I'm absolutely captivated by the design and service at Andaz Hotel! The lobby is elegant and stylish, with trendy design elements everywhere – perfect for snapping some great photos. It truly embodies the concept of a 'hidden gem in the city.' The room facilities are smart and thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and a super comfortable central air conditioning system. There's even a reading bar in the public area, which is perfect for relaxing. When checking in, the front desk staff addressed me by name, and I could also borrow a charger. Any issues were resolved efficiently, making for a stay that felt both secure and comfortable. My experience was absolutely top-notch!

Although it was opened in 2017, it is a bit old, but the service inside is excellent, very warm and enthusiastic. Service: We are a family of four. The location is convenient for subway access, and if you're driving, it's not far from the highway exits. There are many local eateries nearby. Although it's in the old town, it's not in the innermost part, so traffic isn't overly congested. I highly recommend the '80s Barbecue' right outside the hotel; their Shandong-style flavors are very authentic. There's an underground parking garage with slow charging for EVs, but it's quite narrow with many pillars, so SUV drivers should be extra careful when parking.

It's tucked away on a quiet side alley right off Nanqiang Street. Step outside and you're surrounded by all sorts of restaurants, big and small. Just a hundred meters away is the main pedestrian street, which is bustling and lively – you can shop and explore until the stores close. Yet, when you return to the hotel, it's incredibly quiet, unlike other places where staying right next to a historic pedestrian street can be really noisy. If I come back to Wuxi, I'd definitely stay here again.

Our River View room offered absolutely fantastic views, with a panoramic vista of Langshan Mountain and the Yangtze River. The location is superb, being very close to both shopping malls and Nantong University. The facilities were excellent and well-equipped, including a microwave which was very convenient for heating up food in the evenings. Overall, the room was clean and tidy.
