Guest UserFirst room – Deluxe Room: Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. It was dusty and dirty, with hair, a fake eyelash, lots of dust, and quite a lot of gecko droppings. 😅 Not sure if it’s because the hotel is quite far into the countryside or the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in.
After a few hours, we requested to change rooms to the Presidential Suite and honestly, what a big difference!
The Presidential Suite was superb, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for Malaysians who need a comfy place to rest after an 8-hour journey from Banda Aceh. 🥹❤️
The view is absolutely amazing! Pagi-pagi, suasana sangat tenang dan sunyi, with the beautiful sound of the azan and zikir in the background. Truly peaceful and calming. 🌿
A few things could still be improved, especially basic facilities like providing an iron in the room.
But overall, the Presidential Suite was superb and highly recommended for this area! The view and peaceful atmosphere are definitely worth it.
Thank you, Takenyong, for the wonderful experience for me and my family. ❤️

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨
The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day.
Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

shokyoThe location is decent, quiet despite being in a busy area. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel looks quite grand from the outside, but the rooms are small and old. The bathroom door handles are so rusted that the door can't be closed properly. The room lights are few and dim, making it unsuitable for reading. The staff's attitude is acceptable. The breakfast seems plentiful, but not much is appealing; it includes fried rice, fried noodles, and some very oily, spicy, and sweet dishes that are quite unpalatable.

Leon20771. No strange odors or disinfectant smells in the room or hallway.
2. The bedding was neat and clean.
3. Air conditioning, minibar, hot water supply, and TV were all functional. The hairdryer overheated and cut out.
4. The breakfast buffet offered both Western and Indonesian options, but the drinks were incredibly sweet.
5. Location: 15 minutes from Ulee Lheue and 30 minutes from the airport.

When staying in Banda Aceh the Parkside Alhambra Hotel is one of the first choices for accommodation.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy.
The hotel is located nearby to restaurants and grocery stores. The Syiafiatuddin Road with many shops for souvenirs and the local coffee (Gayo) is just opposite of the hotel on the other side of the roundabout.
The Raya Baitul Rahman Masjid is in walking distance.
Definitely worth to stay in the hotel, because the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel even has its own restaurant.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

Breakfast is not recommended with expensive room prices, it only serves grg rice and grg chicken.... there is no jam on the bread and there are so many guests and I also complained asking for more to be told when it was finished and replaced with sunny side up eggs.. .. Ms position is at 9am but no food available...
I ordered 1 room on Saturday and 2 rooms on Sunday with superir and deluxe types
Automatically in my mind I would still stay in the same room
But after finishing a delicious breakfast, I was told that the room had to be moved upstairs on the grounds that someone had already booked it.
Even though when I checked in there was no previous information...
Note.
First day room number 103
Second day 205 & 206

Guest UserI had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike.
The hotel was clean.
After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception. This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm.
Overall, the hotel was great .
