The friendly receptionist put me in a better room than I booked. There is a shower, towels, a kitchen. There was even a working air blower in the room. I stayed for one night, so the price/quality ratio was quite satisfactory. Only payment was in cash, it is not clear why Trip did not allow non-cash payment

If you may not like anything in Yerevan, it will certainly not be a Granda Hotel) The familiarity with the capital starts with the wonderful hospitality administrators of the Suzanne and Rosa Hotel. They will do everything possible to make you comfortable. The hotel is located in the depth of the central street, so you can sleep in silence. Location is very convenient, shops, banks, cafes, public transport stops and some sights in walking availability. The room is clean and everything is for comfortable accommodation. I'll definitely come back here again.

I first arrived in Yerevan. I long searched for a reservation for the hotel . The only hotel that takes the Russian card. I was met very pleasantly . Everything was clean, convenient and location in the center of Yerevan. I wish further prosperity 🌺🌺🌺

Прекрасное место расположения, напротив ресторан Кавказ, рядом 2 супермаркета. Места общего пользования нуждаются в клининге, но когда в одном мест собирается столько неординарных интересных людей, иностранцев (американка, китаянка, армянин из Сочи , диктор и тд) и вечер перестает быть скучным и чистота и прочее уже не имеют значения ! Хозяин - душка - добрый, отзывчивый … Домашняя обстановка :-)

Плюсы: хороший отель, чистый и просторный номер. Завтрак есть, но очень слабенький. Недалеко супермаркет, и автобусная остановка. Одноразовые шампуни и мыло. Тапочки ( правда маленькие) Минусы: не работал кондиционер (стоял вентилятор), бассейн рано закрывается ( в 8,когда я приходил уже был закрыт, а днём было много людей). Хотелось бы холодильник и чайник в номере (внизу был кулер). Ночью в душе не было горячей воды. Слышимость средняя (рядом дорога и голоса людей в коридоре).

A great place to stay overnight and wait for the plane, near a hypermarket but not accept Russian cards, there is a exchange point, in the room and in the hotel clean, a large room shared for women, There was no one except me, the impression was spoiled only the weather was +50 on the street, it was impossible to go out for a walk, but in the room is excellent air conditioning, shower spacious, and several sanzoes on the floor, recommend this hotel and for long stay and for one night, There is a kitchen and a refrigerator, you can cook for yourself food

Cleanliness is at the highest level, always smells nice. Breakfasts are beyond praise, a huge selection of buffet, grain delicious coffee, tea, juices .. fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses)) I am coming back here for the third time and will come back again.
