Their service is 100%! We had an oversized luggage sent to the luggage and we were rushing to the station. The staff was so nice and patient to help to solve the issue, cause it was too huge that we couldn’t get to the airport. The restaurant they recommended was so good too, just around the hotel. We had most of the best meals from this trip in Suzhou ! Will definitely stay this hotel again when I visit Suzhou next time!

I love this hotel ! if I travel to Nanjing next time i will stay here again if i have 5 point i will give 10 ! hightly reccommend the room was nice with design and function *especially the toilet very hi-tech and comfortable, the location is the best ! very close to transportation node the last one .. The hotel is only about 1 kilometer away from the airport, and it provides a considerate pick-up and drop-off service, so you don't have to worry about the time pressure when you have to go to the airport to take a flight the next day. The check-in process was speedy and efficient; we were soon showed to our rooms after only a few minutes of waiting. The rooms were cosy and homey, and the breakfast is decent taste wise with a wide and healthy selection of different cuisines. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with exceptional service. The hotel is located at Nanjing airport some 10 min walk if you walk quickly or just 15 minutes normal speed, which is nice after or before a flight to stretch your legs and get some air. The hotel also offers free pick-up and drop-off service which is very convenient for early departures. The room is decent size and my room had seat in front of the window as well as work space and a comfortable bed. The room was clean as was the bathroom, had nice shower. bathrobe and slippers provided. Wifi was good, small shop downstairs for drink and snacks. Did not check out other services provided as I had an early flight. Very handy for airport and comfortable stay definitely return if I arrive late or depart early from Nanjing.

Location is just next to San tang Jie. Quite convenient. As I’m only staying 1 night and check in early and check out late, not much time to venture around

Very nice and I liked the high tech Ai facility, u can called out 小度小度 to instruct it to on the lights, to open and close curtain, to on and off TV and to play music, and also to on and off aircon and asked for specific aircon temperature, this hotel also has free laundry room on the 3rd floor, and the hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, the receptionist is so nice, I had to give 5 stars as she gave me free gift upon leaving ❤️❤️❤️ I also liked that the room has purple light which made the atmosphere cozy and nice to stay, the bedding is very soft and nice too

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. My wife had booked a hotel nearby this one, but the rooms were only 16m2 to 20m2. This is way too small, and they were expensive. Then I found the Hotel V and the rooms were cheaper, but much larger. My room was 45m2, and it came with a den area in a Japanese style setting. We have 2 kids, so they went directly into that area and never left. Both kids did their homework there and played there. This left the main room for the adults. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful, and most of all polite. There is spacious underground parking that was clean and not old, dusty, and smelly. The location is great, in a food plaza, directly across from Starbucks and near two subway lines. I used the subway to travel to and from Nanjing South Railway Station. No taxis needed. The cost of the hotel room was very reasonable, rather awesome for the type of room I had. This is a 5-star, even if it is not a 5-star!

Great service provided from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaner will refill/change the mineral water, towel and tidy up your room nicely. Btw, the breakfast provided is super delicious.

The Madison hotel 美仑酒店 is outstanding. While the rooms are starting to age, the service far outpaces any inconvenience due to the room conditions. The manager upgraded me to a larger room that had just been renovated for no extra charge and delivered caring service. He upgraded my room right when a swarm of guests, who all likely booked more expensive rooms that I did, entered the lobby. Yet, the manager prioritized me. That is not to say the older rooms are dirty or uncomfortable, the bedrooms are great, it’s just the bathrooms were due for upgrades during my stay. The service staff responds to requests thoroughly and the front desk staff is genuinely helpful and warm. They helped me look for cheaper booking methods for my reservation and let me check in early. My next trip to 南京 will center around 美仑 again.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It is just downstairs from the west gate of Confucius Temple. It is very convenient. The hotel has good humanized management. For example, the wash basin is very deep, water is not easy to splash out, and the water pressure for showering is super high, which is very comfortable. It is estimated that there are few hotels with such high water pressure. This is the biggest highlight. I have stayed in many five-star hotels before, but the water pressure was not strong enough. This hotel is completely beyond my expectations. In terms of geographical location, it is super convenient for shopping. It is right in the scenic area. This price is very cost-effective. I recommend friends who come to Nanjing to stay here. Remember to get off at Nanjing South Railway Station High-speed Railway Station.

A cosy hotel in the city . Clean , quiet and cheery staff . Gifted with a welcome coffee . Many restaurants within short walking distance and metro as well. Malls at xinjiekou was also within walking distance . Easy to get didi transport to scenic spots . Connected with the front desk via wechat , and they respond to enquiries speedily. We extended our stay at Yifei.

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!

I really loved the hotel. Everything from the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the room were perfect. Breakfast is reach and there weren’t many people so I could enjoy the meal in calm atmosphere. The smell in the lobby is the other thing, so nice, smells like a real vacation :) they even gave me a gift upon check-in. Good location: not far from the train station, not far from the pedestrian street. I would totally recommend it to my friends to stay. They even called me to notice about the breakfast busy hours and recommended me better time to come for breakfast. That’s was really nice.

The hotel is super clean, smells nice. Bed is super comfortable and room is nicely designed with automatic curtains. Housekeeping ladies are super kind and did a wonderful job. Some Front desk personnel might not speak English but you can use a translator app, they are very patient and nice. Hotel is conveniently located, few steps from Nanchang road and 10 mins taxi from railway station.

Super hotel, great location, as only a 5-minute walk from Wuxi East railway station, lovely clean, modern room. Only frustration for my visit was that only 1 of the 2 lifts was working, and this was very, very slow. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always smiling and helped may my stay enjoyable

The location is excellent, with Nanchang Street just outside. The family room is quite large, takeaways are delivered to the room by robots, the service is responsive, and mineral water is sent to you on the way when you check out, which is very heartwarming. The downside is that the room is close to the lake, and the noise from walking on the iron bridge at night is very loud, which affects rest, but this is a problem of the scenic area, and the hotel can't do anything about it.

The front desk was very welcoming. During the May Day holiday, there were many people and they upgraded our room type for free. We were arranged a non-smoking room, which was not noisy at night and very quiet! It is very convenient to get around next to the subway. The hotel also has a travel guide, which is very thoughtful. There is a square around, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

We chose this hotel as it's near Wuxi East Station high speed rail. It's about 9 mins smooth walk as the area is newly developed that's barrier free. Room was clean, service was good. There's nothing much in the area though. It's only 3 mins walk to the train station which is so convenient connecting us to the touristy areas.
