3-Star Hotels in Eastern Visayas, Philippines

The location and service were absolutely fantastic, no complaints there. However, I was a bit confused that there was no refrigerator in the room. If you're staying here, be aware that any cold drinks you bring will warm up quickly.

We stay here every other month. Everything is excellent. Their Salt & Pepper restaurant has amazing food. It is 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. Calbayog is perfectly situated for a hop flight of about an hour to Manila or Cebu.

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

A bit high priced for service and location. Quaint decor, no elevator. Housekeeping staff need better training, dirty mirror, no shampoo in the dispenser. Front desk and door service great. Only place to eat is chicken restaurant opposite, or restaurant in hotel that looks dead. Buffet breakfast included... Only OK.

We stayed at Go Hotels for three days, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the things we really loved was the location. The hotel is conveniently located right beside Robinsons Mall, so it was very easy for us to buy food, shop, and get whatever we needed without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Go Hotels. The cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and convenient location made our three-day stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would gladly stay here again! ❤️

We had a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. They made us feel well looked after and were always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. The overall experience was pleasant and relaxing, and the warm hospitality of the team made our stay even more memorable. I had a really pleasant stay at Asia Star Hotel. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated that breakfast was included; there was a nice variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a great value for the price. I’d happily stay here again!

Our stay was really good, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that The dining is not exactly pwd friendly. It’s also not enough. The cafe is not available to sit at. The tissue is not good quality.

Quite average. Hotels in the Philippines generally don't offer great value for money. As a transit hotel, it's okay for one night.
