I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, from the first moment until my check-out! They offered pick-up and drop-off at the train station, and I stayed in a very spacious room with beautiful decor! The family that runs the hotel is very kind and always very generous to me and my husband; we were impressed by how they treated us! We stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable! I definitely recommend this place and would love to return someday; it's an excellent choice. May God continue to bless this wonderful and pleasant place.

As someone from the south, this was my first business trip to Shanxi. I decided to visit Pingyao Ancient City, and the guesthouse owner was incredibly kind. Since cars can't enter the ancient city, the owner called to pick me up and take me to the guesthouse. The guesthouse itself was very quiet, and the room was clean and tidy, with a lot of local character. The owner also thoughtfully told me how to explore the ancient city, where to find good and cheap food, and even helped me buy tickets at a significantly lower price. They were super enthusiastic, completely changing my preconceptions about Shanxi. When I returned in the evening, they even brought me fruit. This was the first time I felt such a great experience traveling alone!

Hostel ubicado en la terraza del hotel Jixin. Cuando estuve no había muchos huéspedes, así que estuve muy tranquilo y cómodo. Las habitaciones y las camas son amplias y cómodas. Hay un buen espacio común con mesas y dispensador de agua. El encargado tuvo la mejor predisposición y me ayudó a poder realizar la gestiones de las actividades que quería realizar. En el espacio común hacía un poco de frío, vine en invierno, pero las habitaciones estaban perfectas. Tuve una gran experiencia en este Hostel.

This hostel is an absolute gem! Its location is fantastic, right next to Datong Ancient City, making it super convenient to cycle there in the morning. You don't have to make your own bed, and the bedding feels really clean. The hostel facilities are incredibly comprehensive; they provide a washing machine and detergent, and the washing machine even has a dryer function. There are plenty of shower rooms, all very clean, with great water pressure for hot showers. There's even a dedicated vanity room for hair drying, skincare, and makeup. The hairdryer works really well, and get this – they even provide face masks! I was absolutely astonished when I saw that. The common area is quite spacious, with a vending machine for snacks and drinks, and lots of tables for eating. The water dispenser is also located there. It looks like there's even a projector area in the common space, and the hostel offers free rentals of DJI drones and Instax cameras, which I haven't used, but that's a definite plus! The hostel is completely separated by gender; all facilities mentioned, except for the common area, are segregated for male and female guests, which is another big thumbs up! Perhaps the only potential downside is that the hostel rooms don't have doors, so noise can be an issue. However, I visited during the off-season when there were hardly any guests, so for me, this hostel had no cons, only pros. Considering all its facilities and its extremely competitive pricing, this hostel gets a massive thumbs-up from me!

I’m honestly speechless! The host upgraded me to a suite without me even asking—it was such an incredible gesture. He speaks enough English to help with anything you need and is genuinely one of the kindest people I've met. Both he and his son even ran out to the street to catch me when they saw I was walking in the wrong direction! They truly have hearts of gold. As for the stay, everything was spotless. The bathroom has a seated toilet and the shower has great pressure and hot water. Even though Pingyao was close to zero degrees, I stayed perfectly warm. Also, this is easily the most exotic and beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The interior design is just stunning!

一進酒店，就能感覺到這裏環境特別好。大堂裝修得很有格調，燈光柔和温馨，讓人瞬間就放鬆下來。走廊乾淨整潔，沒有一絲雜亂，還擺放着一些綠植，增添了不少生機。 我住的房間更是讓我驚喜。空間寬敞明亮，佈置得十分温馨。床鋪軟硬適中，被子和枕頭都超級舒服，睡在上面就像陷進了雲朵裏，每晚我都睡得特別香。房間的採光也很好，白天陽光透過窗户灑在床上，心情都變得格外舒暢。而且房間的衞生做得非常到位，各個角落都一塵不染，完全沒有那種久住的陳舊感。衞生間也很乾凈，洗漱用品質量也不錯，用起來特別安心。 除了環境，老闆的服務更是沒得説。從我們到店的那一刻起，老闆就熱情地迎接我們，幫忙提行李，還詳細地給我們介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩景點、美食餐廳。在我們入住期間，老闆總是主動詢問我們的需求，有什麼問題都能第一時間幫我們解決。有一天我們遊玩回來比較晚，老闆還貼心地給我們準備了熱湯，讓我們在疲憊的旅途中感受到了家的温暖。 這次在[酒店名稱]的入住體驗真的太棒了，環境好，老闆的服務更是無可挑剔。強烈推薦給來[城市名稱]旅遊的朋友們，相信你們也會和我一樣愛上這家酒店！

This place lives up to its name. ψ (｀∇´)ψ is a studio apartment-style room with convenient access to scenic spots and easy takeout! Maybe it's new? It's quite clean. It has all the amenities you could imagine, and even disposable towels, bath towels, toiletries, and toilet seats are all included! The bathroom has a washing machine, and the closet has hangers, so even a quick wash is enough. There's a knife-cut noodle shop right next to the door, and you can order takeout right from your room. The door has a code, and takeout can go in the elevator. The only thing is a 100 yuan deposit, but it's refunded quickly.

Beyond my expectations, the hotel environment and facilities are very good, very clean, the boss front desk is very enthusiastic, a particularly pleasant stay experience, breakfast is delicious, the morning room lighting is also very good, great

Good budget hotel in a convenient location for food and the ancient town. Room was clean and everything worked. Didn’t use the breakfast or laundry services so can’t speak on them. Just one note that the hotel is down a road with a gate and it is impossible to book taxis through DiDi to come direct to the door so if you have mobility issues keep this in mind.
