The hotel is no longer part of the Elo In chain, but the phone number still belongs to the Andrade chain. Check-in was scheduled for noon, but upon arrival, I was told it wouldn't be until 2 p.m. After insisting, as that was the reservation offer, I managed to check in about half an hour late. The room I stayed in (302) was a closed extension of another room, so there was no phone, and if I needed information, I had to go down to reception. There was no hot air, despite the cold. The shower stall is tiny, and an obese person certainly wouldn't be able to shower there. The breakfast is okay for the price.

It's really good, the breakfast is rich, the service is very good, it takes ten minutes to walk to the waterfall park, and it's very convenient to walk back after a boat ride. The room is equipped with drinks and snacks, although there is no price tag, but it is charged. The only thing is that if the person living next door turns on the air conditioner, you can hear the roar of the outdoor unit, which is similar to the sound of the refrigerator starting. It's still okay for a short stay. It's very close to the airport and you can use Uber, which is better than the city next door in Argentina, where the starting price is 5,000 pesos and you can't use Uber.

O preço sei o café da manhã é um pouco alto, porém o que chamou a atenção foi a funcionária que fica na parte do bar. Não foi por mal, acho que falta treinamento, mas não tinha numa atitude empática e gentil com os clientes, por outro lado o barman era muito simpático e percebeu a situação meio chata. Pedir para os clientes mudarem de lugar no bar pois estavam atrapalhando o caixa para os clientes pagarem?? Só estávamos nós?? Falta treinamento e noção.

About the hotel: Very clean, good service, Wi-Fi signal is very weak, and can almost only be used at the reception, flushing the toilet will make a lot of noise and there is no pressure.

Minha única reclamação é com relação ao frigobar, que estava com problema na regulação de temperatura, só permitindo ou deixá-lo desligado ou numa potência muito forte (que frequentemente congelava minha água). Ainda assim, acredito que o hotel represente um bom custo-benefício, no geral.
