The friendly receptionist put me in a better room than I booked. There is a shower, towels, a kitchen. There was even a working air blower in the room. I stayed for one night, so the price/quality ratio was quite satisfactory. Only payment was in cash, it is not clear why Trip did not allow non-cash payment

If you may not like anything in Yerevan, it will certainly not be a Granda Hotel) The familiarity with the capital starts with the wonderful hospitality administrators of the Suzanne and Rosa Hotel. They will do everything possible to make you comfortable. The hotel is located in the depth of the central street, so you can sleep in silence. Location is very convenient, shops, banks, cafes, public transport stops and some sights in walking availability. The room is clean and everything is for comfortable accommodation. I'll definitely come back here again.

A very comfortable hotel, the room has all the utensils for cooking. The only way to get to the center is by taxi. It's a bit of a walk.

The room is very clean. The price you see is actually for beds. It is located in the city center, 10 minutes walk to the Grand Staircase. There is a One Way Trip travel agency 100 meters away, and it is also close to the Hyur travel agency. The bus stop is 100 meters away. After using Google navigation, go in between the shoe room and a jazz bar, and you can find it by following my pictures. I arrived late at night and walked to the door where I had to press the password. Later I found out that it was not the password door. Although the landlord Susan does not speak English, she is very enthusiastic. You can communicate with her with Google Translate. The room is super clean. I will stay here again next time I go.

I first arrived in Yerevan. I long searched for a reservation for the hotel . The only hotel that takes the Russian card. I was met very pleasantly . Everything was clean, convenient and location in the center of Yerevan. I wish further prosperity 🌺🌺🌺

Плюсы: хороший отель, чистый и просторный номер. Завтрак есть, но очень слабенький. Недалеко супермаркет, и автобусная остановка. Одноразовые шампуни и мыло. Тапочки ( правда маленькие)
Минусы: не работал кондиционер (стоял вентилятор), бассейн рано закрывается ( в 8,когда я приходил уже был закрыт, а днём было много людей). Хотелось бы холодильник и чайник в номере (внизу был кулер). Ночью в душе не было горячей воды. Слышимость средняя (рядом дорога и голоса людей в коридоре).

A great place to stay overnight and wait for the plane, near a hypermarket but not accept Russian cards, there is a exchange point, in the room and in the hotel clean, a large room shared for women, There was no one except me, the impression was spoiled only the weather was +50 on the street, it was impossible to go out for a walk, but in the room is excellent air conditioning, shower spacious, and several sanzoes on the floor, recommend this hotel and for long stay and for one night, There is a kitchen and a refrigerator, you can cook for yourself food

GGuest UserПонравился отель и обслуживающий персонал ! Очень приятные девочки и парень на ресепшн , помогают всем чем могут . Отель новый (ему около 3 лет), поэтому и ремонт свежий, новый . Этому отелю не дашь 2 звезды , надо дать больше . Всё необходимое в отеле есть - фен, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубные щетки, пасты, чайник в номере, утюг (по запросу), вай-фай в номере 6 - слабоват в части комнаты где кровать, ближе к противоположной стене -норм , но лучше всего на 1 этаже я так понимаю, там прекрасный вай-фай (там есть номера тоже). Можно заказать кофе за 30 драм , да да, 30, а не 300))
Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍 я 2600 за ночь заплатила, жила 5 дней. От центра пешком минут 40-50, на такси 10 мин. (Рублей 250-350 в зависимости от времени суток). Метро в 10 мин ходьбы , можно на метро ездить в центр (вроде 100 драм).
