Let me start by saying that I have stayed at many places in Phimai because I often have business here. However, I booked this hotel because the previous hotel was fully booked. I booked this hotel because I saw good reviews and it was a new hotel. Disadvantages: The hotel seems to have been unkept. There are still pieces of cement in the room and it smells musty. When I first entered the room, there was dust on the floor and pieces of tissue paper on the floor. The towels were old and probably used so often that the fibers were hard. The shower cream and shampoo were very small bottles. However, I was lucky that I brought my own towel and toiletries, so I survived. There were cobwebs in the elevator and the corridors. The elevator glass was cloudy with cement stains. Most importantly, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Pros: The room was large. The bed was large and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was large but there was no shelf. It uses a key card system. There was a large parking lot. It was quiet. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided excellent service. So, please improve the cleaning. The rest is very good.

The hotel is quite popular with tourists as it is located very near the Pavilion Save One Night Market. The hotel room is very large with a separate shower and toilet. Shared parking area with Grand Residence Hotel.

The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.

First time in Thailand and our eyes were first set to Khao Yai because who wouldn't be tempted by the attractions it has and being Khao Yai National Park on top of the list. Aurora resort is the perfect place to stay if you're planning to check all the Khao Yai attractions off your list. We have stayed there for 4 days and I must say the resort is undeniably huge with a massive area to wander around. You wouldn't see too many people around the resort so the place is perfect if you wanted to escape the stress and just wanted to relax from a busy world. For a foreign like me, it is a bit of a challenge to communicate with their staff in English (but I know they're doing their best to understand you) and thankfully their resort manager is one call away and will definitely assist you with whatever activity you're planning to do, honestly anything you need. Very accommodating!

First of all, the location is good because it is in the city center, but the facilities are a bit lacking compared to the price. I think the door handle can be opened with a snap. The air conditioner is cool. The elevator is cold, so if you have a carrier, don't go there.
