Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel offers an amazing experience! The environment is top-notch, the front desk staff are warm and professional, and the shuttle bus is available on demand. A big shoutout to the diligent staff at the entrance – they work so hard! The mini-train driver is witty and humorous, the robot-made coffee is delicious, and the peacocks in the park are a unique touch. The swimming pool boasts a standard 50-meter lane, providing an excellent experience. The early tea at Qu Garden is authentic, though be prepared for a queue. The hotel has a private access point directly to Slender West Lake, making getting around very convenient. The car park has charging stations, and I hope they can improve management to prevent petrol cars from occupying those spots. Also, the ventilation in the underground car park needs improvement, as there's a noticeable cooking smell.

The house is located right in the heart of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, a very scenic and traditional area. When you open the door, there's a clear path straight to the window, and from there, you get a picturesque view of the river right outside, with a bridge in the distance and shops on the opposite bank. It really captures that classic 'small bridge, flowing water, and local homes' vibe. The room itself was quite clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. We're a family of three, and they thoughtfully provided an extra comforter for us without us even asking.

We were lured to this hotel through recommendation of influencers that boast this hotel with it's majestic look of that looking like a Chinese traditional castle. Although the location is not quite what we really like as it is about 8-10mins walking from the nearest Metro Station (Nanmen Metro) but the price was quite affordable and enticing that we decided to give it a try. The hotel facade does looks magnificant, grand and big from afar, the interior is huge and traditionally well-kept even though the design looks a bit dated but I find that it stays classy and traditional that way. We were assigned to one of the furthest room all the way to the back at 5069. The walk was quite long since it was all the way at the back. Room is definitely big and allow opening of luggages all at one go. The amenities given was sufficient, except they can improve by giving more shower bath gel and shampoo as the small bottles was not enough. Was also hoping they could have install international plugs for their international guest being an international hotel chain as well. Their staffs were polite and professional. Woudl recommend anyone coming to Suzhou to give this hotel one shot at least! The most important thing is the hotel stay comes with complimentary park access which is connected at the back of the hotel which would cost RMB40 if you were to pay to go in! Worth it!

Shouxi Lake Hot Spring Holiday Hotel is amazing! It's close to Shouxi Lake, and you can enjoy the lake view right from your window. The hot springs are natural and genuine, with many private pools – perfect for warming up in autumn and winter. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. Breakfast offers freshly made Yangzhou steamed buns and dried tofu shreds, authentic and filling. There's also a kids' play area for those with children, and the service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it a top choice for a holiday!

Saw the small balcony and immediately booked it! 🥴 Hotels have really evolved; now it's all face-recognition entry, which feels seamless. 🤫 The location is superb, just 100m from Lindun Road Exit 5. Cross the street to Guanqian Street, and a few steps further is Pingjiang Road. It was super convenient for a night stroll, avoiding the crowds. 🙋🏻‍♀️ There's a microwave and laundry room in the common area. Walking through the corridor when coming back at night had a great vibe, definitely cheered me up after working late. 😭 The front desk staff (who they call 'butler') was very thoughtful. You can message them on WeChat anytime if you need anything, and they even provided a Suzhou travel guide! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Very considerate. For those driving, no worries! You can park at the Heji Plaza across the street. Just remember to tell the front desk 'butler' before checking out. ❤️ ❥About the first round of the mini-bar: They stocked plenty of water, haha, and there was Coke – loved it! So good, big thumbs up, haha. This trip just added more happiness to my already wonderful Suzhou visit, haha! Next time, I'll try a courtyard room! 🌲

This high-rise apartment is located right in the city center of Sanyang Plaza, offering unbeatable convenience. The room was clean, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided an amazing night view. Practical amenities like smart room control and a washing machine were a big plus. The service was thoughtful and responsive to all our needs. However, soundproofing is definitely a weakness; conversations from other guests by the elevator and in the hallway impacted our rest. I hope they can improve the sound insulation.

The location is super convenient, really close to a major subway station, making it easy to get to all the attractions. This time, I stayed in a king-size room in the Asia-Pacific building. I was a bit nervous before checking in due to some negative reviews I'd read, but the actual experience was excellent! We stayed in rooms 4116 and 4117, which were near a corner and very quiet. The only minor drawback was the view, which overlooked a building undergoing renovation, but everything else felt great. The staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic; they'd proactively open doors, help with luggage, and answer any questions. Around 10 PM, a staff member even patrolled the floor and specifically reminded us when our door wasn't closed properly. The cleaning aunties were also very kind and kept our room spotless every day, even neatly folding clothes we'd left scattered when rushing out. For food delivery, a robot brings it right to your door, so you don't have to go down or interact with anyone – very friendly for introverts! 😃

There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and directly across the street is a lively food street. The rooms are very spacious with great natural light and ventilation. The decor is simple yet elegant, and they've clearly paid attention to the details. The cleanliness is also top-notch; even the corners are spotless. It was a very satisfying stay.

Absolutely amazing!!! The photos show the ground floor, and the video shows the room – I truly love it! It's super clean, and the smart controls are incredibly convenient. It's my first time seeing a water dispenser like this, making hot water access so easy and reassuring. The concierge and the owner are both incredibly kind and speak so gently. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Suzhou!

Excellent service, toiletries were replaced promptly. The 'Totoro Spirit Roaming Guest' service offers 24-hour attentive butler service, proactively asking about cleaning. Environment: Quiet with good soundproofing. They asked about cleaning the room on time every day. The price was very reasonable. Facilities: Well-equipped. Close to the subway station. Very good, very good!
