Bed and sleep: The bed was soft and comfortable, and the high-quality mattress and pillows ensured that I had a good sleep every night. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the daily housekeeping service was also in place. Both the floor and the bathroom maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! Its location perfectly balances convenience and tranquility. Even though it's close to Suzhou Center, the moment you turn into the hotel, you're greeted by a spacious and comfortable environment with great transport links. The location is truly excellent: it's just a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to Suzhou Center and Jinji Lake. Yangcheng Lake is also only about a 20-minute drive away, making it super convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The hotel itself is very quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. They even thoughtfully provide pillows of different heights, so after several days of travel, I finally got some much-needed rest here. Although it was quite busy during meal times over Chinese New Year, and we had to queue during peak hours, the staff were consistently warm, proactive, and very service-oriented in helping to coordinate and resolve any issues. We stayed with elderly family and children, and everyone in the family was extremely satisfied!

This time I went to Nantong on a business trip. This hotel left a deep impression on me. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the service is considerate, and the breakfast is also rich. There is AEON shopping mall nearby, which is within walking distance. It is very convenient to eat. There is also a Hema mini downstairs. It will still be my first choice next time I go to Nantong.

When I checked in, they said they upgraded my room, but honestly, I couldn't tell what was upgraded. Besides being on a higher floor, it looked exactly like the promotional photos for the room I booked, with the same square footage. The 'city view' outside the window actually faced a large building, and I kept wondering if anyone inside was looking back. When I turned on the cold water at the sink, the hot water tap kept dripping, so I had to put a towel on the counter to soak up the water.

Traveling with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby, the service was absolutely top-notch! They even upgraded our room, and the parking lot right at the entrance was super convenient. I was initially worried it would be hard to navigate since the hotel is in a scenic area, but it's right by the main road and very easy to find. Nanchang Street's main thoroughfare is just a few steps away, making the location absolutely perfect. It was ideal for taking the little one for a stroll, and we could head back to the hotel immediately if we got tired. My only small suggestion would be to add another table in the room. We had so many bags and bits and pieces, and we had to put them all on the floor.

The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and they even offered Peet's coffee. When I returned late in the evening, they had late-night congee and mini wontons available, which tasted amazing. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Nanjing!
