I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

New in town, accommodation was so amazing big rooms, ofcourse the swimming pool. Food was great and staff was so accommodating.. Love to be back next time. Good for families love for outing ❤️

Great view of the port from the window. Newly renovated. Sunlight in the morning if you open the window. Basic but great stay nonetheless

We had to ask the front desk staff to transfer us to another room because the aircon unit wasn’t working. There’s a water dispenser at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is buffet; not much selection but it’s okay to get you by. No elevator as well. Location is great. 24 hours open Andok’s and supermarkets are near. ATM machines are everywhere. Must visit restaurants: Ocho; Prakaz bbq; Fahrenheit food Center. The hotel restaurant is a good place to dine too. Huge servings and tasty. Very friendly staff also. Full of cute and antique stuff in this hotel which are definitely collectors items; very interesting. Tip: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not on the street side as the vehicles tend to be very noisy since the rooms are just until the 4th floor.

Go Hotels Tacloban is perfect for friends, families-on-travel, couples-on-travel, in a short period of time. They provide basic amenities. Free, hot and cold water, microwave oven, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries. They offer free complementary meals. You can buy drinks straight to the mall to save. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. This is good for us professionals who have meetings need to attend. But, this is a budget hotel, so don’t expect extravagant amenities. Just the most basic. Best, location, near terminal, mall, airport, and 15-20 pesos fare to downtown.

The staff were always curtius and respectful. The room was clean and very well set out nice bathroom and shower . The pool was a nice place to relax, but the The tiles need to be repaired and the umbrellas need to be replaced . Otherwise a nice place to stay will be back

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

Location is great - situated very near the town proper and the tourism office. Just a few blocks away so you can walked your way through. Room is very clean and the furnitures are relatively new. Hot shower is available. There are also dinnerwares available if you want to take out food from the nearby restaurants/carinderias. There is also a fridge and kettle. Netflix is also available. Service is actually really great! The host even upgraded us from a budget room to a one bedroom unit. Only letdown for me is the toilet which I think needs to be wider. But overall, a great place to stay in Palompon while you are waiting for your tour to the island.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.
