Our stay at Hotel Green Core was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! If you are traveling with a family, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Here is why we loved it so much: - Incredibly Kid-Friendly: Traveling with young kids (a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old) can be challenging, but this hotel made everything so smooth and relaxing for us. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and they really understand how to accommodate families. -Spotlessly Clean: Cleanliness is always my top priority, and this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms and common areas were perfectly maintained and immaculate, which gave me such peace of mind. -Flawless Experience: Literally everything was good. The service, the comfort, the attention to detail—it was all just perfect and well thought out. We had a wonderful time here and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. A true 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back!

The cover of the air conditioner was half detached and about to fall off. The extension cord had about five outlets, but three of them were not working. The water tap was broken and leaked when turned, and the amount of water was so small that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower. The water wouldn't stop unless you turned it quite a bit, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of dripping water. The staff were very nice.

The hotel provided an exceptional experience during our week-long stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The daily dinners were a delightful surprise, offering variety and quality. The room was clean, and the hot spring was relaxing. Everything we needed was readily available.

The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city night view, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping on the clouds. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the spare parts are selected from high-end brands, with quality in every detail. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local snacks are particularly amazing! The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the subway station and convenient surrounding business districts. Special thanks to the concierge for planning the tour route, making the trip worry-free and efficient. Exquisite souvenirs were also given at check-out. The home-like service is unforgettable and will definitely choose again!

It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there was a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I arrived late at night, but I was able to check in at the front desk. I checked out myself when I left. There is also a large public bath on the top floor. It was open until 11 PM, so I used it from 6 AM the next morning. The breakfast was also delicious.

It was a beautiful hotel close to the station. I asked because there was a guide that I could book a breakfast buffet at check-in. It was a pity that there was no fruit because it was a two-part system, and it was a pity that there was no fruit because it was in the latter half, but I think it is good for 500 yen with rice, bread, salad and side dishes. The room is not so large but clean and you can also use a large communal bath on another floor. (I didn't use it because I personally don't like it, but my husband seems to be satisfied.) I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I chose this hotel because it remained affordable even though prices were inflated due to the Konosu Fireworks Festival. It's also conveniently located near the station, making it a great stopover if you plan to head to Karuizawa or Nagano early the next morning.

I think this hotel is run by an elderly couple, and they were lovely. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is quite compact, but it wasn’t a problem for me at all :)

We drove to Honjo for our annual family grave visit 🚙 My wife's family's air conditioner was broken, so we decided to stay somewhere nearby 🏨 We had visited many hot spring facilities around Kumagaya last year, but hadn't considered any accommodations, so we chose Hana Hotel, which offered the best value for money among several options! Hana Hotel is part of the same chain as Shibukawa Sky Terme and Hanayu, and I'd always wanted to go there 🤩 The location is great, right on the roadside, and the parking lot is spacious! As expected, both the exterior and interior are beautiful, and it has a universally appealing feel! The biggest surprise upon entering was the six unlimited massage chairs available for free near the entrance!! ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))))) This got me super excited!! They also have over 1000 manga books, so it's nice to be able to relax comfortably ☺️ Regarding the room, I booked a double, but surprisingly, the bed was placed on a tatami mat 🛏️ For some reason, there was a lot of storage space! The room was relatively compact, and it's unusual that there's no private bathroom. As a sauna enthusiast, I've hardly ever used a bathroom in a hotel room, so this is fine! What's best of all is the cost performance, with a large public bath with a sauna, unlimited massage chairs, and various amenities such as welcome drinks! And to top it all off, a breakfast buffet is included, all for just under 3000 yen per person—an incredibly low price!! It's several times better value than many internet cafes!! To be able to offer this during the Obon holiday period is astonishing!! The Hana Hotel chain is definitely going to be big in the future!! When visiting my wife's parents' house, I definitely want to try other hotels in the chain!! 【Dry Sauna】 Width 2.8m, Depth 3.5m, Height 230cm The seating area is spacious with three tiers, and the heat source is a convection stone type! The sauna room is generally new and has a good setting with just the right amount of humidity! The large, easy-to-view TV is a plus! 【Cold Plunge】 None... It's a shame considering how good the sauna room is... There's a pillar shower and a standing shower right outside the sauna room. 【Relaxation Area】 There are two relaxation chairs inside the bathroom 🪑 There's a stylish garden in front of the bathroom 🌳 It looks like you can physically go out into the garden, so it might be interesting if they opened it up for outdoor bathing! 【Bath】 The main bathtub is spacious, about 3m wide and 2m deep. Hot spring water flows freely from the lion's mouth 🦁 The spring water is a mild chloride spring with no mineral content ♨️ [Waiting Area] Near the entrance, there's a relaxation area with 6 free massage chairs and over 1,000 comic books, making it a great place to unwind and rejuvenate! There's also Well Coffee, amenities, and a map listing nearby Hanayu chain hotels! There's even a shampoo bar with dozens of varieties! 🧴 The free Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, not only in the lobby but also in the guest rooms, making it perfect for online gaming!

I stayed at the Omiya Pione Land Hotel the night before taking the first Shinkansen train. The front desk had a wide variety of amenities available, which was convenient as I could freely choose what I needed. Although the guest rooms don't have automatic locks, they can be securely locked from the inside, so I felt safe during my stay. The rooms were beautifully renovated and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were all kind, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the entertainment district with many restaurants, so finding food is not a problem. It's also close to Omiya Station, making it a very convenient hotel for those taking the first Shinkansen train. I would recommend it for business trips, vacations, and overnight stays before concerts or other events.
