We had a beautiful room with a direct view of the sea — absolutely breathtaking! The staff were very friendly and always helpful. It was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again.

Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

This hotel is pretty close to Baiturrahman, a short walking distance. The hotel room is very basic. There is no elevator in this hotel and we have to climb the stairs but we are lucky that we got a room on the first floor. The staff also helped us with our bags, so there was no problem.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I really love our stay. The room is simple and just average. But still its clean. I really love our stay. Location earby pasar aceh, masjid baiturrahmab and Blang padang. Lots of food and stall nearby . Everyting is walking distance. Will stay again.;)

Hotel environment has nothing to say Restaurant spa has also experienced it very good The only thing that is not satisfied is that the introduction of the room is not clear, and a fan room is booked. If there is no air conditioning in Southeast Asia, it is really a crime (this problem has been reported to Trip.com add room instructions)

Staying in this hotel feels like I found the most strategic ”basecamp” in the middle of the city. Want to go anywhere near—want to find food just walk, want to drink just walk, the room is clean,comfortable,and quite spacious.the mattress is so soft that the intention of getting up early to travel changed to “it’s okay tomorrow” 😴 The service is also friendly, the staff is helpful, so it makes you feel at home. Anyway, this hotel is suitable for those who want: staycation santai Honeymoon typis-type Or just escape the routine Conclusion: strategic location, there is a balcony for a gong, and it is very comfortable. The only downside is one... it is difficult to check out because it is too home 😆
