass to get a good photo (I used a DJI, and even post-processing couldn't remove it). The third picture is a daytime shot from the 71st floor. Honestly, you can get great photos from the 45th floor (second video), so booking a standard room is sufficient. Especially after seeing the comparison (first video).
