Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e esclarecem todas as dúvidas. Achei o hotel muito agradável, viemos em família e não temos reclamações, apenas o café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo diante dos horários que temos que sair para os passeios, o café da manhã é muito bom, tem bastante opções (acredito que as pessoas que reclamam do café são acostumadas a comer muitas coisas de manhã , pois não tenho nada a reclamar, opções variadas) Fiquei receosa devido as avaliações negativas, mas no meu ponto de vista não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Sala de jogos, piscina limpa, tudo muito bem organizado. Os quartos são simples, mas atendem as expectativas, estacionamento também bom e com espaço. Recomendo, e a localização do hotel também não fica muito longe de nada, perto de mercados, feiras e praças.

O hotel oferece uma estrutura bastante satisfatória para quem busca uma hospedagem prática e econômica. Os quartos são limpos e bem organizados, e a localização é excelente. No entanto, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Os funcionários demonstraram pouco interesse pelos hóspedes, com atitudes que poderiam ser muito mais acolhedoras e gentis. Esse detalhe impactou negativamente a experiência geral. Outro ponto de melhoria seria a inclusão de pelo menos um mini frigobar nos quartos. A ausência de um local para armazenar água ou outras bebidas no quarto foi um inconveniente. De modo geral, o hotel é funcional, mas com ajustes no atendimento e pequenos detalhes de conforto, a estadia poderia ser significativamente melhor.

The hotel is in-front of a road where all the buses will pass through because the local bus terminal is nearby. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise. Another thing is that the entire room has only 1 power plug. So you can only turn on 1 item at 1 time: fan, TV, charge your phone etc. however, the staffs are nice, Included breakfast is good.

Old hotel, very well maintained. Impeccable cleanliness. Beds with regular mattresses. Close to the bird park and Iguaçu Falls, you can walk there. The TV is very small and the remote control didn't work. Inside the property you can access a small waterfall with a 1km trail.

The hotel isn't bad, check-in was convenient, and the location is good. What I didn't like was that the room was very cold and extremely humid. There was absolutely no housekeeping (the towels never dried, and we really hoped they would be replaced). Other than that, everything else was fine.

The hotel's offer is to be an economic accommodation, because the room is very minimalist, but the cost of the benefit is generally worth it. Breakfast is well served and varied. The shower is good and the bed is comfortable.
