Отличное место для семей с детьми. Отличная планировка. 2 санузла. Огромный балкон. Бассейны шикарны. Магазин через дорогу. Отличный массажный салон через дорогу. Но сам Хуахин такое себе место.
Really loved my stay here. The place is nicely decorated, quiet, and very private — perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly, always smiling, greeting, and happy to help. The made-to-order breakfast was also delicious and included in the room.

Hotel was quite clean nice staff there was only one plug socket working in the rooms as many just have no sockets just wires hanging out we booked 3 nights with breakfast included first morning we went for breakfast the breakfast was not to be desired it didn’t even have a egg station for fresh eggs the scrambled egg was crispy the selection of food was a little poor the next two days we went for breakfast at a Irish bar opposite the hotel other than that we had a good stay here .
Thai-style hotel, the entrance is full of greenery, every plant and tree can be seen to be carefully maintained, I really like it, the door of the room is the swimming pool, the water is very clean, and the two-story villa is very unique. Each floor is equipped with a separate bathroom. The facilities are very good and provide a lot of free snacks. The elderly and children said that they like it very much. The front desk is very nice. Because I arrived early, I checked in early, and the baby was very considerate to provide it immediately after playing in the pool. Super cute airplane swimming rings and balls. The elderly are interested in the plants in the hotel. They immediately picked the mangoes and gave them to us. In short, all kinds of enthusiasm, the hotel location will not be very biased. There are many things to buy around and free of charge. The shuttle bus goes to and from the night market. The only regret is that I have to catch the bus early the next morning and have no time to eat the hotel breakfast. It is said to be very good, but I will stay here again next time I come to Hua Hin.
Very good, I like it very much. It's really a private vacation. Lovely staff, clean, safe accommodations, slept very well, good breakfast, very delicious pizza.

The owner is lovely and very kind. Breakfast is complete with coffee, Ovaltine, bread, two fried eggs per person, very filling. Most importantly, the strawberry jam is very delicious.

GGuest UserA Positive Stay at Maleesa Place with a Few Points to Note
Our stay at Maleesa Place in Hua Hin was a great vacation overall, thanks in large part to the hotel's fantastic location. It's truly in a central and quiet area, making it easy to walk to the beach, two major shopping malls (including Tesco Lotus), the train station, and the night market.
The staff were generally helpful, though our check-in was a bit rocky when they initially couldn't find our booking. This was quickly sorted out after we showed our confirmation. A 300 baht deposit for the access card was required, and we were not shown to our room, but these are minor points. They were flexible with our check-out time, allowing a three-hour extension for 100 baht per hour, and kindly stored our luggage afterward.
The room itself was modern, but a few things could be improved. The room felt a bit dark, and the air conditioning was dirty and noisy when we arrived. Thankfully, a technician was sent right away to clean it, which solved the problem. The bed was a bit on the small side (1.45 x 1.90 meters), but it was comfortable enough for us. The kitchen amenities were limited, and only one towel (+1 small per stay)per person was provided, though it was easy to get clean towels and daily housekeeping on request.
The hotel's location next to the shopping mall did have a slight downside: we could hear some noise at night from the mall's machinery and pumps. However, this was not a major issue and the sound of cars and people was minimal.
Overall, we would recommend Maleesa Place. The presence of a light breakfast and snacks was a nice touch, and the ability to get around easily with a ”Songthaew” for 15-30 baht made exploring Hua Hin very convenient. Despite the small issues, we had a very enjoyable stay in a part of Thailand that feels more polite and cleaner than the big cities.
NNat_NatchaI stayed in Room 209, a corner room perfectly positioned right by the beach with a sparkling swimming pool just steps away. The view was breathtaking, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the room thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The serene and quiet atmosphere made it a truly relaxing getaway. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I would be delighted to return for another stay in the future.
GGuest UserVery nice rooms with good amenities (we had a superior / upgraded room). We enjoyed comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, a smart tv, space for our luggage a large fridge and a microwave. However, our room was in the middle of the 2 routers in the corridor and our WiFi was absolutely terrible. The WiFi was poor at the pool too.
We were also disappointed with the pool area, there were only about 7 sun loungers which is where near enough for a hotel of this size. There were also piles of leaves all around the edge of the pool.
The location is not near anything else really so you would definitely need to hire a moped or use Grab etc to get around. We of course knew this before we booked and the hotel arranged a very nice moped for us to hire which was great fun.
There is an onsite restaurant and we ate dinner there one night and it was very nice.
Overall I’d say the hotel was good value for the quality of the room but I’d definitely only get a room near the router. However, the location was just too far from anything really and so I’d stay in a different location if I were to visit again.
VValentina_SuarezI’m staying here now. At the beginning, the lady at reception wasn’t very friendly, but the other receptionists during the day and the next days were very kind and nice.
The housekeeping staff brings you fresh water and clean towels every day. The place is clean and spacious, and the location is great — close to the Night Market, a 7-Eleven, and walking distance to the beach.
I recommend this place. After two months traveling around Thailand, I finally found a comfortable bed! 😊
PPHAKORN.P CHANNELThis newly opened hotel has only 8 rooms, giving it a cozy and exclusive atmosphere. Both the staff and the owner provided a warm, polite, and attentive welcome throughout my stay. I was impressed from check-in to check-out.
The room was spotless and well-kept — the bed, pillowcases, blankets, and bathroom were all carefully maintained. Amenities were complete, making it easy to relax with peace of mind. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and basic bathroom essentials.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient access. Just a short walk takes you to Takiab Beach for a beautiful view. It is also close to tourist attractions, restaurants, a 24-hour laundry shop, and even a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the street — making the stay hassle-free and enjoyable.
Considering the price, it was far beyond my expectations — offering excellent service, comfort, and a truly memorable experience.
NNick001The accommodation is quite good. There is a large swimming pool for both kids and adults. The room is spacious with clearly separated areas. It has a hairdryer and a bathtub. However, the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
GGuest UserVery good, I like it very much. It's really a private vacation. Lovely staff, clean, safe accommodations, slept very well, good breakfast, very delicious pizza.
UUgurVery good location, close two shopping malls and many restaurants. Parking area big enough. During our stay hotel was full but still enough parking lots.
OOrkidthe room is clean and tidy. we reach a little bit early hence unable to check in immediately. told the receptionist we’ll be waiting at the pool area and she said okay. got mineral water while waiting too.
we got the upper floor facing the beach and its so serene. the toilet is huge, as huge as the room and has separate shower & bath tub.
i requested for a simple deco due to my honeymoon and they did 🥰
heavy breakfast is upon order and a bit limited. for muslim, we can opt for the toast which is self service.
locationwise, if you like calm and quiet area, this will be a good choice. distance to the downtown is about 4km.
the day we check out is at 5am and the reception is so kind to get us a tuk-tuk in that morning because we’re unable to get grab early in that morning. kudos to the team!
