A clean and well presented Hotel everything is on set with reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we were all happy and satisfied. Breakfast is good and pool is clean and safety for small kids. We stay for 3 nights and they also offer us on early check in and let check out with reasonable price.
I’m highly recommend!
I stayed at Isann Lodge Hotel for 3 nights. The territory is like a tropical garden. There are lots of different authentic sculptures and interesting stuff. Very beautiful! The interior is very nice, everything is made of wood, the furniture looks like it's handmade.
The staff is helpful. They serve nice breakfasts.
I really liked this place and would recommend it to everyone.
Had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the room was spacious, beautifully decorated. The service was excellent, and the room was spacious, beautifully decorated.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel
Excellent and very personalised service!. We really enjoyed our stay for our honeymoon. Thanks to the hotel staff for a beautiful decoration with my name on bed and many lovely flowers on bathtub and on bed. I and my girlfriend very happy and everyone so kind we will come back next time.
The main reason for choosing this hotel is to charter a car with friends from nearby hostels.
The location of the hotel is quite good, there is a supermarket within a 1-minute walk, a 10-minute walk from the bar street, and it takes less than 5 minutes to get to LUCKY MALL. There are many breakfast places and small restaurants around the hotel.
Compared with the surrounding houses, the hotel is very high-end atmosphere, mainly white, giving people a fresh and bright feeling. The room is large, with all the items available, the bathroom is great, and there is a small balcony where you can have breakfast in the room.
The service staff are very enthusiastic and always greet with a smile on their faces. The hotel breakfast is also very good, you can choose Chinese or Western style, and finally will have fruit.
The rooms are on the inner side, so you will not hear the noise of the street and sleep very quietly at night.
The 3-day chartered car will be very tiring during the whole itinerary, so you must have a room with a bathtub. Come back at night to take a bath to relieve fatigue.
Overall this hotel is very good, the only thing that annoys me a bit is the problem of the airport transfer.
The hotel said that it would cost $10 to pick up the airport, and Ctrip's customer service said the same thing, but on other websites, it was clearly stated that the free pick-up and drop-off machine was free. Later, after negotiating with the hotel again, it agreed to the free pick-up (one way). But since the Youth Hostel can provide discounted airport pick-up, I want to change the one-way free service to airport drop-off, and confirm everything OK with the hotel email. As a result, the driver went to pick me up that day, and the hotel even forgot to inform the driver, so I had to take the hotel car and leave. After communication, the hotel finally agreed to give me a free airport drop off. Although it was a tuk-tuk, it was so cool that I was cold wearing long sleeves haha.
Although it was a little episode, it was solved successfully. I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this hotel if I have friends.

Had a wonderful experience at Koulen Hotel. We were warmly greeted by the manager and the whole team was exceptionally welcoming. This hotel had beautiful spacious rooms with access to clean pools. We loved the female only spa and sauna and the wide variety of equipment in their gym. Air conditioner in every room which made our stay even more comfortable considering the heat reached high 30s.

Amenities was a little disappointing- no brand new slippers it appears reused. Toilet paper was of poor quality and very thin.
Overall stay we were very happy.
First of all, I would like to note the friendliness of the staff, they greeted us like family)).
Welcome drink, cold towel upon check-in, we arrived in the morning and our room was ready, we didn't have to wait. Smiles and desire to help with any issue were sincere. The atmosphere in the hotel was conducive to relaxation, you want to come back here again and again. Beautiful interior, cleanliness, delicious food in the restaurant, location of the hotel - I liked everything.
There is a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, two bottles of water, green tea, black tea, coffee, cream, sugar, you can brew lemongrass and ginger.
The territory is green, vases with lotus flowers are always fresh, it is very beautiful in the hotel and around.
In the bathroom there is a very nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body scrub (I really liked it, the skin after it is smooth, pleasant).
The scrub can be bought at the reception, the cost is $ 12 for a large jar.
Wonderful SPA salon. We took the program for the March 8 holiday. Our booking included a $15 deposit for the program and 2.5 hours of relaxation cost only $30.
Pedicure $15.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk across the bridge to Pub Street and Old Market. Everything is nearby: shops, cafes, pharmacies.
I will return to this hotel again. I recommend it for accommodation.
Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome.
Very very nice hotel, great room and beautiful pool, very friendly staff, nice and delicious breakfast (a la card, not buffet). Hotel also offers activities in and around city, would definitely book it again

Amazing
CCHAV BophaThe staffs were so friendly and helpful. Room and space quite huge and clean. You can get Cambodian tropical breakfast with delicious taste and also you can get Europe breakfast too. Many choices for you. 🥰
GGuest UserThe hotel has seen its glory days. Worn out rooms and half-cleaned. The breakfast was pretty good and the pool was fantastic as was the staff. If the rooms were refreshed including the bathroom this could be a great hotel.
AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing, especially the girls working at the reception. Every request was taken care of, we were allowed an early check-in and a late check out.
The food of the restaurant have some dishes with fair prices and I also liked their breakfast ( Ps: try their banana vanilla smoothie ;-) ) . The swimming pool side is also very nice, it’s not the biggest I’ve seen but you have enough place to swim and enjoy the water.
The free shuttle to the center is also a good point because the hotel is not really close to pub street, but even booking a grab is cheap.
I recommend 100%
11507245****There's an elevator, and it wasn't overly crowded. The parties downstairs generally quieted down after 11 PM. Its location near the bar street makes it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there's a 24/7 convenience store right downstairs.
GGuest UserSala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel.
The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!
UunborderedlifePros:
+ Good location just 15 mins walk from Pub Street
+ Friendly and helpful staff
+ Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
Cons:
- Shower drain was a bit clogged so water would overflow and make the whole floor wet
- Mosquitoes can enter the room from opening the door, so have to be quick
- Barking dog at the house at the back (not the fault of the hotel)
Overall, for the reasonable price paid, good location and generally comfortable rooms, can't complain.
GGuest UserA journey to the ancient world begins with this hotel. Already at the entrance you feel immersed in history and hidden secrets of the city. The hotel's design style takes you to the world of Indiana Jones. And the staff amazes with their attentiveness and love for guests. The hotel completely covers all needs - at the reception you can order a branded tuk-tuk with a carriage and a reliable driver for the whole day for an individual exploration of the temples. There are ready-made plans for visiting temples and interesting places for 3-5 days, or you can agree on your own individual plan for visiting the temples. The driver will have water and cold wet towels, which give an indescribable thrill during exploration and adventures in Angkor. At the hotel you can order a signature dinner with Apsara dances - it is not cheap, but the impressions are much more valuable! The hotel has a good location - the most tourist center, and everything your heart desires is within walking distance. After exploring the temples in Angkor, it is nice to relax all day by the pool, which is also decorated very beautifully and with elements of the ancient world. The water in the pool is crystal clear and cool. There are also clean showers and toilets next to the pool. The staff takes care of the pool with great love and care, so the beauty is in the details. Breakfasts are good and tasty. The only thing is that I would like to see more healthy food options on the menu. Around 5-6 in the morning, colorful and varied birdsong is heard outside the window. The bed is clean and luxurious, the towels are soft and changed every day, even if you leave the room closer to the evening. Bed linen is changed at a slight hint any day, if necessary. The pearl of the hotel is its staff. At the moment, they are the most caring and loving employees of the hotel. I would like to express special thanks to an employee named Nana for impeccable service and support in all matters. I really enjoyed being a guest of this hotel. I take with me the most pleasant memories of fantastic adventures in the ancient world, colorfully decorated by the hotel. Thank you!
SShokieDefinitely in my top 5 hotels of all time. The rooms were big and spacious, the pool was amazing, they have happy hour everyday from 1pm to 5pm, the staff was a solid 10/10.
The food was not so great but edible. I would suggest to maybe add snacks or light meals to the menu maybe Nachos or tacos.
The only problem I had, though was not with the hotel, but with Trip.com itself. They said that the hotel offered free airport drop off or pick up, this was however false ad advertising, and when I contacted Trip.com, I was given the runaround and they wanted to give me not even a fraction airport fee. The airport fee was $29 from the Hotel and Trip.com wanted to offer me 39 CNY which is $5.40. I was very very disappointed by this as my issue is still not solved and I am being taken from point from pillar to post and the whole reason I bought this hotel was because of the free airport drop off saying that the airport is one hour away.
SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.
KKinkin92The hotel is very nice designed, with great location! 5 min from the old market and pub street.
The staff were very nice and helpful in any time i needed.
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable mattress.
One thing is that the toilet sit was smaller that the toilet size and it was a little not comfortable.
And in the shower the upper head shower was very old and rusty, and there was no adjustable head shower.
Over all i will definitely recommend going there!
